Village News
The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

While walking down the mountain peak Kagemasa felt different from his last trek up the mountain, he did not feel the frigid wind which had brushed past his shoulders and feeling quite the opposite  his body relaxed more than usual as he now knew where he could find an ally. From what he had read in the book he stumbled upon by coincidence at Fortuna Castle he know knew that he had clan members in Hyougakure or more commonly know as the "Hidden Glacier Village". Although it is still but a small piece of information since he would still have to check around the large country in order to find this new "ally" he decided it would be worth it and that he could narrow  down the list of people in Hyougakure he would have to search for by calmly asking around the area, however if they refused to answer or simply did not know who he was looking for at all (which would most likely be the case)  he would treat them as obstacles and well......remove them, "as simple as that, nothing to it" he thought.

Now that Kagemasa figured out a way to find his soon-to-be ally, he began to contemplate on what he would do when he would actually find him which led on to him thinking about how his "ally" might react to seeing him. Would he attack Kagemasa out of amusement and enjoyment? Or, would he hold the mindset of someone who is rational and follow Kagemasa, his fellow clan member? These thoughts bounced in and out of his head as though made of rubber but fortunately Kagemasa realizing that these necessary but troubling questions would only complicate how he might choose to do things later on he decided it would be best to leave them in fates's hands for now and carry on what he was doing so that he could worry then rather than now. "Either way" he thought, "if my future ally chooses not to partner with me he will still run the risk of death,  and even after, if he manages to be of good use to me I will still kill him, but ultimately depending on how well I may feel he suits my needs I might allow him some time to stay alive before I do".
