Personality: Syn's usually a pretty chill person, but he also knows how to have fun as he does love to party if the opportunity arises or indulge in activities he considers fun. Syn can be quite the sarcastic douche when he wants to be, however people, knowing that that's textbook Syn, always find it easy to be friends with him. His personality can be quite contradicting under certain circumstances where he has multiple pet peeves, however if he likes you enough they don't really bother him all that much. Syn has almost no patience, especially for stupidity. Though he's quite lazy to start something, when he does start he won't want to stop as when he gets pumped up, he's like a well-oiled machine that never overheats or breaks down.
Usually, Syn is always lazy, though if he wants it enough or he's getting something out of it, he'll have no problem with doing whatever needs to be,that's the type of person he is. He loves being busy and absolutely hates feeling unproductive. He constantly trains to make himself ever more stronger as he has never been satisfied with his current strength whenever he reaches a new height in his power. When he believes something to be right he will defend his point with vigorous tenacity until either he wins the argument or the other person produces a great enough argument to change his mind, in which he usually admits if he is wrong or not.
He absolutely loves to fight and if you cross his bad side, though it usually never comes out because he's so chill, he will not hesitate to crush every bone in your body until he feels better. He is great at prioritizing things and never cracks under pressure as he believes worrying to just be an extra hassle while he an simply remain chill and calm. Syn often thinks things through before doing something as he is not one to get himself into sticky situations. In other words, he always has a backup plan and rarely does he just decide to wing it. When doing something Syn prefers it to be perfect as he can be quite OCD at times, however when he's really lazy and in an uncaring mood, he may settle for less. He is quite intelligent, however doesn't flaunt that intelligence unless prompted to set someone's ego straight or to prove something wrong.
Likes: Syn loves music as he just cannot seem to live without it, playing an assortment of different instruments. He also loves to dance, mainly break dancing as he may incorporate it sometimes in his fighting. He loves women and the not-so-child-appropriate activities that may come with it. He loves to fight and get stronger and likes to find new ways of doing things. Syn absolutely loves good-smelling people, it's one of the things that attract him the most as well having the same taste in music, humor, and just playful and fun-loving.
Dislikes: He hates people who constantly do his pet peeves like being excessively loud for no reason or chewing with their mouths open like a cow. He also has no tolerance for stupidity and hates when people bring up a subject and then halfway there change their mind and decide not to tell him as it will eat at him all day. He hates cocky people and will strive to put them in their place and kill their soul if need be as he has no tolerance for it. He dislikes it almost as much as stupidity.
Motivation: Never be satisfied with yourself and always set new goals and better yourself as he believes if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail. He is never satisfied and will always search for greater power and jutsu and ways to be an innovator as he wants to be remembered when he dies. This resolve, passion, and longing to be remembered for greatness is what drives him to seek power beyond his limits. He will never be satisfied as that is just his personality.
Fears: There is only one thing he fears and that is death before he is able to achieve his goals or death before the one he loves as he would rather be the one to go through the pain than for his lover. He fears that if he were to die before achieving his goals, that his whole existence would have been for nothing. He does not fear not man nor God, but the thought of death before success. He fears failure.
Kenshou Clan
Bloodline Name: The Demekin or "Telescope Eye"
Bloodline Ability: The activation of this Doujutsu gives the user an inhuman increase in sight like a telescope or microscope in which they can tweak to their own needs which then allows the user to use their Kekkai Genkai,the Plasma Release, which requires that the user see the electrons needed for ionization. These clan members have a better affinity for the Raiton and Katon elements due to their Kekkai Genkai, giving them better control over them at a molecular level and allowing them to use jutsu of those elements at half the price of their chakra as they don't use the chakra to form the elements, only to give them shape and heightened size. People of this clan have an unusually high body temperature that their bodies have ultimately adjusted to over the years of the clan's existence, therefore making it harder for them to freeze in colder temperatures and therefore making it possible for them to perform the plasma release as they can heat up or cool down certain body parts at will.
When activated, the user's right eye turns green and the left turning red with red markings spreading from the eye, down the cheek and across the nose. The user is also able to switch from a telescopic setting to a microscopic at will as it is the passive ability of the Doujutsu, making them excellent scouts.

Clan History: Originating in Kazangakure as the strongest of clans in the area due to the area being perfectly fit for their abilities, they were the emergency military strength of the nation and the ultimate war deterrent of the area, however over the years of reliance upon the Hachibi, their strength slowly faded and their carefree and cocky attitude ultimately led to the demise of the country. As a last hope to salvage the clan, the members, instead of fighting a hopeless war that would surely result in the clan's destruction, instead fled the nation as it was destroyed during the Hachibi's absence and scattered across the country.
History: Early Years
Before Syn was born, his mother and father, pure bloods of the rich Kenshou clan, fled the destroyed country and became refugees in Boufuugakure where they were required to start over. With no money and the only family he ever knew being his mother and father, Syn grew up as a very impoverished child, however he never really had a problem with that as he always knew that he was going to do great things. He worked hard as a child and listened intently as his parents taught him the jutsu of his clan and taught took each and every lesson seriously, never giving up until mastery was achieved and even then trained to never dull his skills as was the folly of his clan in the war past. He was never much of the crying type, so when his father and mother died of old age and he was left alone, he just picked up where he had left off until he was able to finally get into the ninja academy.
It was no struggle for him as he was naturally good at whatever he found interesting and decided to do and he was always aiming for greatness even during his first days in the academy learning his very first jutsu, he would find new ways and ideas to incorporate things into his fighting. As poor as he was, he never had to fight for survival though as a precaution he made sure to get strong enough to fend for himself in the violent slums that he had grown up in, therefore hard work as never foreign to him. He was a prodigious child, however due to his laziness his talents were often wasted, however his never-satisfied attitude only intensified his need for strength as he kept up with his training vigorously and tenaciously like a wolf running after its prey, he would not give up.
Stealth was always something he had been fond of and trained every day in order to make it a thing of second nature, he was never one to give up and is still not to this day.
Genin and Progression
As a Genin, he wanted to prove to the world his greatness and with that in mind, he ultimately intended to continue to build his strength in order to do just that. As long as he was going to be alive, he planned to make sure the world knew the name, Synyster Kenshou. Syn continued training throughout his Genin years, going on few missions, so that he could hone his skills to the point where if ever he felt like going on a mission, he would have the skill set required to take on whatever came his way, paving the way for an easy future. With the creation of his very first E-Rank, Bitoku: Chinmoku [Virtue: Silence], as the first of a series he had planned on creating, Synyster became a master of stealth and reconnaissance. This jutsu had the ability to render the user's footsteps impossible to hear and if the user so chose would render them unable to speak, in order to thwart any attempt to get information from them through torture. In combination with his Kekkei Genkai, The Demekin, his unparalleled scope of vision and indiscernible stealth made him the perfect specialist.
As a Genin when he went on missions he was forced to teach all of his team the jutsu about a week beforehand, so that the overall effectiveness of the team as a whole would become that much more of a spectacle. The prodigious Genin became known all throughout the ninja world residing in Boufuugakure. People became intrigued by his skills and befriended the white-haired boy instantly when it was obvious that his personality was just as great as his skill in the ninja arts. But even though he found time to hang out, he always made sure to keep up with his training and throughout his largely decorated childhood, yearned for even more acknowledgment. In time, he created yet another E-Rank, Ichiji Tekina Mahi [Temporary Paralysis], and throughout his time fighting, became known for his effective style that incorporated the use of very small and seemingly harmless techniques to his advantage in order to perform deadly and lethal combinations upon his opponents.
When Syn sought out more than just proficiency in the ninja arts and his Taijutsu, he turned to Kenjutsu and quickly fell in love with the subtle, but deadly art of the blade. It almost too quickly became his primary fighting preference and worked every day, cutting and slicing invisible targets, flipping through the air with deadly and quick combinations, and landing a flurry of lacerations upon his opponent to be. It turned out as almost an extension of himself and his quickness and fluidity with the weapon became one of his many trademarks, though he didn’t know that in the years following that he would be known for something quite different. He strove for proficiency in all forms of weaponry, so that he would never be caught off guard and could use any at a whim.
Among one of Syn’s most influential encounters was his pairing of the girl he thought would most likely become the love of his life. Highly skilled in the art of Taijutsu, even more than Synyster himself, with a personality shining brighter than any he had ever encountered. With every mission that they undertook together, the higher their bond became and the more their affections toward each other became even more profound. They were looked upon highly by the elders of Boufuugakure as well as by their peers. It was as if they were the same person. The personality, the way they trained diligently, they well they held themselves was identical almost to the T, with a similar background that would’ve proved almost made up when put into light the rest of their similarities. They always found time for each other without interfering in their practical studies and with that unmentioned mutual agreement came an understanding and somewhat invisible link between the two that no one but themselves were actually able to distinguish.
It was morning when Syn barely woke up to the notice that in a month’s time, the Chuunin Exams would be held. That was all Syn needed to hear before he rushed towards his same old training spot he had used since his early years in Boufuugakure and worked up a new regimen where he would no longer do a specific thing a day, but everything every day for no matter how long it took. At first, it proved so difficult that Syn could barely handle the stress on his body the first day, but soon after, his body ultimately became fit for the hard rigors of his new training and increased his abilities even more. When the time came for Syn to step up to the plate that was the Chuunin Exams he was very much almost perfect in his own style and had learned to adapt marvelously to any change in direction of a situation. He and his girl, Katarina, never lost contact with each other even despite their harder training regimes.
After the month flew by and all preparations were set, Syn and the rest of his team, whom he had formed a very large bond with, all signed up at the same time and were relieved to find out that they weren’t forced to fight one another in the brackets, increasing their resolve to all end up Chuunin by the end of the hard-fought competition. The team was outstanding, but none showed so much promise as the two disciples of Boufuugakure, Synyster Kenshou and Katarina Fuu. Even before the first day of the Chuunin exams the elders, whom possessed the utmost faith in their strengths, had already since started working on the kage to finish the arduous paper work required for their acquiring of higher ranked missions. There had seemed to be no doubt among the members of the strong country known as Boufuugakure that the prodigious youth close to undertaking the rigors of the Chuunin Exams were going to do a job less than anything of flying colors.
Once the written tests were finished and both Syn and his A-List team passed without a wrong answer, it was time for business. The preliminaries had started and all of the fights would soon begin. Ninja from all over the country were fighting for their shot at Chuunin. Some were timid and unsure of themselves, yet undertook the challenge anyway as a way for them to please others back home. Some were fierce fighters, wanting only but the bounties that came along with the prestige of glory and would do anything for their shot at being considered for a Chuunin spot. Others however, were downright bloodthirsty. Only in it for the prospect of fighting, injuring, and maiming others, these guys were ones whose fighting prowess was supposedly on par with that of Syn and Katarina’s own. Told to always be prepared for the worst case scenario, Syn and Katarina had long since prepared themselves mentally and physically. Both possessed no doubt in their mind that they would undoubtedly beat whoever stood in their way.
With the first round of the preliminaries underway, Syn, Katarina, and the two other members of his prestigious 4-man cell found themselves squaring off against top-level opponents whose origins varied from those all across the nation. Though their opponents were strong in their own right, fighting along Syn, even though the members of the four-man cell were already strong, helped them pick up a few of Syn’s own tendencies and fighting styles, such as the usage of many small and seemingly harmless jutsu in conjunction with each other. Such small additions to the style of the team through osmosis provided for their seemingly effortless wins, granted it was mainly logic and strategy being used as opposed to brute strength and large, energy and chakra-consuming “performances” other, more or less braggadocios, were familiar with utilizing.
Due to the abundance of Genin all vying for the same opportunities, the Preliminaries went on for one more round and already prepared for their own prospective challenges, Syn and his team again beat their own respective opponents and therefore moved onto the Semi-Finals. As the first day of the exams came to a close and everyone from challenger and spectator alike left home in order to prepare for the next day, Syn and his team be thee farewell and prepared themselves mentally and physically for the challenge that was to come.
When the second day came to be and the sun rose up out of its deep slumber, everyone from challenger to spectator and even those who were already previously knocked off of the brackets came back for the second day. This day was hosted in an even larger arena where matches would be held one by one in front of the entire audience to see and became a large spectacle as villagers even from other lands came to spectate the rigorous battles that would be scheduled to ensue at the signal. Unlike the first day, everyone here had been greatly skilled enough to make it past preliminaries and into the Semi-Finals, thus all of the combatants were on their game and cautiously prepared both body and soul for the day’s rigors.
Before checking in to the arena, Syn and Katarina had met up beforehand and decided to hang out for a little in order to enjoy their peace and quiet before they would soon be split apart once again to battle it out for the top spots. When their time was almost up, Syn and Katarina awkwardly exchanging glances which held within it an unspoken “I love you”, Katarina did something of the unordinary for the first time professed her feelings for him, which he did in mutual succession and with the two lovebirds finding out the obvious connection finally, they parted in happiness and a kiss, however unbeknownst to Syn, that would be the last thing they ever did together.
The other members of his team found themselves barely scraping by against the competition, even so however, they ended up winning their matches and moving onto the last round of the Semi-Finals. Katarina, through her stunning hand-to-hand combat prowess won her matches with flying colors and Syn using only his tactics and Kenjutsu prowess, marches through the competition. As the second round ensued and the brackets were up, Syn noticed none to heartedly that his team was going to be going up against those very people he had been warned about and while himself due to the uneven amount of challengers and he being seeded first, progressed through to the Finals by default.
It was a slaughter. Syn all too hastily ran to Katarina’s side to wish her luck and stood in the audience in order to watch the match. Worried, yet with the utmost faith in his girlfriend, he could only watch and wait. For the majority of the fight it seemed Katarina had had the upper hand, but through a carefully placed explosive tag set before the match the fight instantly swung in the opposite direction and Katarina’s attention being turned was all her opponent needed to swiftly get his way. Once upon her, her opponent brutally and mercilessly beat her down until she remained barely a fraction of what she used to be and hardly discernible. From then on Syn shut down as everything went into slow motion. His life had been torn apart and his friends were all dead or in critical condition. As the last tear left Syn’s eye, he knew he was going to kill every last one of the bloodthirsty mongrels left in the competition.
When the finals undertook the last day of the exams, Syn was ruthless and unrelenting. Going up against those very opponents whom he had witnessed destroy his very livelihood he brutally and voraciously picked them apart. He quickly became known for his clan jutsu that allowed him to shape a weapon out of plasma and every time, he would end a match by severing the head of his opponent with his plasma jutsu in the shape of a scythe. He quickly became known throughout the crowd as The Reaper of Boufuugakure, an alias he rather liked and appreciated as it described exactly the visage he had planned to don once upon entering the finals. When his last opponent, the same one who had killed the love of his life, came face to face with him, Syn made no effort in holding back and even awakened the simultaneous activation of his Demekin Kekkei Genkai. Ignoring his screams and torturing him until he eventually beheaded the monster he had called an opponent, Syn became the Champion of the exams and was thus given Chuunin status.
Over the years, he traveled and took on countless missions, eventually becoming so skilled he was given the Jounin rank. Still working to improve himself daily, Syn, however, also could not allow the state of such an old proud nation to deteriorate any longer. Syn campaigned heavily throughout the nation, gaining influence and power every step of the way. He made it his own private mission to empower the people of the country as such that he could not allow the other countries to grow strong as they weakened for the chance of defending an attack in their state was little to none.
Therefor, through his many speeches and words of the strength, valor, and all-around sheer might of his great nation, Syn became respected to the point where he was chosen to be the Kanetsukage, an offer he gladly accepted. One day during his time in his office Syn began to feel a power surge like he had never felt before, emanating from a distance away. Thinking of the possibility of an eminent threat, Syn and two other top ninja of Boufuugakure ran full speed and when they finally arrived what they saw astounded them. Fighting were men dressed in similar clothing as one another and some wearing headbands from different villages, presumably Kage from how well they fought.
However, it wasn't who was fighting that astounded the Hurricane shinobi, but WHAT they were fighting. The Nine-Tailed beast had been awakened and within a matter of minutes shinobi from all over the world met in one area to witness the might of the nine tailed beast. Some wished to capture this creature, and charged at it in hopes to weaken and seal it. However, they witnessed that the beast was not as easy to capture as they hoped. Within seconds the Nine tails had murdered hundreds of shinobi with one tailed beast bomb.
It was only the former leader of "The Machine" that could barely stand a chance against this beast. With all the power he had left, the emperor sealed the nine tails into a miniature device. With the nine tails sealed, the only enemies that remained on the battle field were the shinobi of different villages. It did not take long for all the villages to break their temporary truce and for a full world war to suddenly envelope in one area. The nine tails killed hundreds, while the war killed thousands.
Syn and his men in a tight-knit formation fought their way through many different and skilled ninja, however as time progressed, the lesser two were eventually killed, leaving Syn to duke it out within this all-out war. None all too soon, however, came the second wave of the Nine-Tailed beast's in the form of a humanoid stone statue. Watching as he saw one of the men of the Uchiha clan rallying a large numbers of soldiers to continue the fight, so to did Syn.
Yelling aloud to those that could hear him he shouted,"I don't know about any of you, but if I am to die this day... I'm taking at least one of its damn limbs with me!"
With a resounding roar from both Syn's side of the field along with the Uchiha clansmen and the many who followed in pursuit, scores of shinobi moved as a unit to lay waste to the beast that had wrought so much havoc. In the end however, the efforts were to no avail and the last thing Syn remembered was a large explosion before reawakening near some of the scarcely dormant volcanoes of Kazangakure.
RP Sample: Syn walked through the dark alley ways of Boufuugakure, with his only light being the moon up ahead, he merely followed wherever the moon crept. He had nothing better to do, so might as well go for a nice walk, although the dust filled streets of Boufuugakure weren't the most deal places to be at night. Syn didn't really care however as he didn't really think anything here would threaten him and if so, he wasn't in the mood for a fight anyway.
Syn wore a black T-Shirt that hugged his body enough to show his muscles and a leather jacket that when hit with the light of the moon, gave off a white aura. It made it look even cooler in Synyster's mind. But he pondered on that fact for no longer than a second as with what he had on, he could've been the best dressed judging from his surroundings. He wore his usual black and red bracelets on his right wrist, and a chain on his black jeans. The chain hung down from his pocket all the way towards his knee as it was connected to Syn's wallet.
Although on the outside, Syn would seem like he was pretty much in control of himself, in the inside he was getting annoyed at the constant bickering between Taison and Sakura, both of the kids that seemed to be following him everywhere today.
"When will you finally close that big mouth of yours you brainless brute?" said Sakura,"I have grown really tired with just the sound of your voice!"
"May I ask why-", Taison said as he was instantly cut off by the sound of Sakura's anger.
"No you may not ask a damn thing!", Sakura yelled. She had really been on edge lately and usually she'd be calm, but right now it seemed that Syn had to interfere.
Growing tired of the arguing, Syn said,"Shut up NOW". The sound of his harsh voice threw Taison's retort straight out of the window. Without a word Syn silently marched through the dusty district of Boufuugakure, eventually coming into the presence of two people. A male and a woman who looked like she hadn't taken a shower in a while. Her bloodstained hands, showed no signs of being a good thing, so Syn walked right up to her, being the gentleman that he was, and said,"Sorry, but a woman does not belong in the trash, especially an injured one". So slowly taking her hands and lifting them up and out of the trash can Syn would smile and say,"Let's go and get you something to eat and while we're at it, get your hands treated".
