Wit h this brought up we need to look over our Kage Bunshin in the database, we did already anyway but this will make it more urgent, however edits that can be made while the parent jutsu is under the knife.

• This is an upgraded version of Kage Bunshin therefore it needs to be a higher rank, thus we shall make it A rank (one level above)
  
• Shadow clones last until they are attacked or otherwise destroyed so remove the duration
  
• Since we are marking it canon let's use the full name shall we; Raiton Kage Bunshin (Lightning Release Shadow Clone)
  
• Can multiple be made at the same time? If so state how man otherwise just tell me its a single clone.

So this is a passive tech active at the start of a topic, but only lasts 20 posts max? This still needs chakra to use, meaning you will be down 10 chakra at the beginning of every topic.
