The wings fall apart after being hit by any attack, and only increase speed by 20%, but allows them to fly approximately 200 meters vertically before the wings begin to fall apart. Can the water wings be used to defend (like Sasuke did with his Cursed Seal Wings), can they make the user (you) more susceptible to earth-style ninjutsu, how much faster can you move, and how high/fast can you fly?

Kashaku, these jutsu I will be posting(along with eight more) are my starting jutsu. I was told to post them here, and I was also told I would get ten jutsu free.

Water Wings would actually make the user more susceptible to earth jutsu simply because it is a Suiton ninjutsu. I'm also fairly sure that Water Wings is at least C-rank because it not only allows you to fly, it also increases your speed.

Description:The user makes handseals, then concentrates chakra into their right first. After which, the can 'punch' towards their opponent, up to three balls of yellow fire spewing forth. These will only do a small amount of damage, and are brighter than normal flames, so upon hitting they have a chance to blind the opponent. Along with that, if the user charges chakra for this, the heat of the fireballs rises, as does the rank and chakra requirement. One turn: Yellow Fire, Small Damage(First Degree Burns,30mph)(D). Two Turns: Red Fire, Medium Damage(Second Degree Burns. 40mph)(C). Three Turns: Green Fire, Heavy Damage(Second Degree Burns,Clothing on Fire. 50mph)(B). Four Turns: Violet Fire, Massive Damage(Third Degree Burns. 80mph)(A/S). The range does not change with this at all.

Description:Handseals needed. Upon performing the correct handseals, the user places their palm to the ground, chakra shifting into the earth, moving with the user's will. When contacted with the target or an unfriendly chakra source, the user's own chakra will use the earth to burst upwards around the opponent, in closely-knit bars(pillars, about twelve of them) holding the opponent inside. Within moments the pillars then each take on the kanji symbols for different methods of sealing. Pain(Front),Paralysis(Back),Chakra Sealing(Left), and Chakra Absorbtion(Right). Only one seal can be active on a single person at one time. Must take a turn to charge.The pillars are as hard as igneous rock.(The effects of each seal only last two turns, have a cooldown of two turns, but go in that cycle until the end of the topic, in which the seal dissapears.)

*Pain: Once the target touches any of the three "Pain" pillars, a mark shaped like a crescent moon appears on their neck. This mark holds a bit of negative chakra within it, and every time the targets uses their own chakra, it pains them within. The mark begins to have so much of an effect on the user, that within a few uses of their chakra, they eventually pass out.(Two uses:Beginning to fall to knees;Three uses: Fainting) This mark will stay on the target even after the pillars are released.This mark will cancel out any other marks or curses put on the target.


*Paralysis: Once the target touches any of the three "Paralysis" pillars, a mark shaped like a star appears on their neck. This allows the user of the jutsu to paralyze any one limb at any given time. If they want to paralyze a different limb, then the paralysis is taken off of the first and moved to the next. And so on. This mark will stay on the target even after the pillars are released.This mark will cancel out any other marks or curses put on the target.


*Chakra Sealing: Once the target touches any of the three "Chakra Sealing" pillars, a mark shaped like a sun appears on their neck. This stops the natural flow of chakra, and only allows it to certain parts of the body. The target can control this, but can only be in two parts of their body at once.(Ex: One arm One Leg, etc.) The natural chakra flow being disrupted does have side effects, as the target can only use up to B-Rank Jutsu. This mark will stay on the target even after the pillars are released.This mark will cancel out any other marks or curses put on the target.


*Chakra Absorbtion: Once the target touches any of the three "Chakra Absorbtion" pillars, a mark shaped like a swirling galaxy appears on their neck. This increases the flow of chakra within the target, but comes at a price. The galaxy mark is directly linked to the user's chakra lines and each turn, chakra is taken from the target, the user does NOT inherit this at all.(About 10 points taken each turn) This mark will stay on the target even after the pillars are released. This mark will cancel out any other marks or curses put on the target.

Flare - It is a D - S Rank jutsu. Please give up to how fast they travel, and description of damage, not just small, medium, large etc. Degree of burns, force of impact, things of that nature.

So far, no addition to anyone's chakra pool has been allowed. That part is the thing that sticks out the most about the jutsu. Therefore, the whole thing is irrelevant until an adjustment is made there..

Lol if you want, I can put in that the user has to charge the jutsu for a turn.

If you want, add that in. Im having trouble with the way it works, so itll give me more time to breakdown its full effects. Please bump when edit is done...

Alright, now the seals themselves now. I dont mind them staying on after the pillars leave but there has to be a limit on how long they can affect someone? The seal could stay forever but the effects need a time limit

How about..effects for two posts, break of two posts, then another two posts and so on? (Their posts only)

hmm, Ill talk it over with some of the other staffers for other opinions but assuming the seal would go away after a topic ends I think thats acceptable
