The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: A 5ft long black blade with veins of white trim to decorate it. The blade is as hard as steel and can be broken with 2 B-Rank jutsu or 1 of A- or S-Rank and can be repaired unless broken by an S-Rank. The weapon is actually made of a chakra receptive steel alloy allowing the wielder the ability to put chakra into the blade for jutsu.
Abilities: The sword has no abilities.
History: This weapon is the heirloom of the Gessekai Clan, this sword was forged for Tsukuyomeo Gessekai. Tsukuyomeo used the sword to create both, the Suisei Arashi and the Divination of Lunar World techniques of the Gessekai Clan. The sword was retired after Tsukuyomeo's death and was practically enshrined by the Clan. It was polished and sharpened twice weakly to make sure the sword would last through the ages. When Seiryoku was born, the Clan elders assumed it was the reincarnation of Tsukuyomeo and insisted that he gets to wield the antiquated blade. After his mother's death, he was given the blade and told that while he wields it, the spirits of all the deceased members of the Gessekai, especially his mother would live on in the jutsu he uses through this sword.
Appearance:
Spoiler:
The handle is black with a white hand guard before the blade. The blade itself is 5ft long and curves slightly almost like a crescent moon. The blade itself is jet black in color and blends in perfectly with the night sky in the space between the clusters of stars. The blade has trims of white in it is seemingly random patterns, but it one with reasonable knowledge of the constellations in the night sky, one can find that they connect the stars into the shape of the constellations the jutsu of the Gessekai are based off of. On the left side, are the constellations Southern Cross, Andromeda and Leo. On the right side is Heracles, Draco, and Sagittarius. From base to tip on the left is Leo, the Southern Cross and Andromeda, on the right Sagittarius, Heracles and Draco.
