Bloodline Name:  Sumiton - Ink Release

Bloodline Ability:

By fusing Yoton and Inton , the Sashikami Clan’s Kekkei Genkai allows them utilize Onmyoton to create special, chakra-infused ink. This ink can be used to create a wide range of drawings on scroll, bits of paper or any suitable surface. Once activated, these drawings will come to life, becoming solid and useable for combat purposes. Arguably one of the most versatile Kekkei Genkai, the hardness as well as behaviour (or lack thereof) of each painting is defined by the design of the individual jutsu. Some paintings are capable of acting on their own, in which cases their actions and the amount of individual thought one can display is once again based on the individual technique. While there are many types of drawings, there are several “families” of drawings that are considered basic techniques for each clansman. Each “family” represents a certain group of paintings of comparable power, hardness and behaviour.

Sumiton can also be combined with Fuuinjutsu, providing many varieties with individual techniques. The most well-known example of this is the Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet, which creates a painted tiger that grabs an incapacitated foe and drags them back into the painting, sealing them within.

Clan History:

The Sashikami were one of the founding clans of Boufuugakure, and have always been regarded as mysterious and eccentric. Much of the villages’ artistic and cultural growth comes from this clan, and they have always considered themselves part of the cultural elite of Boufuu. However, whereas their unique fighting style and knowledge of Fuuinjutsu have made them a well-respected clan, the village has always been somewhat wary and mistrusting of the eccentric and sometimes unpredictable personalities that individual clansmen are sometimes known to display. Such was the case of the mad artist Sashikami Hamachi, a powerful kunoichi who suddenly went insane and attempted to destroy Boufuugakure because she considered the sight of a ruined village to be “aesthetically pleasing and tragic in an artful way”  until the then ruling Kanetsukage killed her. Ever since then, the clan has been on strict watch, and the village is always wary of when another particularly erratic personality emerges from the clan.

Description: This technique allows the user to create small animals using Sumiton. These animals include mice, snakes, fish, bats and little birds. These creatures have no offensive potential and can be easily destroyed once spotted even through a simple kick. The main use for these creatures is espionage; they store whatever they see, smell, feel or hear as information. Upon returning to the scroll these creatures change into written information on the scroll. There is no limit to the range these creatures can move away from the user, however the maximum lifespan of each creature is five posts. If the creatures have not returned to the scroll in five posts, they will disperse into puddles of lifeless ink and the information they have gathered is lost. Up to ten creatures can be created per use of this technique. The user can allow these creatures to scout freely, or can control them personally by concentrating and placing their hand on the original scroll, channelling their chakra into it. Doing so leaves the user occupied and open for attacks. The maximum size of an individual creation is one foot.

Description: This family allows the user to create standard shinobi tools using Sumiton. These include shuriken, senbon and kunai. Each weapon created through this method has a density and sharpness equal to the actual weapon it represents. Once created, the weapons will remain solid for the remainder of the thread. These weapons are incapable of individual action and are equal in all ways to their regular counterpart. Much like normal weapons from a summoning scroll, these weapons can be launched directly from the scroll or retrieved by hand and wielded by the user personally. The maximum size of an individual creation is one foot.

Description: This family allows the user to create medium-sized animals using Sumiton. These animals include lions, wolves, hyenas and similar creatures. These creatures are a basic offensive tool and can be used to physically attack the opponent. While these creatures can resist basic punches and kicks, a C-rank or higher jutsu or a hit by a weapon will instantly destroy them. These creatures are capable of independent thought similar to a Bunshin, and have intelligence roughly equal to their user. Up to five creatures can be created at once. They have a lifespan of five posts and will revert back to ink after these posts are over. They cannot travel further than 50 meters from the user. The maximum size of an individual creation is six feet.

Description: This family allows the user to create large reptiles using Sumiton. These include dragons, dinosaurs and basilisks and are among the most powerful and durable of the standard Choujuu Giga families, capable of both inflicting and absorbing large amounts of damage. Each dragon is about 100 feet large and can act independently, possessing intelligence roughly equal to a Bunshin no Jutsu. They have S-rank physical strength and can endure up to two A-rank jutsu, four B-rank jutsu, eight C-rank jutsu and sixteen D-rank jutsu. Ordinary sword attacks or kunai and shuriken are ineffective as they cannot pierce its skin. These creatures cannot travel further than one kilometre away from the user. Each creature has a lifespan of ten posts and will revert back to ink afterwards. A maximum of two dragons can be created at once. The maximum size of each individual creation is 100 feet.

I like this clan; glad to see someone finally appreciating Sai's KKG.

First of all, you need to specify what elements are used to make this ink element.(Such as Doton & Suiton)

Second: Choujuu Giga: Ryui no Shuzoku – Beast Imitation: Dragon Family - You need to limit this technique in number of dragons(Such as 2 dragons tops)

1. Added elements and changed the KKG into Sumiton - Ink Release (if we're making this an element then my OCD won't have it any other way :P)

2. Put 2 dragons per jutsu as max.

My only issue is that ink isn't made from Katon & Suiton lol- In fact, to correct myself from earlier: it would be more Yoton(Govern the physical aspect of reality) & Inton(Governs spiritual energy and imagination & the use of special chakra)

Alright, made the changes. Figured water represents ink (fluid) and fire represents the process of drying. But maybe I have weird logic like that.

With that corrected- I must mention that the fusion of Inton & Yoton is Onmyoton. Which means all 3 of your element slots will be taken up with the ink KKG->INT, YOT & ONM: Onmyoton would be the main factor in your use of ink.

Thats fine by me. Added the mention of Onmyoton as well.

One finalthing, is that currently Boufuugakure is closed until there is more of an active member-base. If you want the clan to be part of Boufuugakure, that's fine- but your character won't be from Boufuugakure. Which means you will have to add to your character history to mention how you end up in whatever village you choose.
