The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Bloodline Ability: The Kyuuketsuki clan is a mysterious clan that has been around for generations. Not much is known about the clan other than they possess incredibly dark chakra and are said to be spawn of half-demon and half-human origin, a race know as cambion. Though considerably weaker than the original ancestor of the clan, members can succumb to their demon side and allow it to take over. Doing so changes their physical form to a more demon-like state and drastically increased not only their physical prowess but the potency of their chakra as well. Less Experienced members however, can lose control of themselves if they retain the form too long and if that happens not only will they go off on destructive rampages, but the demon side of them could completely possess them which will never allow them to take human form again. They will remain a homicidal demon until they are killed. In order to try and prevent this, long ago one member of the clan passively combined his dark demon chakra with his human chakra, allowing him to keep the dark chakra in check and make controlling the Cambion form much easier. However this means that while in their transformed state, the dark chakra of the Cambion will begin to eat away at their human chakra and once their human chakra lowers to less than 10% their dark chakra will begin to take over and once their human chakra hits zero, they will permanently retain Cambion form with no way back.

Human form:
While in their human form members of the clan have only a few distinctive traits that set them apart from the average person. Though these traits are not always present, generally members of this clan are said to have deep red eyes filled with evil and fangs. Most of the members also possess either jet black hair or hair of a deep red color though this trait seems to be present at times and not present at others.
demon form:
When they activate their demon form their appearance changes drastically altering them, for the most part, in every conceivable way. The appearance of their demon forms vary between members, and very rarely do members in this form look similar to one another, however in the case of twins this is more common.

Clan History: The Akuma no Taburetto, meaning Devils Tablet, is an ancient relic depicting the clans history. Only those within the clan know of its existence and even fewer know of its location. The tablet depicts a time long ago when many wars were being fought for dominance between the many nations of the world.
A small nation led by an empress by the name of Katanya came under siege by unknown adversaries. Her armies clashed against the intruders, a battle lasting for many days. Her forces suffered heavy losses but it seemed as though the attackers were growing stronger with each passing day. One night as she looked out at the moon, she prayed to it, prayed for the power to save her people. When her prayer was concluded a spirit appeared to her. It was a bright purple spirit, teeth razor sharp and an aura that was so strong she could feel it weighing down on her from a distance.
The demon offered her the power she would need to not only crush her current attackers but the power to defend her nation from any and all hostile forces. When asked what the malevolent spirit wanted in return he simply stated all she must do is give herself to him then and there. Knowing this may well be her only option she reluctantly complied to his request, offering her body up to the demon spirit for the night.
When morning came she noticed she felt much different, her chakra felt darker, her body felt much hotter and she felt much stronger. Using her new found power she and her armies were able to wipe out all of the attackers and for many ages after prosper peacefully. However, some years later the demon returned one night and brought discerning news.
He placed his hand upon her stomach and instilled one last piece of his power within her however, this would ultimately be their last encounter. He stated that she would pass away soon, giving birth to the demons new son, the first Cambion hybrid and that by giving herself to him earlier on in life in exchange for his power, she could not refuse.
She would later give birth to the first true Cambion, the original and strongest of his kind. The son, a man named Samael had very different ideals from his mother and while she used her power to protect the people of her nation, he used his to not only eventually destroy his mothers people but spawn a new race. After this portion of the history pieces of the tablet are missing or distorted and it is unknown what really happened after those events depicted within it.

Name: Cambion Transformation Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-S Type: Supplementary Element: none Range: self Specialty: none Duration: Dependent upon rank Cooldown: Dependent upon rank Description: By allowing their demonic chakra and heritage to fully manifest within them, Kyuuketsu members take on their demon form, changing their appearance and becoming warriors of darkness imbued with incredible power. While at lower ranks this form is much harder to control and can only be active for shorter amounts of time, with increased experience and training members of the clan can gain much greater control of the form and the power that comes with it.
C-rank: At this basic rank, the Kyuuketsu as very little control or experience with their demon form and thus are able to control a much smaller amount of their Cambion nature than those with higher levels of experience. While this is the lowest rank, it still grants access to incredible power, increasing the speed, strength and endurance of the user by 1/4th of a rank and increasing the potency of their chakra and jutsu by 1/4th as well. Since at this rank user only have enough control to allow a sliver of their demons halves to manifest the demon chakra only eats away 10 chakra per post with a 3 post cool down after four posts max.
B-rank: At this rank the Kyuuketsu is much more easily able to control their demonic nature and their dark chakra. This higher ranked form grants access to a much larger increase in power increasing the strength, speed and endurance of the user by 1/2 this time as well as the potency of their chakra and jutsu by 1/2. At this rank the user is able to more easily maintain the form however, by allowing their more of the dark chakra to take hold, it also eats away their human chakra twice as fast with 15 chakra gone per post and a 4 post cool down after five posts maximum.
A-rank: At this rank the Kyuuketsu is considered to be able to easily control their dark Cambion chakra with near flawless mastery. This form grants access to an even larger amount of their demonic nature increasing the strength, speed and endurance of the user by 3/4 as well as the potency of their chakra or jutsu by 3/4. However, once again by allowing more of their demon to take over the demonic chakra within them also eats away their human chakra much faster at a rate of 20 per post with a 5 post cool down after six posts maximum.
S-rank: At this rank the Kyuuketsu are in a whole other level than they previously were. Their Cambion form changes from what it previously was into something members have come to call the “Perfect Form.” At this rank they are granted complete access to their dark chakra and their strength, speed and endurance along with the potency of their chakra and jutsu is increased by one full rank. By allowing their full demonic power to be released the demonic chakra gulps down their human chakra at 25 per post with a 7 post cool down after seven posts maximum. In this form due to the incredible power of their own chakra should their human chakra reach zero in this form, instead of losing control they will most certainly die.
