The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The scroll is three feet wide and three feet long, with a large diagram of fuuinjutsu kanji arranged in a circle surrounded by a single kanji which reads "projectile".
Abilities: The seal can hold as many as 1,000 small projectile weapons, but can only release one at any one time when the owner places his hand on the seal and says "open" (without the use of a registered technique). The projectiles must come from the user's own inventory when the projectile is placed into the scroll.
History: The weapon was made by Genkaku himself in order to hold any extra projectiles he may want to use. He simply bought the scroll and wrote the seals himself using his fuuinjutsu writing. After creating the seal for himself, he has also created some to be sold at the Kusamuragakure weapon shop for those who have little to no fuuinjutsu skills to be able to carry more projectile weapons.

All you have to do is add the same information about the weapons stored will have to come from your inventory list, and state how one removes the contents from the seal.
An idea, if you change the history a bit, saying you make them for the Kusamuragakure weapon shop, you can add them into the weapon store. These scrolls will have to be exclusively bought in Kusa, for Im sure others will want them as well.

4,000 Ryo, based on the fact that it can hold so many projectile weapons. You may purchase it here, without the use of a weapon store topic due to you agreeing to put them there.
