Personality: Shai-Hulud is a two mind set in a single body, because of this he is often referred to as "The Twins". The way the body is set up there is one head at each end of the mighty beast, each with a separate mind to make decisions as well as their own personality. While people they are unfamiliar with refer to them as Shai-Hulud only those they have come to trust are allowed to address each head by name, however if they wish people will never know since the head of the "younger" brother blends into the body to look like a tail so until he opens his mouth it is camouflaged perfectly. The names of each head are as follows;

Taiyō - He is referred to as the older brother since when they first emerged from below the surface of the earth for the first time he was the first to feel the sun's warmth, hence his name "Sun". He lives in the present in his mind while only slightly looking into the past as the past serves no purpose to him since nothing can change what has happened before, some say this makes him reckless but still others believe it makes him a more fun person to be around. If the pair trusts a person enough to reveal his younger brother he will often tease his other half but if anyone was to try and harm the younger mind he would strike without question just as fast as he would for his summoner.

Chikyū - While almost none know that this other half is even there he is indeed and has a very distinct personality from his brother. Chikyu is a person that thinks a lot into the past and events that occurred there. His slow paced state of mind is often thought of as a pun for his name, meaning Earth, since he comes to an absolute decision just as fast as the continents shift in the oceans. The present is to face paced for him so he often times forgets about it and doesn't speak much (this is why nearly no one knows he is there). Unlike his brother he is not thought of as a fun guy, nor is he ever mentioned in exploits of combat since more often than not he never takes part in helping, only on rare occasions will he raise his head and assist Taiyo.

Name: Quetzalcoatl

Personality: Quetzalcoatl is a rash teenage boy at heart despite being well over 100 years old. This is the single most arrogant serpent in the entire family as even though he is far weaker than the mother leviathan and the boss big J he views them as the only ones that could ever be better than him. As this is the case his battle style is hard hitting and quick to show power as much as possible, sometimes even ignoring orders to do so. If a situation gets rather serious though he buckles down and channels his battle affinity to protect his summoner(s).

Personality: The leviathan is a protective creature and almost like a mother to the people who summon her to their side, she will use her mighty powers of the ocean to destroy all threats made against her "children" without hesitation. Outside battle she is a fun loving serpent that enjoys playing in the ocean all day long but when things get serious the legends of the sea serpent that destroyed ships before the crew even saw the storm coming come alive.

Height: 50+ miles (the circumference of Boufuugakure) at max length, 6 Inches at Smallest length

Personality: The old serpent is a bitter fighter that hates most things and only wishes to view the end of the world before he dies. Being a descendant of the great serpents of legend he hates humans for slaying nearly every other World Serpent in existence, the only exception from this great hatred is Takeshi Kinzoku who found the snake when he was just a small wurm crawling out of it's egg and searching for it's mother. In the nearly two decades since the pair met they have become perfect battle partners and he has reached fully mature length which gives him an earned sense of pride.
