The village of Hyougagakure, formally a village molded by strict leadership and harsh dictatorship. Things have changed for the better for this village agreeing that they were in a definite era of peace, or so some would say, others may disagree "peace is an illusion" they would believe but whose to say which side is right? In a world that formally knows the chaos of battle and war is peace truly obtainable? or is it all just a ploy? One such shinobi would show favoritism toward the peace side "given the right leadership any village can make strides towards peace", this shinobi is none other than Xavier Deventris. Once a former member of the beloved Nadaregakure; he has found a home here. The boy has come a long way through his progression, even still one would never expect what was held in store for the young shinobi. Could his beliefs be shattered the hard world that surrounds him or will he stay true to what he believes in?...

Xavier would be sitting inside his room, staring at the wall in a strained focus. The loud music played outside and seeped into his room anyway that it could. He would inhale and release a great sigh before standing up and pacing a bit. It was understandable why he was nervous; after all it's not everyday you become a Kage. When Xavier was actually informed of this he didn't really know what to think "Is this some kind of joke?" he'd ask aloud, doubting his ability to reach such a position. The news was a bit of a shocker to him nonetheless, he was sent home knowing this but was told to tell no one else. A few hours later all that could be heard was an uproar of music and celebration, whether or not it was for him he knew not. He had kept himself in his room for the majority of the day, questioning and debating with himself. He would sigh again "perhaps I am ready, my skills have been recognized so I can't really say I'm not". He'd chuckle to himself he'd been up here all day grilling himself and for what? This was a momentous day. He would go take a shower and changed his clothes. As he prepared to leave, a knock could be heard on his door. He would open it only to find himself confronted by members of the ANBU, though why they were here he would find out "Xavier Deventris, you're to come with us as we escort you to the Kage Mansion, are you ready to go?". He would take a second to think about it as he had all his gear with him and after a bit of time he would nod and follow them out. Upon arriving at the mansion it was clear that all the commotion was indeed for him as everyone had surrounded the area. It was quite the sight, it was rare to see an entire village gather for such an event. Xavier would stand alongside the ANBU a top of the mansion as they awaited the arrival of one Emperor of Hyougagakure "leave it to Isais to be fashionably late".

“Hoooooooosi! Don’t go off making trouble on kage day.” Hosi’s mother could be heard calling out to him from their apartments. Her condescending sounds was enough to make many people laugh.

“I don’t cause trouble mom. Well… Not that much trouble,” he replied. “Besides, if I do cause harm, no one will notice me. Their main focus is the new kage.” Hosi was in his room putting on his clothing. All black ninja wear with a black scarf to keep his neck warm. His headband was proudly displayed on his forehead, and his weaponry rested on his side thighs. Today he had on his full ninja garment, all to commemorate Xavier.

“The Genin’s and their sensei’s are going to be on top of the roofs to watch this event. I will be there, alright?” Hosi said to his mother. She responded with, “okay,” just before Hosi climbed out his window. He was living in a four story apartment, his house on the second floor, so when he climbed out his window, he had to scale his apartment walls to get to the roof.

Using some amazing skills, Hosi got above the ground just to notice every villager walking to the kage’s mansion. “Oh wow,” Hosi said to himself. “There are so many people. Thank goodness I can jump on roofs or else peoples butts would get kicked out the way.”

Hosi commenced his long process of jumping from roof to roof, just to get a good look at the next kage. He would rest on a building where all the Genin, Chunin, and Jounin gathered to watch the event. Through out the inauguration he would look around for Hajiru, someone he met a while ago.

As the crowd grew impatient as to did everyone around Xavier. He was well aware of Isais' tardiness to events, even once such as this. Xavier would sigh but maintain a smile on his face, Isais would always be Isais, no matter how much authority and responsibility you gave the man. He would whisper to the ANBU in his presence "suppose we should keep the ball rolling, the Emperor is too busy to worry about such trivial things like this". The ANBU would nod his understanding and present Xavier with the kage and garments as suited to his position. He would take them happily and put the hat on his head, he would usually be wearing this attire under false pretenses but this time it was the real deal. He would wave to everyone that decided to attend the small occasion, he even spotted someone he knew among all the people he could see. He would try to wave to Hosi specifically but whether or not he could notice was a different matter. Xavier wasn't one for speaking, especially when it came to a decent crowd such as this so he would make it as brief as he possibly could. "People of Hyougagakure, I am glad you welcome this change with an open mind. the world as we know it is constantly changing, and us along with it. Even still I hope I can make a difference in this ever present period of change". He would follow the ANBU inside the Kage building to finalize all the paper work that was needed to seal the deal. (Ugh the one thing I've definitely not been looking forward to) he would inhale slowly and release a heavy sigh as they walked through the corridors. One of the ANBU would let out a small chuckle "The paper work is always the worst part", at least he understood his pain. They would enter the room and the door slowly shut behind them "alright then, let's get to work" he may not have been known as the most focused person but he was determined to get through all of this... It was going to be a long day.

After the assassination of the former Hyougagakure that Tamashi Uchiha was accused of the murder. Rumors through out the taverns of the village that the kage celebration day would be awarded to a man name Xavier. Sitting at the table booth at the far corner of this booth, wearing the death mask and wearing a brown trench coat instead of the Ouraboros uniform that he left at the base. Tamashi headed to the kage celebration and kept his hands in his pocket as he blended into the crowd and awaited to hear what this new kage had to say about what was going to happen to the village. Tamashi heard what this kage had to say about this new change and with a smirk underneath his mask, he walked away from the crowd and left the village that he once admired, left the village that he once called home, left the village that he will soon get his revenge on. Tamashi with a grin upon his face, ran straight through the open winter forest of the village and left the village through the forest and avoiding the trees that he knew them very well due to his days as guard duty for the village. Tamashi knew the village like he knew the back of his hand. Tamashi didn't need eyes to know where everything was. He memorized the meters he took, the locations that he has been through for the thirty years of his life living in that village. Tamashi knew the village very well without the need for sight. Tamashi now speaking to himself and while traveling to the forest and leaving the village just to receive word that there would be a new kage representing the village.

"I better hope he is ready for I, Tamashi Uchiha, Will eliminate him just like that council member..."
