Description: The wearer chooses to either reflect, repel, guard, or absorb wind based jutsu and also allows the wearer to cause gusts of wind at the wearers whim at the same cost and strength of the jutsu absorbed, if no wind jutsu is stored in the glove, then the (basing the ability to reflect/repel/guard against Wind jutsu based on the wearer's BLM and FUU rank, as well as the strength of the gust the caster causes being based on) However, if the wearer has no BLM to the Hecoro Clan, the glove is just a very cool looking glove as seen above with no effects.

History: There were six founders of the Hecoro Clan, Damir is one of them, and he was dying nearly at the same time as Dranaria was... in fact all of the founders were dying nearly at the exact same week. Damir followed suit of his leader, in fact... after all of the founders did this... it became tradition. Damir focused all of his chakra into his right glove, it was elbow length.... it was something he found rather sentimental.... no real reason to have it... he just felt that it was giving off some kind of warmness from it. The chakra changed the aesthetics and properties of the glove... but the warmth it gave off was even more present after Damir entered it... perhaps it's Damir trying to show the rest of the Clan how warm it made him feel.

If this item allows the user to cast wind, then it must be in jutsu form and you must possess a Fuuton element.

Updated, good or no? Cause the gust of wind is natural to the glove, so long as it absorbs wind or wind hits the glove, it can release the same amount of wind power. Oh and just a question, could we give the items exp? Like, the items being used, so it gains exp. Cause I'm aiming for item and wearer/wielder assimilation (like Inuyasha and Sounga) as an eventuality.

The problem is, "creating gusts of wind at the user's whim" is very vague and leaves room for abuse or manipulation. We use jutsu forms here to control and explain damage & types of attack. Obviously, you can't spam an ability like this with OP factors or limitless reserve.

If you want to merge with the item, I don't see why not- but your eventual BLM rank would have to be S Rank. Give the item S Rank experience bar- once fulfilled, you could possibly merge the item. Just a suggestion.

The jutsu of the item would be based off the user's Fuu & BLM rank, not Bukijutsu. You still need to specify how the glove expels the wind in what forms- such as creating an jutsu for releasing the stored wind after you have absorbed it. Leaving this area vague gives you limitless kinds of "free" jutsu & that isn't allowed.
