The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Weapon Name: Raijin (雷神; literally meaning "Thunder God")
Weapon Type: Katana

Description: A long thin katana crafted from titanium and steel mixed together for a stronger alloy of both hardness and strength. The weapon is about four feet long including the twelve inch hilt.
Abilities:
NOTE: for these abilities to be used the wielder's primary element MUST be raiton {lightning release} otherwise they act only as a pair of extremely sharp pike-like swords
Storm Swim: The blade of this weapon is able to be coated in raiton style chakra which increases its cutting ability by more than three fold and allowing it to easily slice or "swim" through materials as hard as titanium with ease. For things deemed "unbreakable" Raijin could crack but not fully destroy them. Titanium and tempered steel take two posts to slice through. This ability takes one round to activate and lasts for three rounds before running out. After it runs out the user must wait for an eight turn cool down to recharge it.
History: A weapon crafted by Takeshi's own hands, he collected the finest and highest quality materials and melded them together with the help of his bloodline, however in the creation of the blade he used traditional methods of the forge so that he could more effectively embed it with raiton nature.

The only thing I see is maybe five posts being too long. Three seems more suitable. Unless you wanna take the hit of paying more for the extra two post usage.
Ok. The last part. Since it can basically destroy another person's sword that isn't titanium, you should probably post the damage it does against an unbreakable weapon. Since there are a large number of them on the site. And to prevent OP, it takes two posts to destroy another persons weapon that is directly below titanium. First post reduces the opposing weapon's support, the second slices through it.
