The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: Akia is a black and white C ranked Wolf, only C ranked jutsu can bring her down.
Abilities: Akia's speed is 15% above normal from a normal wolf's, yet she can get tired easily if using her complete speed. Her claws can enter the skin 4 inches deep. The pressure of her jaw, if locked, can break the person's she is bitting arm if they move around to much. If her jaw is not locked and she is simply bitting, her mouth can easily be removed since there is only enough pressure to break the skin.
History: Akia was found hurt in the woods, when Kira was a litttle girl. She nursed the wolf pup back to health, Akia has been Kira's companion ever since.

Ok, basic D rank wolf with no abilities, I see as being only 1500 ryo. If you'd like to add strength aspests like taijutsu to her, itll make it more worth buying her. If you want, you may add a speed aspect or even a muscular build aspect, and it will be better. Give her bite strength and her claw strength also.

Now, she is more of a weapon. She is a C Rank Wolf, so I will treat it as a single summon and she will cost 5000 ryo. You can upgrade her strength if you wish to do so in the future.

Just keep in mind, we are talking about brunt force of jutsu when bringing her down. She can still be affected by D Rank jutsu, just not knocked off balance.
