The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Estoc is, on the outside, quite cold and standoffish. She finds it hard to express her true emotions about anything and is afraid of judgment so her feelings often go masked and unnoticed. Her rough exterior has garnered a reputation among her peers as a tough as nails tomboy.
In truth, Estoc suffers from constant fears of rejection and worry from others. Her tough personality is a front for her inner fears and worries hiding within. She possesses a great amount of kindness and compassion for others within her, and is extremely passionate about upholding justice. Without a way for her to confidently show this side, she acts as if does the things she does out of duty to Shippuugakure and honor to her clan rather than out of her own heart; even if such is to the contrary.
When in battle, Estoc fights with all her heart. Never having truly adjusted to combat even after graduating from the academy, she possesses deep anxiety and nervousness during a fight. Having gone through years of crafting her persona, she is able to effectively hide the fear developed from battle, however, to the point that she appears calm and collected in the heat of battle. As expected of an Uchiha, she has a natural knack for fighting on instinct and coming up with battle strategies on the go; though she has trouble tapping into this innate gift of hers voluntarily.
If one gets close enough to her and gains her trust they may see more and more of her true nature revealed. Though the only ones who know what she's really like are her parents, those able to see through her deceptively powerful and dominating nature would find a sweet girl underneath.
Likes:
Cats: She feels a strange connection to cats. Sometimes it's a mystical or whimsical feeling and other times she merely finds them so adorable that she has to practically force herself to not appear too interested in them.
Stuffed Animals: A huge weakness for her is stuffed animals, and by extension, stuffed figurines in general. She has a secret compartment in her closet stashed with them for bedtime cuddles. It's impossible for her not to show joy when around a well made stuffed animal.
Night: Estoc feels especially at peace during the night. She feels like she doesn't have to try as hard to keep up her act and can relax with the drastic reduction of people around her. Just as well, the moon brings a sense of calm to her that can rarely be matched by anything else.
Dislikes:
Fighting: She feels especially nervous when entering a fight. Only in situations where she's confident she can win does her anxiety disappear. Other than that, she overall hates the feeling of conflict. She wishes people would be able to settle their differences peacefully.
Weakness: Specifically, her own weakness. She despises her own fears and doubts about herself. She sought to end it by conjuring her icy cold persona, in hopes she would simply become that person one day, but the fact that such feelings still dwell inside her frustrates her to no end.
Dogs: Though Estoc can't quite put her finger on it, she despises dogs. It might be the slobbering, the loud noises they make, or their dominant nature. Perhaps it's the messy way of showing affection; or the unnerving look they give like they would willingly bite her limbs off at any moment. All of these things contribute to a general dislike of all things involving dogs.
Motivation: Estoc is motivated by the desire for self-improvement and the will of her clan. Feeling intense pressure placed on her even as a young child by her parents, she was pushed to overachieve even when it wasn't necessary. This has contributed to her unnatural drive to prove herself to her peers, her upperclassmen and especially to her own clan.
Fears:
Judgment: She always feels eyes staring at her from all directions. Those that surround her with their inspecting gaze are constantly judging her every move. If she were to slip up and lose her cool and collected attitude for a moment, she would once more degenerate to the loser she was once regarded as.
Fighting: As much as she dislikes it, she also fears fighting in turn as well. After all, it's her fear of fighting that causes her primary dislike of it. Memories of her failures creep in on her whenever a fight ensues. She fears those feelings of complete and utter embarrassment and humiliation as she once felt on a daily basis. It's not something she ever wants to relive.
Insects: Disgusting and gross creatures that they are, Estoc can't tolerate them at all. Not just due to the fact that they often come in grand numbers and cannot typically be slain with usual physical attacks, but the unknown appendages they may possess that she can't see are both things that terrify her about insects. The buzzing, which interrupts her hearing and gives her the jitters, never ceases to send shivers across her body.

The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to stop fighting. The Senju settled in the Cherry Blossom Country, and the Uchiha moved to the Ocean Country to reside on its various islands. What happens next will depend on the generations to come.

Estoc grew up with expectations practically encompassing her life. Her parents wanting a boy as their first child, they tried to mask their disappointment as she grew old enough to begin her training as a ninja.
Once that set in, her life became her duty. She was pushed rigorously as the child who was to be her father's successor in their own family tree within the clan. Harder than most children, her father with the stern belief that a girl would require an exceptional amount more discipline and effort than a boy to carve them into a strong ninja. When she was finally brought to the academy and began her lessons there a year earlier than recommended, an overwhelming feeling of hopelessness washed over her. On top of her personal training with her father she now had to deal with academy lessons before and after said training.
It broke her down one day after a one-sided sparring match that she stood no chance of winning in. She was mocked by her victor, even after being scolded by the teacher, and could practically feel the judgmental eyes digging into her back. She ran home, dismayed, and only received a lecture from her parents on her lack of emotional strength.
The days rolled by, and people only seemed to think she had something wrong with her. An Uchiha with such poor grades wasn't something that was often heard of. She was berated constantly by her clan at home and mocked at school.
One day, however, as she was on her way back home to the clan residence she stopped by the training field in an attempt to improve faster.
When she got there she saw a spar already in progress between two men, and neither seemed to gain the edge. She didn't dare step too far into the field, noticing that the skill level they were fighting at would no doubt shift all over in mere moments.
Soon, one of the men was disarmed, his sword sent flying into the air, at the mercy of his foe. Right when it seemed all over, the man puffed into smoke, simultaneously at the same time as the disarmed sword. And just then, in another flash, the man was behind his oppnent, sword comfortably snug around his throat. The would-be victor was forced to admit defeat and end the spar.
Estoc took in every essence of that fight, and especially of the winner of that fight. The bladed man with his gleaming white hair and strategist demeanor was unlike anything she had seen before.
Afterwards, she carefully approached the white haired man as he began to pack up for home. Despite his cold appearance in battle, he was very warm upon being talked to.
She inquired on how to become stronger, and how to become respected. They talked back and forth about her problems, the man being open to listening and delaying his rest. They talked in circles, Estoc skeptical of the man's optimistic words about effort and humility.
Finally he had to leave, ending the conversation they were having. Before he did, however, he told her one last piece of advice she would keep in her head as she advanced forward in life.
"Above all, embody the ideals you want to uphold. Become the person you wish to be by simply believing you're already there."
The last, sincere smile he gave alongside those words sparked something in her. She tried something new that night. To most it wasn't anything much, but to her it was a symbol of her redemption.
Late in the night and comfort of her own room, she cut her hair and dyed it white - just like her new role model's hair.
It took brushing up, but she began to develop a new persona to deal with the condescending attitudes of those around her. An uncaring figure that attempted to hide her fears and flaws and only brought out a ninja of true potential. Her grades began to take off after that; slowly but surely she was regaining respect. She began to realize that she even garnered adoration from the same people that once made fun of her.
She continued with her newfound personality, however, still feeling insecure inside. Eventually she graduated the academy with decent grades thanks to her new coping mechanism. With her success she vowed to follow the man's words and continue to develop her new self until the time would come when she would become that person without trying.
She has drifted from team to team for the past few years, constantly requesting for new ones due to all her teammates making her feel uncomfortable through either awkward questions or joking about her days at the academy. She will soon be transferred into yet another new team. High hopes are one thing she can't say she has anymore, but she promised herself to try a bit harder than her past failures with other teams.

Again she reached for another pouch, hoping to find the paper she was looking for. Digging her hand in too fast, a paper cut slashed across her finger.
Oww... not cool at all, Estoc. Maybe I could bandage it up or something?
As she reached for a med kit on her nightstand, she stopped herself.
No, what am I doing?! Keep your head in the game, girl! You've gotta stay strong. Make everyone proud. Make yourself proud.
Taking a deep breath, she relaxed her body. Her bright eyes became empty crescents with a furrowed brow. She had to make sure to get into proper character before leaving the house, or else it might break too easily.
"I am... Estoc Uchiha. It is a pleasure to meet you. I am..."
Repeating her phrases, her voice became less and less cheerful as this practice went on. The moment she found a suitable pitch and tone, she nodded her head with one final, subtle smirk. She took a quick look in the mirror to ensure her white hair dye had not worn off yet. After confirming that her hair was still most certainly of white color, she exited her room. Today was the day of the meeting with her new team, after all. Who knows? Maybe these next people wouldn't be so bad. Maybe she could find people who wouldn't remember her from the academy or as the "icy cold bully tomboy" as some kept mouthing off about.
Just stay optimistic. Be yourself- errr, or the person you want to be... yeah. That's it.

In your personality, you mention the Hidden Leaf village. Pretty please change that to Shippuugakure. The "Source" section should tell us how you found our forum, whether it was from a friend or an advertisement, or an affiliated forum, or google searches.
