The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: It was a sword crafted with the unique properties of Syn's choice as was one of the customs of his clan.
Abilities: Kyokasuigetsu has the ability to dissolve into a puddle of water and can be controlled by Syn. It is 1 foot wide and deep at first. The sword can then spike upward as it is hard as steel. It gives three spikes at once and the spikes are each 3 feet tall. The sword can then absorb 5 of the target's chakra and therefore can be stored in order to give the puddle one more foot of depth and width and the spikes would grow larger by 1 foot. It remains out for 3 posts. Chakra stored into the blade isn't used immediately, Syn can choose whether to use it to strengthen the blade or store it in there for next time. Umm also it has a 4 post cool down between uses of the spikes. It doesn't have a limit, also yeah it can only absorb during separate topics. It'll always reset to its original state after a topic is finished. Also it's a blade made up of a Titanium/Steel Alloy. Strong enough to hack through steel armor and flexible just enough to withstand the force of oncoming blows. Has to puncture at least 2 inches in order to drain chakra. The sword has some chakra nature to be able to form the puddle on its own. Then I think C-Rank lightning will nullify the spike ability. And since the spike's as hard as steel, I guess it would do as much damage as a Katana would.
History: As was the custom of his clan, Syn recieved his unique sword when he was a Chuunin. He told the craftsmen of the unique properties he wanted for the blade and thus Kyokasuigetsu was born.

Ok, time to take you to math class. If it absorbs 5%, do the math to break down 5% on each level in accordance to the chakra pool. Or just give the number of chakra it takes for every rank. Lastly, give the ability a cooldown between uses of the spikes. The sword will only be able to store that chakra within the battle. If you have a limit that your willing to keep up with in terms of chakra, what is the total chakra limit? Make sure it matches what you fix with the chakra pool.
I need to know atleast some of the raw materials its made out of, to gauge the strength.
Lastly, fix the colors....

Wait, one last thing. How close or what does it have to do in order to absorb your enemy's chakra? Make contact? If so, how major does the contact have to be?

I also would like to add that there should be usage of chakra since your dissolving a your weapon in a pool of steel. Thus, please give me the amount of chakra as well when you use it.

That's the sword's ability Kamui... Also it has to puncture at least 2 inches of the body to drain chakra.

Ok, I will need you to add that the sword has some chakra nature to be able to form the puddle on its own. That will solve your issue about not using your own chakra. However, it will raise the price, but the discount received will erase that most likely. Make your edits...

Last edit before pricing. How damaging is the spike if it makes contact, and apparently this sword has a natural weakness to lightning. What level of lightning jutsu can casue this sword to have problems if it were in a puddle?? As in, nullify your spikes. This all depends on what rank you want the spike ability to be considered as. I see it as a B rank water ability.
