The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

First Name: Folemy Last Name: Amenta Alias:The April Fool Gender: Male Age: Thirteen Birthday: April 1st Sexuality:Heterosexual Relationships: None Affiliation: Hidden Hurricane Village Rank: Genin Element: Suiton, Doton,Katon Specialization: Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Ijutsu
Personal v2
Personality: Most people would describe Folemy as 'an annoying clown' others would say: 'who's that?'. There are two reasons for this. Most people in his village ignore Folemy, and so he feels that in order to get people to see, notice, and respect him, he must act out, pulling pranks on everyone. It irritates them, but makes folemy feel better that they notice him.(Pathetic, no?) this becomes increasingly worse around his birthday, as he pulls out the worse pranks he can. When it comes down to it though, he's just a lonely boy, crying out for help.
Likes: *Ramen *The Rain *Playing Pranks.
Dislikes: *Sand *Scorpions *Pain
Motivation: His motivation is to get everyone in his village to notice him.
Fears: Being Alone.

Birth and Death:
Within the clouded, and raging storms of the Shippuugakure, there were two people, madly in love. Their names were not of importance, as they were as many would say 'homeless'. They never shared their names with anyone else, but then again, no one asked. 'Twas one night though, this couple was together, under the stars, and they decided it was time they had a child. And there, under the great light of the Shippuugakure moon, they made love.
Nine months passed, and the baby was born. Without their surnames being known the parents simply called him, 'Folemy'. His last name was dubbed 'Amenta' from a famous story book, involving a hero who had once saved a village from a perilous beast. The couple looked softly on to the newborn, holding him closely to their hearts' content. They loved him, more than anything else in the world, and even though they had no money, they felt their love could help them find a way to feed him.
Though, after about a year, the love wasn't going to cut it. They had kept him fed, healthy, and clean for as long as they could. The father had gotten a job a month after the baby was born, to try and make ends meet. But as a sanitations officer, that was hard to do. The couple found themselves falling under, and the place they lived at the moment(a run down shack), they feared was not adequate for their child.
There came a day, when the two deemed it neccessary to go out into the city and find better jobs and a better home for their infant. It was that day, however, that a massive hurricane blew in, disrupting the village's peacefulness. There had been many hurricanes in this village, but this one would stand to devestate anything it could. Most of the building were save from the hurricane, as they were fortified. But not the run-down shack. Mother and Father both ran home to get their baby, and carried him to an old, but fortified, inn and hid him there. They had left Folemy's blanket at the shack though, and the Father ran out to get it. Mother begged him not to go, and came after him.
An hour or so later, the storm began to subside. The winds would stop howling, and villagers would come out of their homes. Everything was right, but a man could swore he heard a baby crying from within the old building next to his. He went it, and found Folemy laying alone on the cold stone floor, no parents in sight. And where the shack had been just an hour before, was just a blank space now.
Academy Student Arc:
Years after the deathly hurricane that had taken both his mother and his father, Folemy was in an orphanage, that took care of children. He was only ten years of age, and had been attending the ninja academy for shippuugakure. The sad part about being in the orphanage was that he was the only child there. The orphanage was actually just a home that an old woman had opened up for anyone who wished to stay there, and have a few meals.
Folemy was brought there shortly after being discovered in a run-down inn. The old lady who ran the home took him in, and nurtured him as a loving mother would. She'd raise him, telling him of the great feats that the ninja from their village had accomplished. And how, one day, he could become one of those great ninja. This stuck with folemy while he stayed with the woman. But this didn't stay like that for long.
Shortly after he was to take his test, to pass the academy and become a chuunin, the lady who ran the place he had called home for so long, became deathly ill. She told Folemy to never give up, and follow his dreams while she lay on her death bed. With that, she gave him a bit of ryo, and fell limp within her hospital bed, never opening her eyes again.
Passing The Test!:
Folemy had been scarred emotionally at the age of ten, and now at the age of thirteen, he hoped things would change. Using the ryo the old lady had given him, he got himself his own apartment within the village of shippuugakure, close to the academy so he could easily get there when needed to take his exams and become a full fledged ninja. When the day came, he would rush there, and finish the studies he had worked so hard on.
When he was ten years old, he was supposed to finish his academy days. But losing the woman he thought of as a mother had forced him into a bit of a depression. So he waited, and when he thought he was ready again, he ran into the academy, up to the judges for his test, and gave them his best smile. He was going to pass the test, he'd say. And this time he would mean it.
When the test started, he easily used his bunshin technique, as well as his transformation technique. He had a hitch in the line though: rope escape technique. That one he hadn't entirely practiced on. He had nailed two of three of the jutsu, but when he couldn't use the rope escape technique, he feared that he would fail. With much coaxing from his instructor, though, he passed and became a genin!
