You mispelled Canon....

Soccer ball would be a bit too large, due to this fact. The numbing areas that I have incorporated for C Rank, are usually 3"x3" areas upto 4"x4" area. The lightning ball even if that big would only cover that much area when contact is made, and there may already be an approved version somewhere on the site. Even so, this jutsu will need a set speed in which it travels and I have already mentioned the damage control
