The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: These leg weights are made of steel but are no longer able to truly slow down the person wearing them, instead the look of leg weights is simply a design to throw off onlookers. Each leg weight is able to be split apart into three parts that are connected by a foot of steel chain links, in addition these weights can be combined in any number of ways. Each weight is about 6 inches in length so all of them together with any chain extensions open would make a five foot long bo staff.
Abilities: nothing special thats not in the description
History: These are custom modified training tools for Tappaja, specially made by a smith on the whirl islands.
Appearance: The weapon is used by rock lee in this video: (please note that his version of the weapon is insanely longer and heavier than this one)
Well in the video, they dent the ground in an OP manner, so two pounds doesnt really do anything in terms of making them dense. Are you going for the cratering effect with them? Maybe 20 pound weights??
Hmm, I have an idea. What if, since we may put these in the store, we sell them at different weight levels? Like say one person has these at like 5 pounds and another person has them at like 50.
Lets try some sample weight for now in increments of 10 pounds:
10 pounds: Can match iron 20 pounds: Can dent iron and match steel 30 pounds: Can shatter iron and dent steel 40 pounds: Can shatter Steel and dent titanium 50 pounds: Can shatter titanium
Id also like to possibly bring specialization into this, the weight of a weight that someone can use is determined by what level of specialization of taijutsu they have.
Well, though I like the chart, I dont see how specialization would play into the effect of someone holding weights on their legs. That is mostly all about endurance of the user, not strictly Taijutsu..that is why I set the prices to be so expensive with the higher weights
