The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

Animal Type: Hydra Number of "Family" Members: One, unless you count the heads then Seven.
Name: Tetsu Personality: The Hydra has seven heads thus each head has the same personality due to them all sharing the same mind and body. Tetsu is a symbolic giant of a creature that loves to devour souls. She will never kill unless ordered by her summoner. Due to the effect of the user's rank this is what she'll do. If a Sannin you can summon her with all her seven heads. But if you are a Genin then you can only summon her with three of her heads. That also means you can increase the number of heads in your summon uponreaching the required rank. This is the only way to do this. If trying to take a shortcut the hydra knows it then she will eatt the user and then that means the user is dead. If you are a low rank but enter into a sage mode then she will believe you to be two ranks higher then you are so that means you get two extra heads on the summon. Appearance: Tetsu is a grey creature that stands at twenty meters height if the heads are out stretched and she is on all fours. She has a lizard like body with the multiple snakelike heads. Each tooth is glistened with a venomous toxin that paralyzes the target if the target is struck. If the toxin doesn't peirce but illumenates the skin then it will have an acid effect that can only be counteracted with sand. Tetsu has 3-7 (Or nine if in a Sannin Sage mode) heads that each are connected to the user's mind in which he/she has compacted with. The Hydra also can breath out what ever the primary element of the user is. Exampls are: Wind (Hurricane streangth), Lightning, Earth (Mud), Acid (Water), and Fire. Description: This is a high ranked summon even with its coresponding users. This will be a high drain on all the users chakra and should only be used as a last resort or when the user believes he or she can not defeat the opponent. This summon can place death on the user if the user believes they are of the certain rank that they are not. In a matter of opinion Tetsu would love to eat the user but due to the contract she can not eat whatever her summoner says she can not. Rank: Coespondent with the Charactors rank

Name: Tanssi Parantajien no Mai: Dance of the Healers Rank: Usable by Gennin with ease but is C-Rank Element: Lightning Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Range: Close Description: Using chakra focused in the hands of the user, the user must perform some kind of dance whether it be a single twirl or a series of martial arts the user gathers chakra threw their feet due to the dance as it focuses on the users weapons or hands as they will be waved/ placed on the wounds of the user or target and thus they begin to heal. The healing is sent into the human body like electrical shocks as they are evident in their process of healing. It only takes the single movement (single post to perform) for the chakra to move onto the target and work their magic. Limit: It takes chakra out of the users body and transfers into the wounds of the target. This takes one post to perform but takes two (for minor wounds) or four (for moderate wounds) posts to heal completly. If the wound is harmed again add another post for healing. It doesn't require handseals but does require the user to specialize in Taijutsu or Lightning Ninjutsu.

Effect: One of the strongest Futon (Wind) jutsus. Causes the wind to begin spinning violently in the air as two large funnel clouds comes from the clouds and form on the users fists and spin around them sharply in a way creating the perfect defense and also the perfect offense Special: Handseals Drawback: Damages anything in the area, friend or foe. Must be used outdoors, when used indoors it can blow away the structure harming the user. Description: The user forms the handseals as the wind above them begins to swirl. As the handseals complete the sky becomes dark and the clouds swirl violently. Two tornados/funnel clouds fall from the sky to form on the users fists and cause damage as they spiral around them. This move can be even more deadly if there is a lot of debris or weapons scattered in the battleground due to the high vortex of the move. Within the amount of time given this allows all taijutsu to be formidably amplified. During the time allowed the user must perform twelve moves:
Dropping low to focus a kick to the opponent's jaw in which you push that person into the air.
Jumping in the air to appear behind the opponent in which you apply the first punch into the gut three times alternating between the fists to push them higher in the air.
A fourth punch into the solor plex that causes the opponent to lose air in the body as it causes the opponent to fly backwards three meters.
Next is appearing at the side of the opponent in which you apply a kick to the opponent's shoulder blade but...
...While pushing the opponent down to the earth with the kick you are to apply a head punch with locked hands that will push them faster to the ground.
As they fall your air chakra around your hands become staticky with electricity.
Next is to punch the side of the opponent to push them off the strait down course but into a diagnal course.
Then it is a multi kick and punch combo as the land in the ground as they are pushed into the crater.
The final move is to do a backflip heal kick into the opponent's gut.
Limit: Must be a Hidden Avalanche Shinobi to use

Name: Kaguya Sage Mode Rank: D, C, B, A, S Rank Element: N/A Type: Supplementary Boost Taijutsu Range: N/A Description: Allowing Jojo Kaguya to increase speed by ten times, strength by five, her swordsman ship to an S-rank status, Ninjutsu all raises to B-rank status, and defense raises to A rank status. Healing powers become D-rank status as a drawback as the long range weaponry becomes C-rank status this boost is unparrallel but the limitation to it allows many harms. While they are not evident in the five hours it is active (five posts) all wounds that are not healed weathor before or after this is activated are intensified leaving Jojo weakened. This means that she will have only four hours (four posts) to finish up the deed of something before she is passed out unconcious and in need of either rest (If not wounded) or medical attention (If wounded).

It is the supplementary version. In better terms it is the demi to the actual sage mode. Being at a greater cost than a normal sage mode. This is basicly an opening of the body's full potential and then some.

Denied. This is because during the Chuunin Exams, with this Jutsu, you'd definitely win any match, since even with the needed strategy, no Genin can keep up with that boost of speed and strength. It's also denied because of the reason that this is -practically- Sage mode.
Name: Kaguya Clan Jutsu: Dance of Cherry Blossoms Rank: D Rank Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Long Description: Allowing the Kaguya to extend the willow dance while it is active the user then can perform at a faster speed of two times their average speed rate. This also will cause the bone of the Kaguya Willow Dance to flake where each flake off. These flakings resemble that of cherry blossoms as they are directed by the user's chakra allowing them to direct and move these flakes around. There are twenty flakes per willow bone grown while also this is a diversionary tactic but these willow bones can keep coming on and on making more of this technique's cherry blossom till it is possible to create a few hundred that can storm and cause damage. This requires handseals for three posts before hand then remains active for two posts in which you must make the cherry blossom flakes during that time. If you don't make any then you will not get the speed boost which lasts for four posts.

hmm, in my opinion this is extremely similar to a clan jutsu from the Xanadu clan, the Weapon Skill “Thousand Cherry Blossoms”. Im not sure if the similarities are going to get this denied or not but since things like this got jutsu denied in the past I thought I might point it out.

In my sister's rp file Kallen Shey she was able to have the preathing underwater technique while it is a kekkei genkei but it just can't be as strong

Well I actually only gave her the ability to go up to three consecutive posts with a two post Cooldown. Not four consecutive. Please have her edit once more. As far as you getting it, it will cost you. Though it is C ranked, it has a great advantage. Price....

Strength of Punch: Punches increase by 5% but with the added winds they are now up to 20%
The High Vortex Winds: These winds are not extend able but instead slowly drain in size as they become static electricity. They are not able to be used for any other effect but the effect of amplifying attacks and also defending any attack so long as the hands with the winds are in front of the user.
Debris Max: The size of a bull or in better terms at least 400 lbs max.
Speeds of the Winds: These winds are 158-200 mph
Electrical Effects: The effects of this electrical charge is minor paralysis (Paralyzes what ever gets a direct hit) that lasts for ten to forty minutes. (1 post per hit) The area affected is about five centimeter radius of the direct hit

Shipputentei: I need numbers on how much stronger your punches become, and all other effects the high-vortex winds cause, along with the largest item that can be labelled as "debris", the speed of the vortex around the hands, how large the vortexes are, if the vortexes are extendable, and if so, how far they can extend. I'll also need to know what effect the static electricity has on the opponent.
