*Note: Certain jutsu reference that "a jutsu of _ rank can cancel this out if.." etc. This can be any form of jusu as long as it specifically targets the attack. Ninjutsu counts towards this especially, but if a taijutsu technique of high enough strength is used, it can also cancel it out through sheer power.
Genin Name: Kuro Chūnyū Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Range: Immediate -> Five Meter Description: By concentrating the Kuro-fu no Manto into their hand, the user can fire a very short (1 foot long) burst of wind at their target. This burst of wind is in a cylindrical shape with a pointed tip, roughly the same diameter as the user's palm. The wind moves at 20 miles per hour, while spinning rapidly at an additional 40 revolutions per second. 1 post cooldown. This technique is capable of puncturing and drilling through the opponent if they get hit by it, but damage is relevent to their strength and other factors.
Name: Yoru Kyōfū Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Range: 25 feet Description: The user must hold his hands in front of him, with each finger pointing to their opposite on the other hand, with a three inch distance between them. The user's cloak will concentrate into this hand, as well as wind from the area around and inside the hands, forming a swirling ball. By widening the area between the fingers and touching the thumb, the user can shoot out this ball of wind, which forms into the image of a small bird as it flies for the opponent. It's wings and beak are laced with the signature black wind of the Tatsumaki clan. 1 post cooldown. This technique drives through the opponent, puncturing them with a high level of force.
Name: Gyōshuku Suru Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: Immediate Description: This jutsu condenses the Kuro-fu no Manto around the user, applying an extra two layers of wind to form a make-shift armor. Because it is made of wind, it is incredibly light which allows for the user to continue to move at the same speeds they could before. This armor immediately projects basic projectiles such as kunai and shuriken, as well as lessens taijutsu damage by 1 rank. Fire-based ninjutsu actually does 1 rank higher damage when this armor is activated, although lightning-based ninjutsu does 1 rank less. All other jutsu does the same amount of damage. This jutsu lasts for four posts with a three post cooldown.
Chuunin Name: Yubi Shotto Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: The user points their hand at the target with their first two fingers pointing straight out and the rest folded into their palm. Wind will begin to swirl around their fingers from the air around them and their cloak. When enough wind has collected, a stream of this wind will fire out at high speeds in a whirling torrent, traveling with a maximum diameter of three inches and speed of 60 rotations per second. 2 post cooldown. This technique does puncturing damage with the addition of laceration when the 'wing' part of the apparition reaches the target.
Name: Nikushimi No Ha Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: Immediate Description: By concentrating wind chakra over a kunai, the user is capable of transforming the simple dagger into a full fledged sword, the wind being pressed tightly together to form a blade. The black lace from the Kuro-fu no Manto provides extra damage from this technique. The most basic form of this jutsu is the formation of a katana using the compressed wind to form the extended blade, which reaches a maximum length of 2 and a half feet, and two inches wide. This blade will last for 3 posts, and if the user wishes to continue using this sword, the same amount of jutsu must be payed . This sword can be broken by any attack 2 ranks higher than it, with the exception of lightning and fire. Fire only needs to be 1 rank higher, and lightning must be two. This jutsu has a 3 post cooldown. This technique does basic slashing and puncturation damage, just like a sword.
Name: Sāfin-fū Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: Immediate Description: This technique allows for the user to levitate a very short distance off of whatever surface they began on. By forcing chakra through their feet at an advanced level (similar to the water walking technique), they are capable of projecting themselves upward roughly 4 inches from where they started. This does not mean they must be within 4 inches of a surface, but if they are on a tree (or something) and use this technique, they can move into the air and remain at the same height. Jumping and using this technique will have no effect, because this jutsu can only be activated when the user is standing on a surface. They are able to stay like this for two posts, with a 3 post cooldown. The user is only capable of moving the same speed as they can already move while running. The true application for this jutsu is usually to avoid traps on the ground, including spikes or pits, or large swamps of jutsu-controlled terrain, such as sand or oil.
Special Jounin Name: Tatsumaki no Suiryoku Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 20 feet Description: A swirling wind generates around the user's arm (either one, this detail depends on the user's discretion) and charges until it is ready to use. By thrusting their arm forward, this wind shoots out in a high-powered variant of Yubi Shotto. With a four-foot diameter and maximum wind speed of 60 mph, this tornado-like attack can destroy even high-density stone. Fire techniques of the same level or lower simply add to this attack, the surface winds igniting to add fire damage. Higher level fire jutsu can cancel this out, however. Lightning jutsu up to 1 level higher than this attack and below are simply destroyed if they come in contact with this technique. This jusu has a three post cooldown. This attack does serious grinding and slashing damage, as well as minor puncturation through force.
Name: Kaiten-tan Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: Immediate Description: Six rapidly rotation discs of wind are formed around the user in a circle, at roughly waist height. Five of these discs surround the user vertically, and the sixth is above them, placed horizontally. These discs have a diameter of 18 inches, and spin at a speed of 90 mph. When the user moves, these discs follow, being kept at a safe distance of three feet. These discs are used primarily to shield the user from attacks, due to the high speeds they are rotating which can reflect basic to even enhanced tools, as well as jutsu of the same or lower rank. It can also defend against lightning jutsu of 1 rank higher than this. This jutsu lasts for 4 posts, with a 5 post cooldown.
Jounin Name: Tatsumaki no shokuniku shori-jō Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 40 foot radius Description: The user can activate this jutsu by only one way. A wave of their dominant hand. After activation, five tornados spawn around the user, connected to them by a chakra string that comes from the bottom of each tornado and attaches to the user's hand, one on each finger. These tornados can then be repositioned on the 40-foot radius field that is included with the jutsu. Each of these tornados is twenty feet tall with a maximum width of six feet, slowly becoming more and more skinny until it reaches a sharp point at the tip. These tornados have a wind speed of 90 miles per hour, which is 30 mph less than a real tornado. The user can only move them at 50 miles per hour, which means they can be dodged. This jutsu lasts for 2 posts, and has a 5 post cooldown. Of course, each of these tornados is laced in the signature blackness of the Tatsumaki clan. This technique does major slashing and grinding damage.
