The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Leaf Gale Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
Name: Leaf Whirlwind Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Name: Dynamic Entry Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: This jutsu simply appears to be a flying jump kick, often performed on the face of an enemy, while dramatically screaming the words "Dynamic Entry". Might Guy is known to throw a weapon, such as a kunai, at the enemy to distract them while he takes advantage of their blind spot. Not much else is known about this technique, other than the fact that it is mainly used for an exaggerated appearance by Guy.
Name: Modori no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: Simple but effective yin yang technique which requires the enemy to attack first for a close contact attack, Len is able to, how shall I say, use the circular method to stop an attack and return it with the same impact as the attacker. Note that any attack higher than C-rank cannot be blocked or misdirected by this jutsu.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Infinate (Unsure about this) Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. Requires Handseals. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. --May only be used once per fight.
Name: Leaf Great Whirlwind Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Taijutsu Range: Short Description: A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

Leaf Gale: 2000 ryo. Leaf Whirlwind: 2000 ryo. Dynamic Entry: 2000 ryo. Modori no Jutsu: Does this include all ranged/hand-to-hand taijutsu techniques? I'm thinking that heavier or stronger/faster attacks would be more difficult to return to the opponent. Shunshin no jutsu: 3500 ryo. Leaf Great Whirlwind: 3000 ryo.
IT IS DONE

This can be done with non-bladed weapons as well. (This applies more to melee fighters.)
The bolded exerpts need to be changed if it's only for close-contact taijutsu. Bladed/non-bladed weapons are part of kenjutsu or weaponry, respectively, and ranged attacks are, by definition, not close-contact taijutsu. As for the "stop an attack and return it with the same impact" exerpt, you should probably keep in mind that there are some taijutsu attacks that cannot stopped or have its direction changed. For this reason, I don't want this D-rank technique to be able to trump S-rank taijutsu attacks.

I'd still like something mentioning that taijutsu of a rank higher than C cannot be redirected or stopped by Modori no Jutsu. And that's being generous.
