Name: Sage Sword: Samehada
Type: Greatsword
Rank: S
Quantity: 1
Description: Its a large sentient sword covered with downward facing blue scales running along the entirety of its length until its hilt, because of this the sword inflicts injuries through shredding or shaving what it comes into contact with instead of the usual cutting. While it ordinarily remains rigid, Samehada's hilt is able to stretch and bend to great extent. Samehada grows larger in proportion to the amount of chakra it absorbs, causing its scales to become so long that they ultimately resemble shark fins and its mouth, located at the tip of the blade, to become even more pronounced. Keeping Samehada wrapped in bandages apparently helps to inhibit this growth to a certain extent.
Abilities: Generally the same as canon, The sword has the ability to steal chakra from either people the blade comes into contact with or jutsu that come into contact with or are relatively near (Inches away). The blade is also to extend its scales to spikes (No longer than a foot). It is also able to protrude spikes from its handle when wielded by anyone the blade deems unsuited.
Chakra Absorbing: Because of the symbiotic relationship the blade has with its user, the blade will steal 10 chakra away from the user every posts regardless if they are idle or in the midst of battle. But while in battle the sword can eat any chakra technique regardless of if its transformed (Nature transformations) or not, storing it within the blade which has a chakra pool of 200 (The wielders chakra taken overtime isn't stored here). The system for jutsu absorption goes as follows: D:5, C:10, B:15, A:20, S:35 (Half the cost). Direct contact with a person steals 5 chakra, prolonged contact, 4 seconds or more, steals 10. Such an ability allows Samehada to literally slice through an opponent's techniques. A Rank techniques are only at 25% effectiveness, S-Ranks are at 50% effectiveness. Samehada can also directly absorb chakra cloaks turning version 2 jinchuruki back to version 1 (Six tails at once).
Note: If the sword ever absorbs more than 200 chakra it will attempt to switch owners
Sensor: Samehada is also able to sense chakra around it, working as a sensor, sensing any chakra source is a 40 meter radius.
Fusing The last ability of the blade is the ability to fuse with its weilder (Must have owned the sword for more than3 topics), allowing it to cure fatal injuries and completely fuse its chakra pool with the users (Excess chakra just disappears). A proficient weilder can fuse even further with the blade doing so causes the owner to become much more shark-like in appearance, growing fins and webbed hands that allow movement through water with considerable ease. The owner also receives some of Samehada's abilities while in this form, such as being able to extend spikes from his body for offense (Will be a separate jutsu), and absorbing chakra when others come into direct contact (Again, 5 chakra and 10 for prolonged contact) with him and same with jutsu. as well as the ability to track chakra (Same as above)
Note 2.0: Saizo cant weild both Hiramekarei and Samehada at the same time
History: This sword is quite famous, and undoubtedly the most famous of the 7 sword of the sage due to its nature of being a living sword and its monstrous appearance. This sword could also be considered the strongest of the seven sword due to its strange nature. Now, no one truly knows where the sword came from, whether it was an experiment gone wrong or a creation some supernatural being sent down in order to have some fun, like a sort of notebook of death or something similarly silly. Regardless of where it originated, the blade has risen to legendary status, being held only by the strongest of the strong due to its immense hunger for chakra. Many people seek out this blade in order to prove worthy of it and quickly raise their ninja status, but many fail to appease its needs and are rejected with puncture wounds on their hands to remind themselves. Saizo, fresh from being inaugurated as kage stumbled upon the blade on accident. The sword having been relatively quite in this day and age due to the lack of people capable of wielding it. Saizo unaware at the time picked it up because of its appearance being so similar to his own sword, both being of the same lineage of weapons. The sword soon became attached to Saizo and Saizo learned how to wield Samehada effectively as well as learning how to understand the blade, treating it far more like a pet than like a weapon. Soon he became one of, if not the only, man to wield two of the seven swords of the sage.
