The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Xavier's second chance at leading the youth [Hosi/Nephy] Sun Feb 08, 2015 3:16 am
When a teacher is given the responsibility of looking after the youth of the next generation their priorities would have them placed highly on the list. For Xavier that wasn't the case, he had been neglecting to keep tabs and train with his assigned genin well before he was even given the task of being a kage. Now with that weigh bearing on his shoulders he would have to find time for his students. Sadly his former team of Nephthys and Haseo would no longer be together, their was a rumor floating around that Haseo had vanished. Some believed him to be dead and Xavier could only refrain from crying, if that was the case he had already failed once as a mentor, but it wouldn't happen again. Xavier would leave the kage's office only a few minutes ago. He was headed toward the usual training grounds, assigned to him by the former kage Isais. He would walk through the village at a leisurely pace, he was in no rush this morning. He had already sent a messenger to send for Nephthys, where ever that girl was. He would also send a messenger to retrieve his newest genin, Hosi. He grabbed whatever data he had on Hosi before he had left. He knew of the kid but he didn't really know him, and reading this collection of his profile did some bit to help. "Hell as far as I can tell he's practically some kinda knight, and yet at the same time he has a weakness for the very thing he stands up for. Makes me wonder what he was like in his academy years".
Xavier would chuckle a bit as he made his way to the Shichiyou Monarch, he would wave at the guards as he made his way past the village gates. He would release a small yawn before shaking his head, looking about the ice for anything to grab his attention for a bit. He continued walking slowly through the snow, listening to it as it crunched beneath his feet. A small smile touched his lips as he remembered back when he had first came into contact with snow, it was quite the adventure for a kid such as he. He would shake the thought from his head as he approached the cave entrance, he would release an elongated sigh before stepping into the cave. The cave had multiple entrances and passages however this entrance he had memorized somehow, he found it easier to make it here compared to the others. He would find his usual dark corner where he would take a seat and cross his arms over his chest. He would eye the entrance for a bit before shutting his eyes, he would tip his hat over his eyes as well. Though he wasn't sleep, he could use this time to rest up a bit. He would remain this way until the arrival of the duo, hopefully things would go more smoothly compared to the last time the team had assembled here "let's see how this plays out".

There he is, Hosi thought as he saw his Kage/Sensei walk into the caves. The boy stayed hidden within the trees, far away from the entrance. He remained silent, sizing up his future master, if he was going to pull this off then he would need to play things carefully.
He waited a while for Xavier to settle, then decided to make his move once the area turned quiet. Hosi climbed down from the tree he laid in, then crept towards the caves entrance. He made sure that little sound was made as he moved forward, all so that Xavier would not be warned. When he got towards the entrance he jumped onto the roof, then crouched as though he was a spider on a wall. Hosi had to place a little chakra in his fingers and feet to do this, something that required great control and skills to do, especially for a genin.
He continued to crawl towards the inside of the cave until he saw Xavier. Once he did, he began to dig through his pouch to find the right weapon. Let's see how fast you are on your feet, Hosi thought before he suddenly threw a Kunai at his teacher.
"Wind style: DEVIL SPEED!" His mind said as the Kunai suddenly accelerated, spinning wildly but directly at Xavier. It's speed was 15mph and gaining the closer it got. If Xavier didn't dodge then he would feel the sharp object flow into his forehead, through his skull, and straight towards his brain, possibly ending his life for good.

Nephthys would yawn as she made her way to the training grounds. This would be her first actual on training with her new pet mongrel. Today wasn't a normal day for Nephthys as she didn't wear any kind of jewelry. She wore a black bodysuit with a giant Eskimo jacket that engulfed her entire body. Nephy slowly reached the cave entrance, entering she saw what looked like a giant spider on the wall when she started to focus on the object she then noticed that it was something worst it was a giant mongrel named Hosi. There was nothing worst than a mongrel to Nephthys a mongrel can kill more people than a plague and don't get her started on a plague of mongrels they would wipe out the entire human race.
"What are you doing up there stupid. We are suppose to be meeting sensei inside of playing kill the mongrel on the ceiling. You know whatever you sit there on the ceiling and be a chicken wuss." she said walking passed him to go meet Xavier. This man was to be training them but she only met him once after that they pretty much had to do their own training. Maybe that is why Haseo died or Maybe he just disappeared and went to live a normal life. Who knows there are so many maybe answers and only one true answer. Purging the thought from her head she would look up to see she was in the center of the cave sitting down in the center Nephthys would begin to cut herself on the arm "Sensei whatever dark corner you in can you come out so we can actually do something today and not look like complete tools in the new mongrel Hosi case. I know you can't teach a old dog new tricks, but we can try to teach him how to be useful." she said as he voice echoed throughout the cave.

Though Xavier was a bit in his younger years, those years was spent training to become the shinobi that he was now. He would sigh as he awaited the anticipated attack. Though he was quite stealthy for a kid there were certain things he probably didn't expect Xavier to notice. Xavier has sat in this cave a great many times in this exact spot, telling a slight difference in a change within this area wasn't that difficult. He effectively entered the cave no problem, remaining out of sight and soundless as he could possibly manage; however as he scaled the ceiling and began rummaging through his sack, the bit of sound he made gave him away. Xavier didn't really think about the movement it just happened as a reaction, he immediately rolled away from where he rested and activated his EM. The kunai would stick itself into the ice where he was previously resting. He would release a small sigh and look around the cave, spotting Hosi clinging to the ceiling. Before he could say anything Nephthys would enter the cave and scold him for being up there in the first place. Xavier would crack a smile as she continued to go on about actually training this time around. "Good to see you as well Neph, still as vicious as always" he would approach her and poke her in the cheek, it served no real purpose besides just being weird though he had a bit of a suspicion she might try and bite his finger off. He would look up Hosi again "would you mind saying hello to me before you try and kill me again? I have half a mind to shoot you off the ceiling as is y'know?" he was kidding ofcourse but if he challenged him again he might not have a choice. He knew little of Hosi already but judging from what just occurred who ever made that report on this guy might have had a few screws lose.
