The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: False Oasis Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Range: Environment Description: This genjutsu works on the environment instead of the opponent themselves, meaning that all people will see it, even the caster. This genjutsu uses the rising heat from the ground that normally causes a mirage to cause what appears to be an actual oasis. The sand will appear to be water, and all people will think they see large palm trees. This jutsu can be used to draw people closer in the desert or can be used to tire out an opponent by making them run towards an oasis that is nowhere nearby. Can only be used in the desert. This technique lasts until the opponent reaches the apparent oasis, at which point it automatically ends, but it can also be ended via pain or Kai. Cooldown of twp posts.
Name: Hellish Mirage Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Range: Environment Description: This genjutsu uses the heat waves rising off the desert sands to cause a fast-changing mirage around a large environment. This can make it appear that the opponent is in a much different part of the desert, or even somewhere that is not part of the desert at all. This genjutsu makes the landscape change from far away, but the closer the opponent gets to the heat wave causing the mirage, the more it changes. This can make the opponent walk towards a certain point on the landscape, only to find that that point does not exist. This greatly hampers the ability to judge distance and actual location on a map. This jutsu can last indefinitely if it is not found out, as it uses the natural optical illusion of a Fata Morgana, but pain or D-rank Kai jutsu can dispell the genjutsu. Cooldown of five posts.

Name: Sand Dervish Travel Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Range: Self Description: This jutsu can only be used in the desert. By focusing a chakra illusion on the environment around himself or herself, the user can make it appear that they are actually a common, small sand tornado called a sand dervish. The illusion has no effect on the actual sand around them, and the user is not visible within the dervish, allowing them to travel unnoticed through the desert. The illusionary dervish can only travel as quickly as the user themself, and can last as long as 20 posts, due to the small size of the illusion.
Just give the official size of the illusion. The part I don't understand is, if you create it on yourself, how does it affect others' vision of the object. It seems just like its ninjutsu...
