The problem is this. Though it is simply eye sight, it is doujutsu. Doujutsu is strictly clan, or atleast that I have see in the anime(If Im wrong, someone point it out, Im going by my own knowledge). So if youve developed some kind of vision, youll have had to created it, meaning using a lot of chakra. to get a full 360 degrees, your looking at atleast a B rank. The jutsu you are talking about are passive skills these do not require charges, No normal technique skills D-S can go without charge time.

Hell's Power: this increases all stats by multiplying them by 3, meaning you would be three times stronger, meaning at whatever rank you are it will triple your power overall, i dont see this as a B rank. Probably an S and at the lowest an A. Ill need another jutsu Mods input on this jutsu.

Start with the last, they are claws, they stop no jutsu making. They are claws, you know exactly like tiger claws, can do nothing more than tiger claws can. They are the size of tiger claws, so barely 100mm long.

Overall, ditch the Jutsu...

Alright, and let me just add that yes i do know what tiger claws are. But if it is a B rank jutsu i need to know just how long and sharp they are because if you use those in a fight and someone dies by them because they are as sharp as titanium steel of something they're gonna have a problem and so are you because you'll feel as if you earned that win. You need to post specifically how sharp things like claws, blades ect. are so that EVERYONE knows what they are dealing with and so you can be priced correctly.

Requies Handseals, Or Charge time. Hitori pours chakra into an arm, this arm now is leaking a blue-ish mist. The chakra enhances the muscles in his arm to monstrous proportions, 4x its original size. Now Hitori is set for a massively destructive attack. He punches. The force emmitted causes a shockwave of pure destruction out from the fist at a 60 degree angle that travels for a kilometer. This shockwave will destroy all it comes in contact with, but it will tear up the muscles in the arm directly after use. These will heal at the end of the next topic. the Shockwave travels at 50 meters a second.
During the period, the arm has no strength behind it, but can still be moved and used for chakra, to preform handseals and such. Causing extreme pain to do so.

Nothing but techniques able to block anything, a single S rank technique, or specifically made to block shockwaves, can block this technique.
