The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Wind Step Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E-rank Element: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self Description: The user focusses their fuuton chakra around their feet, causing the air under them to become dense for a very brief moment. This allows them to jump off of it, and change direction in the air.
Name: Wind Guide Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E-rank Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 20 meters Description: The user sends small bursts of fuuton chakra at a light object in the air, such as a piece of paper, or a paper airplane, allowing them to guide it where they wish.
Name: Summoning: Rashomon Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: can summon them up to 50 meters away. Description: This summoning creates a demonic form of the main gate of old Kyoto which is capable of blocking almost any attack; according to Sakon and Ukon, this was the ultimate defence developed by Orochimaru, and the fact that Kiba and Akamaru managed to dent it was impressive. Name: Erubo - Elbow Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: None Type: Taijutsu Range: Melee Range Description: After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armour, Apoc focuses his newfound strength to his elbow, then thrusts his elbow at his opponent with extreme force. The technique was strong enough to send Jūgo crashing into a wall, disabling him from battling any further. If used without, requires a post charge(like handseals) however, the user can continue to fight while it is charging. This requires a four post cooldown before the charging again. (This only counts when LRA is not active)
Name: Rariatto - Lariat Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: None Type: Taijutsu Range: Melee Range Description: The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, which can be coated in chakra, causing a more explosive force. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful. Requires a two post charge without Raiton no Yoroi, though the user can continue to fight while it is charging. This requires a six post cooldown before charging starts again. Then, using his extreme strength and power, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb manoeuvre. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact. Darui noted that nobody has ever survived it before, and had Sasuke Uchiha not used Susanoo, he would have been killed by it. The Raikage was willing to use this technique to chop at Sasuke Uchiha, despite the latter wrapping himself with a shield of black flames. This backhand chop was powerful enough to snap one of Susanoo's ribcage bones, Requires two post charging, however, the user can continue to fight. The bone lance, I would just like to make clear, is a projectile. However, it's as sharp as your average pointy object... AKA It stabs shit ._. It's as dense as his bones normally are, aka Super-dense steel. Anything that could normally cut through carbon steel could break it(High ranking weapons and jutsu)
The bone minion's weapons aren't actually steel, they're just swords and shields and whatnot made from Apocalypse's bones, making them that strong. Sorry if you misunderstood.
Every one of your taijutsu are that of the Raikage from the series. Since he had an active lightning lightning armor around him, he could do it passively. You will need a charge time, and cooldowns for each. Tone down the damage done on some, and use examples.
-Facepalms.- Would've been nice to know earlier......then now you must apply that these techniques tie into raiton armor, and can be used while it is active. If you are going to try to use them without it, they need a charge time. So you have to work on a mini system for them. Once you have completed that, bump the topic
Cooldowns need to be higher. Yes it is taijutsu, but they are B and higher. The B rank needs a 4 post cooldown. The A's need a 6 post cooldown and twice per topic use. The S Rank is a once per topic use, which is what all S Ranks usually are.
After you handle these, I will take on the E Ranks.
