The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Hidden Mist Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Kunai in the Mist Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: Hybris will use Hidden Mist Technique in conjuction with the throw of a kunai coated coated with a diseased property, into the mist at will. Once the kunai enters the mist it will dissipate and dissapear, turning into the mist itself. While the kunai is in the mist, the enemy falls prey to Hybris` will to quickly send the kunai in their direction. This goes great with Hybris` ability to sense movements and vibrations when surrounded by mist. If the kunai pierces the enemy, they will be injected by a cancerous virus which will poison them, and eat there body from the inside out.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Shuriken in the Mist Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: Hybris will use Hidden Mist Technique in conjuction with the throw of a shuriken coated with a diseased property, into the mist at will. Once the shuriken enters the mist it will dissipate and dissapear, turning into the mist itself. While the shuriken is in the mist, the enemy falls prey to Hybris` will to quickly send the shuriken in their direction. This goes great with Hybris` ability to sense movements and vibrations when surrounded by mist. If the shuriken pierces the enemy, they will be injected by a cancerous virus which will poison them, and eat there body from the inside out.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Cutting Walls Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: In order to activate this jutsu, the technique - Hidden Mist Technique must be activated first. Once the mist has surrounded the entire area, the user of this jutsu can simply alter the mist's effect and make the mist sharpen into something that may feel somewhat like a sharpened pine needle. Walking or moving in the mist can cause very minor cuts or bruises due to the sharpness of the surroundings, but can be very easily avoided if heavy or thick clothing is on the individual(s) contained within.
Name: Shikotsumyaku: Fracturing Arm Missiles Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: User raises arm(s) up parallel to the ground and bends wrist up so that they look to be telling someone to "stop" with their hand. Then, the user launches all or one of either their radius or their ulna (two bones from wrist to elbow) out of their bodies, launching them like missile from the bottom of their arm and infusining their chakra with the bone(s). This process works in a similar fashion to the Drilling-Finger-Bullets technique, although, since these bones are longer, they will travel notably faster than the finger bones-- the speed/range is reasonably more similar to a kunai-projectile rather than a finger-bullet. The bones are hardened and sharpened on the tip of the side that will be aimed to make contact with the target. The depth of this technique comes into play when the bone-missile(s) reach their target.
At this point, the user forms a technique-specific hand-seal that is visually similar to the tiger-seal, with the difference being that the sign holds up the pinky-fingers instead of the index-fingers. By erupting their chakra on their infused-bone, the user causes their projectile to shatter into medium-sized-nail shards which will shoot out at high-speeds from the spot in all directions. These shards, if the initial arm-bone does not make direct contact, are very unlikely to cause fatal-wounds, but are sure to cause bleed-worthy cuts to anyone within 7 meters of the attack when launched. However, if one of the missiles manage to impale a target, dispersing the shards will cause the shards to shoot out into the victim's inner and outer body, inflicting major internal-injuries that are, suspectably, very harmful. Again, the shards disperse unpredictably with area-dominating-coverage and at high-speeds, making fair dodging reasonable to specialties in such avoidances (sharingan, decent agility/speed-training, ect).
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Enveloping Waves Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Medium ~ 6-14 Meters Description: In order to activate this jutsu, the technique - Hidden Mist Technique must be activated first. By altering the jutsu's primary purpose of enveloping the areas around her with a dense fog-like mist, Hybris can quickly pull together the mass of water to create a variety of giant balls of water which she can then direct at objects or people, creating a type of high-speed water missile. The force can be related to that of a concussive hit from a heavy-handed mace. Due to the mass amount of chakra required to pull together such a large amount of water, this jutsu can only be used once in a topic.
Name: Shikotsumyaku: Winding Finger Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: This jutsu can be compared to that of the natural drilling finger bullets technique, developed by the Kaguya. However, this jutsu forms the fingertips with slices, rivets and pieces spiraling down the fingertip bones to increase speed and velocity dramatically. Being that these bullets spin however, they can easily penetrate wind techniques.
Name: Water Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Medium ~ 6-14 Meters Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Mirror Image Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Supplementary Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: This jutsu takes absolute advantage of the natural Hidden Mist Technique and is self-proclaimed by Hybris as her most powerful assassination jutsu ever. The activation of this jutsu turns every single portion of the Hidden Mist into solid water clones which can use every jutsu that Hybris has herself. In addition to this, kunai and shuriken are multiplied for every 1 water clone there is - and a maximum of 50 can be produced. In conclusion, every clone has a divided 1/10 of the power Hybris normally has, and should a clone be hit - they can use the prexisting water source around them to reform their bodies and continue fighting. The only known way to defeat this jutsu is to make the water evaporate through the use of high heat energy or steam manipulation. Due to the massive amount of chakra needed to use this technique however, it can only be used one time in a 24 hour period.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Scorching Atmosphere Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Water, Fire Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: This jutsu can only be activated once the Hidden Mist Technique has been performed. In addition, this jutsu can also only be activated if Hybris, or another individual whose been taught this technique, has used 'Hidden Mist Style: Blinding Steam'. Mid-way into the technique, as the steam is being created, allows the user of this jutsu to further heighten the intensity of the heat in the area, creating a very quick, but flashing effect. This effect is the steam being evaporated completely by abnormal fire chakra, and becoming completely engulfed like a fireball. Of course, since this jutsu affects a wide-ranged area, the flames cause minor to serious injury depending on the overall clothing of the enemies at hand. Enemies in the vicinity may suffer burn wounds to open flesh, 2nd degree at best, clothing may become engulfed, thereas forcing it to be tossed away. Weapons may become too hot to hold in-hand, forcing the enemy to drop them. This jutsu can only be used once in a topic however, making this a cost-worthy, but supplemental jutsu at least.
Name: Hidden Mist Style: Blinding Steam Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Water, Fire Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long ~ 6-30 Meters Description: This jutsu can only be activated once the Hidden Mist Technique has been performed. By gently stroking the mist particles in the air around her, Hybris will emit small, but potent, amounts of fire chakra into the area. This chakra will then jump to another particle, and grow in heat signature. This will not only cause confusion to surrounding enemies, but if an enemy has a Dojutsu which may possess a type of heat signature detection, this will assure absolute anonymousness to the user, rendering the enemy Dojutsu useless. The primary use of this technique is actually to create a blinding smokescreen of sorts. The steam will create a high amount of moisture in the air, and create a type of hot flash, making the enemies around her eyes` water, tear up, eyesight may be blurred, or they opponent may feel fatigued depending on how their body reacts to this sequence.
