The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Ririna is a determined and strong willed girl. She has grown up as a slave and abused so she has a hard time trusting people afraid they might back stab her or hurt her/abuse. However this doesn't stop her from putting on a smile and trying to act like she's okay. She also acts like, I'm stronger than you act, she tries to hide her emotions from the public unless your a close friend. She also can be very innocent minded and shy at times.
She tries to act cold to people at time due to memories of her past, but this doesn't make her mean, in fact she can be very kind. She just has created a iron wall of emotions so she can't be hurt, however this will change as she realizes things in life. If she catches anyone hurting someone innocent who can't fight/defend themselves she will jump in and possibly kill the foe. She will kill any slaveholders on site, trying to stop others from having the same past as her. She is a little delusional thinking everyone around her is going to betray her, they can't be trusted.
Likes:
Ririna likes to stare up at the sky thinking of soaring, escaping her deepest fears.
Ririna enjoys being able to protect weak people who can't protect themselves.
She likes the silky fur of a cat and it calms her to pet them.
Her favorite snack is an apple to eat when she's hungry
Ririna also likes to sing when shes alone to express her feelings or to let our her sorrow.
Dislikes:
She hates slaveholders because she finds it cruel and inhuman and it reminds her of her past.
Being too weak to protect herself.
She doesn't like her hands having slimy or sticky substances on them.
She isn't too fond of snakes, the way they slither on the ground and over obstacles and look slimy freaks her out.
Not a fan of desert-like places, due to the hot temperatures.
Motivation: Ririna has a motivation, that motivation is too help the weaker people in need, as well as prevent slavery. She couldn't stand slaveholders it was inhuman! Why would you enslave human beings! She had a serious hatred towards people who thought of others as tools and slaves or puppets, because of this. She would find true happiness when she killed the slaveholder who killed her parents and took her away from them. Until that day she will try to find other ways to be comfortable and happy with herself, till the day she finds the man, who had enslaved her.
Fears: Ririna has a deathly fright of being enslaved again, or being to weak to fight off people who want to kill her. She doesn't want to go back to being anyone's slave. Ririna can't look at whips or fire without having a mental breakdown. It reminds her of the pain and the men, who told her it was best to sit and shut up or she'd burn and bleed. She was afraid of being too weak and not being good enough for a situation or mission or letting others down. Ririna didn't wanna let anyone down or fail again, she was afraid if she wasn't strong enough they'd be back to burn more symbols into her delicate skin, like before.

Clan History: The Roth Family’s known history stretches back generations, however there isn't much of note beyond their arrival in Hurricane Country. They first came to Shippuugakure from a land across the seas; leading a veritable armada of mercenary, mercantile, and fishing vessels in the wake of the 10 year hurricane. Their stay in Shippuugakure was originally intended to be temporary as they searched for an uninhabited island to call their own. In return for a place to lay anchor and trade they offered their vessels and their crews for whatever services the town was in need of and more, many of them volunteering to aid in the building of Ao Phalanx Harbor. Of course the building of a proper harbor brought in even more work for them through trade and fishing, which in turn brought forth various bands of rogues and pirates on the high seas, granting those members who preferred blade over net much needed work. It wasn’t long before some members of the Roth family and their shipmates decided to make Shippuugakure their permanent harbor, while others went on to settle in numerous other smaller towns within the Land of Hurricanes and beyond.
Not much not note has happened since then. Those that stayed in Shippuugakure made a name for themselves as sailors and pirate hunters, eventually opening their own, although small, district within Ao Phalanx Harbor. As the years passed they grew in wealth and fame amongst those whose work brought them to the docks or took them to the high seas, but even as their status increased they never thought of themselves above any other. However unlike many of the more notable clans in Shippuugakure, or in just about any hidden village for that matter, the Roth family rarely produced shinobi. While the majority of their members train extensively in various combat techniques they prefer to live their lives on the seas, those who would make fine shinobi becoming hired protection for mercantile vessels or pirate hunters. As a result the other clans tend to look down on them, even if they do aid the country by trying to keep the waters safe.

Background:
Born on July fifth, of the current year, it was bright and sunny a little girl who had a full set of hair, sat in the arms of her mother sleeping, her father a blonde man with greenish blue eyes looked at his wife, smiling. "Well Orihana, we made a beautiful baby, she has your eyes." He smiled to his wife. "She almost looks like you, pretty much a cutting image." He stated, but Orihana smiled up at her husband. "Yes but she has your small little button nose. Sukaro, do you have to go out on a mission tomorrow? You just had a baby..." He kissed her forehead and smiled down at her and baby Ririna. "Sorry, I have too, but i'll be back in no time, babe!" Orihana had nodded, her love, Sukaro was a respected man a very reliable and powerful shinobi, part of the Uzumaki clan but she still didn't like the fact he had to leave the next day after just having a baby. As they returned home the new family was settling down in a little cute blue house in Shippuugakure.
Orihana had known the mission would take at least a month, he had always went on big missions like this, the family had decided to use Roth instead of Uzumaki since the baby took more of her mother. Orihana was enjoying taking care of the baby it was relaxing and brought nothing but happiness to the woman, she felt like she had a purpose again. A month passed and a Jonin from the mission that Sukaro went on came with tragic news, he was one of the two that survived outta ten Jonin that went on the mission. His name was Yaruma, he had told the now widowed wife that her husband died. "I'm sorry . . . it was... so weird... we didn't see it coming we were barely in the Death Country before some black figured ate two of our men and hunted us as we ran... your husband . . . Sukaro protected me and Makaro, holding it off as we ran." Orihana nodded and told the man he could go, she had her fist clenched he apologized again, she nodded.
Orihana had threw away her headband and grabbed little Rina, taking her to Hyougagakure village, some of the family from Roth and Uzumaki lived there and accepted the Single Mother and her baby right in. They fed them and listened to the sobs of Orihana. " I told him... I told him! Th-That idiot! I knew it was a death mission!" The woman of the two branches of family comforted the woman, they felt the pain she had too and tried their best to help her. Ririna was raised among her family members in the Blizzard Country being taught to crawl then walk and eventually to talk, when she was around five she was taught to fight a bit. Orihana had watched her child with happy tears, she maybe not remember her father like her mother did, but she was glad Ririna was living a happy life.
Orihana had started to try and teach Ririna Lightning release or Wind but neither worked, a girl about fifteen suggested she might use Water Release, and taught Ririna how to use Water Release. Which the girl was correct she became her master in the arts of ninjutsu. Orihana sighed, she wished she was the one to teach her daughter her ninjutsu, but she had settled for teaching her, Kenjutsu. She was taught how to use Water Ninjutsu till she was about seven, and was given a pale blue handle rapier, her mother taught her little kenjutsu. All the way till she was about nine years old and she was pretty skilled maybe good enough for chuunin.
One morning a couple of masked men had bombarded the two clans forged house in the Hyougagakure No Sato village, they threw in bombs that let out a white gas that knocked out anyone who breathed it in. The masked men kept a safe distance till it cleared, they sent in a big tank like structured man who grabbed the little girl Ririna, ran off to a forest near the Death Country. Orihana had found this out and Ririna's Ninjutsu teacher, Mari had also went with Orihana to track them down, the two women were out on a mission to earn ryo to pay off bills and get groceries. "You bastards!!" Orihana had smashed the tank-like man into the ground damaging his skull, he'd likely be dead in a few mere minutes. Ririna had been launched into the air, a man with a snake tongue had used a jutsu to extend his tongue to wrap around Ririna, zip her back to the group of masked men.
Orihana had whispered to Mari. "You take out the two little guys behind Snake boy, I'll take Snake boy out!" Orihana had launched herself off a tree at incredible speeds grabbing the snake-man's tongue and cutting it off from the base having it unwrap off of Ririna, a man without a mask but a hood on had now held the girl in his arms. Mari had taken out one of the short men but was now held in the hands of a second tank-like man's hand. The hooded mans voice was soft and soothing. "Riri-chan wake up~" Orihana glared at him. "Let Mari, go! Leave Ririna alone!" He smirked as he licked his lips. "I can't do that, you see, now wake up!"
The hooded man had slapped Ririna waking her, and chuckled. "Now, Golem!" The big man had crushed Mari's head to nothing and dropped her lifeless body, Ririna scream in terror. "Mommy help!!" Orihana's emotions ran wild she was unable to focus now, she charged at the man with her sword slicing at him, Golem had grabbed her too and held her like Mari, by her head. Orihana cried as she tried to say calmly. "C-Close your eyes Ririna . . ." Ririna followed her mothers orders, but the hooded man forced her eyes open making her watch Golem crush her moms head slowly, Orihana screamed. "STOPP! Don't Make her watch!! Ririna!"
Ririna trembled in the mans arms in terror. "M-My mommy... why... what did I do to you?" He took his mask off it was her uncle he looked like her father. "D-Daddy...!" He slapped her and threw her to the ground. "No, I am Rakami, your uncle." She looked at him with utter fear, why would her uncle kill her mommy, her teacher and close friend, Mari . . . she got up and ran off terrified. "GO AWAY!!" He laughed evilly. "You can't escape! Razor!"
A man who was quicker than her appeared in front of her and kicked her in front of Rakami, his hand on her thigh. "I'll teach you why you shouldn't run..." His finger burning hot as he burnt the symbol, into her skin which meant "slave". She looked at it knowing what it meant, afraid of him even more. She did as told and stole from small villages and if they chased her the village got slaughtered by Golem and Razor. She felt bad like she was the cause of it, she regretted being born, it was her fault that others felt this misery and pain. They began harsh training with the girl when they got back to their hideout.
The reasoning to how and why no one found her was the hideout had seals masking their chakra and keeping it hidden to the naked eye. For five years she was used to murder anyone and whoever and steal possessions and ryo, and train harshly to become their emotionless killing machine. When she was seventeen a old man had found the hideout and broke the seals as he was a sole survivor from one of the villages, he had used a earth jutsu that started to make the hideout collapse. He had even ran inside found Ririna and ran inside telling her to run. "Run kid! I am no fool, your eyes tell of misery you were forced to kill and I saw them guide you, now run, run be free!" As he said those last words four swords pierced him in his gut, she looked at the gruesome sight quickly running as the old man had trapped them in a jutsu to hold them off for a bit.
She ran and couldn't believe how the man could do that, she had wiped out six minor little outskirt villages of innocent people, that man was a victim of that and rescued her, she smiled as she cried running for Hyougagakure no Sato. She had cried as she made it back to her family in the Blizzard Country. After a month from recovering from being abused and a slave she became a academy student and passed with flying colors, and she was sixteen by the time she became a Genin. She still looked at the small burnt in symbol on her left thigh you couldn't really see it unless you were up close. All she could remember was the pain and torture, she remembered the fireballs thrown at her and whips lashed at her. She would one day be free from this pain, soon.

Mizuna would patrol the village gate of Konahagakure no Sato, she had been a Jonin for nearly a year now, it wasn't where she expected to be but she wasn't still warming up to people, sure she could warm up to her squad easily but question was when will she have a squad. She began to wonder what her squad would look like, what would their abilities be, surely not as advance at Mizuna, unless their past was somewhat like hers forcing them to be stronger than average. Then again... strength isn't what makes you strong it's your sheer will, your ability to get up after knocked down and to never give up, she was surely strong at that. She was also a great tactician in battle, being she was fast and had keen senses she was surely a person not to be reckoned with if not prepared, she smirked thinking of her first fight in the chuunin arena, that was when she was realized as a strong genin and not just that new genin girl who was probably weak. She stopped in front of Konohagakure's village gate sitting on it swaying her legs watching the guards, she wondered if that was a fun job, too protect the whole village, then again that was all of the nin in Konoha's job. She slowly looked up her eyes gleaming in the light as she smiled watching the birds fly, fly in circles as they look as if they would be dancing but in the sky and she said to herself. "I am like the birds now, free to soar... to find my own path, too go wherever." With that said she jumped up and walked across the village gate watching villagers interact, her eyes looked at them as the flashback hit her, the blood she had caused the pain... that old man! No... this is different this time she is their guardian, with that role she'll try her best to guard them. She humphed as she mumbled. "Even at death I won't let this whole village die!" Mizuna was happy to finally be respected and known as something bigger, although people knew her because she was apart of the main branch house.
Mizuna had got about half way through with patrolling and decided to take a walk through the village, kids who have yet to be in the academy smiled up at her and said among themselves, their words brought a smile to her face as she looked at them. "She's a ninja! One day, we'll be like her!" One of the little boys said and another agree'd a little Hyūga girl with the seal on her but her hair covered it just a bit. "Y-Yeah... maybe..." Mizuna walked over to the little girl seeing the seal just a bit and put her hand on top of her head and smiled. "Of course you will, I will be rooting for you. Your a Hyūga, you'll do fine." The little girl smiled at her, as if all her doubt in herself had washed away, she hugged Mizuna's waist with her frail little hands. Mizuna patted the little girls head before giving a light hug back to the small girl, her friends smiled at Mizuna too joining in on the group hug, this had made Mizuna's day not that she wasn't enjoying it but it was now a very good day.
Mizuna had stopped at the ramen shop, getting some pork ramen, with a few shrimps around the bowl and a few spices, she gladly ate the ramen, but at a normal pace, making sure not to slurp. She left the bowl of juice and paid for her ramen with the right amount of Ryo, left to finish her patrolling duties for the day. She walked past villagers and all ninja and jumped onto a building, jumped to higher up buildings and landed on top of the village gate, she walked around the rest of the gate finishing her duty. She went to the spa next after she undressed and put her toes in the steaming hot vanilla scented water, she let out a quick gasp. Mizuna forced herself into the hot water adjusting and letting out a groan, as she enjoyed the relaxing hot water, smiled as she was done for the day.

Everything checks out, likes, dislikes and motivations are good. Transfer from Shippu to Hyouga explained.
