Description: Handseals. The opponent is suddenly in front of a shadowy, dark, brick corner, seemingly like an old alleyway.Dachous opponent thoughts and sight is automatically filled with every painful and saddening and shameful, wrong thing that they had done in their whole life. Everything they regret doing, mistakes, anything. Dachou than appears to transform into the opponents worst fears, and the opponent is seemingly warped into their memories, watching every bad and and regretfull memory they n=know, and they are unable to do anything to stop it. They have no idea that everything is all in their head, and they have no idea what is happening outside of their pain. Once all their memories are over, they start to burn painfully on the inside. they start to sweat, and they seemingly burst into flames. This Jutsu lasts for at least 5 of their posts, seeing how the memories, and has a 20 post cooldown altogether. This Jutsu also has no effect on people who don't regret anything in their life.

I'm gonna say no to this one... The genjutsu user shouldn't be able to know an opponent's memories, and this sounds like a genjutsu that can do that. The fact that they can't tell what's going on beyond their memories also leaves them completely open for attack, with no apparent drawback on the user, is too high-powered for B-rank.

Description: Dachou has a tattoo of a dragon on his back. The arms of the Dragon starts from the inside wrist of Dachous arms, than around the elbows, turn to the outside of his arms, and up his shoulder, and connect together at the bottom of his ribcage. The dragons back goes down his back and its tail goes down Dachous right leg and ends at his heel. Its head is on Dachous chest and looks as if the dragon is crawling over It is a dark shade of Red. When summoned, Dachou is covered with an intense red glow, and a dragons avatar appears around him in a vibrant red. The dragon emmits an intense heat, and flys into the air, leaving Dachou behind on the ground. The dragon flys around, and has a mind of its own, though its not a very bright mind. It breaths dangerous, blue flames with a hint of green in them. They serve great burns, and the Dragon also has the weight and mass of an actual dragon. It lasts for 10 of my posts, once per topic.

Your specialties are Weaponry, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, in that order. Nowhere does it say Fuuinjutsu. Denied unless stated otherwise by one of the admins or Tenzou.

Silent Fist is approvable, I think, but it definitely sounds like genjutsu, which is also not one of your specialties.

So does Silen cost anything?

It doesn't matter what it costs... It's a genjutsu, so your char can't buy it in any case.

Description: PAssive, Dachou can gather chakra into a white-blue sphere and is continually spinning. he can change its size from the size of a golf ball to a basketball, and the density from playdough to steel. Though it is light as air. He can throw it as projectiles and when thrown with a kunai or shuriken, the weapon spins around it and shoot with deadly accuracy and speed. also the chakra ends up returning back to Dachou immeadiatly if it misses it's target.

Switch Shocker: Cut through anything but gold, nickel, and orichalcum? That's a no as a C-ranked jutsu.

Chakra Ball is definitely a no. That's basically a throwable, returning Rasengan.

Is it still considered no as a C-Ranked?
