The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Entrapped Within Hate Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short/Medium/Long Description: The user can create a wall of flame, maxing out in size at fifty feet long and high. The wall can also be created in a circle to create a cage like effect. The fire has no actual properties other than being fire, 1,300 °C. This jutsu requires a charge time. Yet it does have a four post cool down. The fire has a five post duration.
Name: Body Flicker Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short/Medium/Long Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker", likely referring to this technique.

Name: Tiger Pellets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Doton Type:Ninjutsu Range:Short/Medium/Long Description: No handseals. No charge time. Hitori's hands are covered in flame. On his hands the fire is intangible, but can fire off small tiger head shaped blasts of fire (Eight per post). The blasts have the physical force of a normal strength punch, and can cause mild burns where they hit. Duration of five posts, cooldown of one.
Name: Great Fireball technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: Medium Range Description: No handseals. A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique. The Fireball can get as large as ten meters across an is powerful enough to cause a large crater where it hits, and cause powerful burns on contact with person.
Name: Tearing Earth Turning Palm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short/Medium/Long Description:Handseals. This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them, it can instantly trap someone, but it would take a 2 posts to crush them. This jutsu is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.
Name: Hell Tiger Enhancement Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short Description: No handseals, no charge time. The user is engulfed in flames (extending two inches off their body), that cannot harm the user or anything on the user when activated. The user's physical stat's are effectively enhanced 1.5x. The user also gains tiger strips covering their entier body. Duration of five posts, cooldown of 4.
Name: Great Dragon Fire Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short/Medium/Long Description: Handseals. The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. Maximum of three at a time. Cooldown of five posts.
Name: False Darkness Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short/Medium/Long Description: Charge time equal to handseal. Emits lightning in the shape of a spear, which then pierces the enemy. The spear can be any length. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies (Up to ten). This makes it nearly impossible to evade. They move at approximately 10 meters a second. Five post cooldown.
Name: Great Hell Tiger Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short Description:Charge time. The user is engulfed in flames (extending ten inches off their body), that cannot harm the user. Flames can cause first degree burns on contact (Each successive post they remain in contact with the flames the burn level increases, finishing at fourth degree burns. Where they level of burn remains the same.). The user's physical stat's are effectively enhanced 5x. The user also gains tiger strips covering their entire body and fangs. The user also has a very powerful roar that can cause a tiny wind gusts, like a breeze against your face type strength. Duration of eight posts, cooldown of seven. After this jutsu is finished for five posts the user's physical stats are reduced 1.5x and they have mild burns on their hands and chest.

Entrapped within hate: give it a charge time or handseals. And tone down the power of the flames a bit, not first degree on contact. State approximately how hot the flames are. Also add a duration
Body flicker is approved
Tiger pellets: duration, cooldown, how many heads per post?
Great fireball: Handseals or not, say how large the fireball is, how powerful?
Tearing earth: Handseals, duration, cooldown, how quickly does it crush someone?
Hell tiger enhancement: Add in Duration and cooldown.
Great Dragon fire: Handseals, duration, cooldown, how powerful, size min-max, maximum flames made with one use of this jutsu.
False Darkness: Handseals, cooldown, how large is the spear, how many can be made, how fast do they travel?
Great hell tiger: This needs to have a charge/handseals, duration, cooldown, and add in some form of downside. What happens if sustained contact after third degree burns?

Hitori see's in a 320 degree view with chakra, everything in his world in a light blue. He cannot see color, or the sky. He can see with prefect detail for 1.5 miles, but nothing past. his blind spot is a forty degree range behind his head.

After the jutsu the user has Mild burns on both hands and is 25% weaker in all physical stats for two posts. -If active when Great Hell Tiger Jutsu is preformed it double the effectiveness of it and nullifies the after affect of this one.-

Generated by Hate and Hells's power: all jutsu must have a charge time of at least 1 post and seeing as you are a Chuunin and it is a B rank it would require a 2 post charge.
Chakra sight - Something Im curious about, even though its 360 degrees, but you cant see over the horizon and into the sky, what happens if someone's body is standing halfway over the horizon line? And what is the official distance of this? Does it have the ability to zoom? Are there outlines of objects below the horizon line? To me, the description is way too vague...
No ability to zoom, but I can see in perfect detail within the site of vision. The official distance would be... idk... I heared that on flat ground the horizon is 10 miles away... So that. Past the field of vision, nothing. He cannot see past that, at all. If they are half in and half out, he only sees the part that is half in.
Well, ten miles, even for that is a bit much. I had to make Tokage edit his dino clan from a distance that far. At E rank, I only see maybe a 2 mile vision MAX, but that is pushing it, especially since its 360 degrees with no blind spot. So with that said, maybe a mile. The issue of the 360 degrees is that it trumps the byakugan, and making it more perfect than the byakugan itself. Maybe a 300 degree angle, from where your eyes turn Dont know if you agree, but this is how I see it..
I have no eye's to turn... It is not perfect like the Bykugan though as unlike teh bykugan I cannot see others chakra points and the such. I would like to get 1.5 miles and 360 degrees if that is ohk.
The sight may be superior in some ways to the bykugan, but is much weaker in many ways such as no zoom, less range (now and even before), No literal chakra point sight, And I do not have literal vision, I cannot read.
I just meant in terms of the 360 degree vision of it. You can have the 1.5 miles but Ill only give you a max of 320 degrees at E rank. If you want it to do more, itll require more chakra.
