The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Incense Tags
Type:Miscellaneous Rank:E Rank Description:A very basic tool for the assassin. These tags look exactly like explosive tags but possess incense rather than an explosion. When activated by the "snake" handseal, these tags can either let out a stream of power smelling incense or release it all in one sudden burst. The incense is crimson red in color and glistens in the light & when imbued with small amounts of chakra(5 chakra per tag) even the glistening effect can become a vector for Sheffield's genjutsu. It smells of rotting flesh and is potent in smell. These do not cause Genjutsu, merely work in tandem with them.
Quantity:5 History:Sheffield is a master of Genjutsu and wished to create her own method for affecting others with her Genjutsu in a subtle and unexpected way. By using incense on the battlefield, she provides herself with a "home advantage" when creating an area where if one breathes the incense, they run the rick of getting trapped in her Genjutsu.
Assassin's mask
Spoiler:
Spoiler:
Type:Armor Rank:B Rank Description:A tight form-fitting leather mask with two ports, one of either side of the cheeks. The ports are designed to twist and hold filter canisters to prevent inhalation of certain gasses and toxins in the air. Air canisters can also be applied to this mask to allow the wearer to breathe underwater for a specific duration.
By design, the mask is a 2piece mask, capable of being a full-face mask or just a half face mask. The top half of the mask is also skin-tight and overlaps the back, including hair. A single large lens are installed for vision, slightly round to prevent any ocular misconception and sealed tight to prevent leakage. Two leather straps wrap around the back of the head and pull tight to prevent air or contagion from slipping or the mask from being yanked off.
Quantity:1 History:Sheffield had a specific idea in her head when she went to a village and sought out the armor crafters. She had it designed after the original simple water-breathing masks.
Assassin's Shroud
Type:Armor Rank:B Rank Description:A design made by Sheffield herself, custom-fitting one of her leather outfits to be air-tight with attached gloves and feet. The only notable difference between this suit and her regular suite is that is a more flexible leather that is elastic and is easily slipped over her other outfit because it is thinner. It is flat black in color and one-piece. The purpose of this suit is a hazmat suit, when attached to the Assassin's Mask, it creates a suit fully protected outfit from both air-born and liquid-born pathogens. It is light-weight and silent in movement, created for stealth and protection from her own devices.
Quantity:1 History:An outfit tailored by Sheffield with the help of a tailor. It fits her body perfectly and is comfortable and light-weight.
Air Filter
Type:Miscellaneous Rank:E Rank Description:A simple invention, a canister with compressed clean air that is attached to the Assassin's mask to allow the user to breathe underwater. These canister's are a small half-round cylinder that twists up into the ports of the mask and snaps flush against the leather of the mask. They slowly releases air at a manageable rate. The filters last for 2 posts before running out of air.
Quantity:2 History:Much like the original device commonly known by some suiton users, these filters are just a custom version that fits Sheffield's mask and fits snug against the leather, preventing them from being easily dislodged but easily interchangeable by twisting.
Poison Filter
Type:Miscellaneous Rank:D Rank Description:A simple half-shaped cylinder exactly like the air filters: these are colored red however, signifying their ability to filter out dangerous pathogens such as poisons and chemicals. These filters protect the user up to D Rank pathogens for 2 posts.
Quantity:2 History:Much like the original device commonly known by some suiton users, these filters are just a custom version that fits Sheffield's mask and fits snug against the leather, preventing them from being easily dislodged but easily interchangeable by twisting.
