The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: / Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: / Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.
Shinobi Jutsu:
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to medium range Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic)
Name: Katon: Finger Spark Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close Specialty: - Duration: Instant Cooldown: 1 post Description: This technique is made once a small torch of fire is ignited on the finger of the user. It can be no bigger than the flame of a lighter and glows an sun-lit orange. It can be used as a small light when none exists.
Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: None Type: Ijutsu Range: short Description: A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. The technique uses 10 chakra points per post for a maximum of 10 posts (maximum normally used for medical procedures).
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/ Custom: Canon Rank: D-A Element: - Type: Ijutsu Range: close Description: Hand seals depend on rank of healing used. This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. The use of this technique can help bring back people from any injury with a certain amount of chakra as described below.

In order to obtain the effect of the comatose on an affected person at least two ranks higher than the needed chakra must be inserted into the body. The effects of the comatose is simple a knock out that lasts for three rounds.
Name: Firion Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close - Mid Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Instant Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: Firion is a orb of flames held in the hand of the user. It was invented by Kotaishi Uchiha by studying the documentation and scrolls of the fabled Rasengan. He found it hard to manipulate it shape at first and impossible to make an exact copy of the Rasengan itself, so instead he put more effort into creating his own self sustaining jutsu. It was similar in shape to the Rasengan but much more to his suiting and control. The spiraling mass of chakra is deep-red in color and has thin, waving threads expelling from its hand-sized body , floating about around its shape. From Kotaishi's understanding the constant spiraling inside of the Rasengan's body made it self sustaining, so Kotaishi added a core to Firion. The core is circular and orange in color, it is the initial source of the threads coming from the technique. This core sustains itself by constantly rotating inside the main body, thrashing its hotter temperature inside and fueling the attack.
The damage of this attack comes from its impact against the object or person. The technique does its damage by applying blunt force and searing heat towards the place of impact. Once Firion impacts by either being thrown or smashed into with, the core bursts and explodes; placing recoil on him and moderate damage to his opponent.
Clan Jutsu:
Name: Katon: Great Fireball Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Four post cooldown.
Name: Katon: Phoenix Sage Art Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: This jutsu can create up to ten fireballs that are each six inches in diameter, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin. Each fireball moves at 20 mph to allow control of one fireball at a time. Requires handseals. Three post cooldown.
