The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Ichi-Te Inpu (One-Handed Seals) Rank: E Element: - Type: - Range: - Description: Main branch only. Passive. The secret to performing One-Handed Seals is one that has been passed down from generation to generation within the clan. Like its name suggests, the user is able to perform any jutsu by making seals with only one hand. This, of course, is not to say that the user can't also perform seals with two hands. In fact, two-handed seals must be learned first. If the user is advanced enough in chakra, he or she is capable of performing jutsu that is at least two ranks lower then his or her own at the same time.
Name: Touketsudou (Frozen Body) Rank: E Element: - Type: - Range: - Description: Passive. Each member of the Shichiyou clan are immune to cold. Therefore a battle between two Touketsukon members is practically not possible for hyouton techniques have no effect on the body of a Touketsukon member.
This effect is even stronger on the main branch leader. Ice doesn't affect him at all. At some occasions it even deflects (due to Mao.)

By using a careful system of ice manipulation the user is able to mold ice around him or herself at a very rapid pace. This allows the Shichiyou to move through ice and snow as though it where air or water.
Name: Touketsu Daichi no Jutsu (Frozen Ground Skill) Rank: D Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid-range Description: This technique requires handseals. By rapidly condensing water into ice above the surface of the ground of a source of water, the user is capable of creating a large ice slick. Although Hyouketsu are capable of walking over the ice unhindered, others may slip on the ice.
Name: Sensatsu Suishou (Flying Water Needles) Rank: D Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid-range Description: This technique requires handseals. By rapidly collecting small amounts of water, freezing them, and then projecting them the user can create a swarm of ice needles.
Name: Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique) Rank: D Element: Suiton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu, Supplementary Range: - Description: This technique requires handseals. Suika no Jutsu is a secret Ninjutsu technique used by Tenzou. This jutsu allows Tenzou to totally transform his body into water. In this form he can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing himself amongst the liquid. This technique lasts 6 posts.
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Rank: D Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu (Handseals) Range: Long (30 meters high X 50 meters long) Description: Allowing the water to be drawn out of the air by merging the hydrogen particals and the oxygen particals the user creates a large mist around the area that is unseeable for up to five feet infront of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic.
Name: Taiyō-ken (Solar Flare) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short to Mid Description: This technique requires handseals. The technique is performed by the user placing their hands close to the center of their face with the fingers spread toward their eyes. A blinding blue light fires out that blinds everything watching except the user, since they are projecting the light. Due to the fact this is simply a flash of light, it will work regardless of any gap in power between the user and the target. This technique is defensive rather than offensive, and is mainly used as way to gain the upper hand or in order to make hasty retreat. Because of the nature of the attack, it has almost always been extremely effective. The technique is rendered useless if opponent is wearing sunglasses or if they close their eyes. Blindless lasts three posts. Cooldown of three posts.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to medium range Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic)

Name: Nigiri Aisu (Ice Grip) Rank: C Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid-range Description: This technique requires handseals. After getting the opponent onto icy ground (usually through the frozen ground skill) the user performs a sequence of hand-seals and causes the ice below an opponent to rise up and trap their feet in the ice.
Name: Hyouton; Tsubame Fubuki (Ice Element; Swallow Attack) Rank: C Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid-range / Long-range Description: This technique requires handseals. The user gathers water and condenses it into ice. The ice is basically shaped like needles with wings. Much like the Frozen Water Needles attack they are then projected at the enemy in a swarm. However, this time the needles can be further controlled by the user, as though the needles where an intelligent flock of birds trying to ram their opponent. The birds will continue following the will of the user until they hit something or are destroyed.
Name: Hyouton; Kurisutaru Yukihakuhen (Ice Element; Crystal Snowflake) Rank: C Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid-range / Long-range Description: This technique requires handseals. The user condenses a large amount of water into a tiny ice sphere with only an inch radius. When this tiny sphere hits something with enough force, it bursts open. When it does it creates seven pillars of ice instantly; one facing away from the impact, and six others on the sides. These ice pillars pierce anything in their path.
Name: Makyou Kadoguchi (Demonic Gateway) Rank: C Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu Range: - Description: This technique requires handseals. The creation of the Makyou Kadoguchi is a secret technique passed along from generation to generation. The Shichiyou main branch bloodline stems from some connection with the demon that has never been lost and that these mirrors are really a portal to the realm in which the demons dwells. This jutsu mere creates a 6' by 3' sheet of ice that can be slowly moved around. The ice, however, is not clear but appears as though there is something white between two planes of glass. The user can completely hide themselves within the Makyou Kadoguchi despite the fact that it is less then an inch thick. When one does so, they appear as though they are a portrait. Can create 8 at D, 12 at C, 16 B, 20 B, 24 A and 28 S, at once, which is also the max amount. It takes a B-rank tech to destroy it. Tenzou can also create gates from within the other dimension.
Name: Makyou Kadoguchi Ho-Ru (Demonic Gateway Ice Hall) Rank: C Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 50 meter Description: This technique requires handseals. An advanced form of the Demon Gateway, this technique creates a solid sheet of ice going in one direction. The direction can be going away from the user, into the sky, side to side to form a wall, or any other direction imaginable. After the large sheet of ice is created, it splits up into separate Makyou Kadoguchi. Once someone is of the jounin rank they can make two lines instead of one, and can even connect the lines.
Name: Water Release: Water Prison Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self, Touch Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Raiton jutsu used on the sphere(C rank or above) will damage the user, more damage with higher ranks. This happens due to the electricity travelling into the users arm. Lasts 5 posts or until disrupted, 5 post cooldown.

An advanced form of the Hidden Ice Skill, this jutsu allows the user to transport between sources of ice without passing through the area between them. (Main branch: Someone who knows this jutsu can freely transport between any Makyou Hyoushou.)
Name: Shokushu Makyou Kadoguchi (Tendrils of the Demonic Gateway) Rank: B Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 15 meter Description: The user performs a sequence of hand-seals with one hand. Now six tendrils can appear out of the out of a mirror that Tenzou desires. They are as cold as ice, but they are not clear. In stead, they are white as snow. The tendrils can be up to 15 meter in length and are capable of sinking back into the Makyou Kadoguchi and appearing in another one. The tendrils are also capable of instantaneously reforming if somehow destroyed, so the only way to defeat them is to destroy the mirror they are currently residing in. However, the tendrils can not be separated.
Name: Kazekiri no Jutsu (Wind Cutter Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid to Long range Description: This jutsu requires handseals. Kazekiri no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, the user will form the needed hand seal. A large slicing wind will then be created which is visible for a split second and can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large summons. It will move until it hits something. The technique is crescent shaped. The technique is 6 ft. long and 2 inches thick.
Name: Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu (Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu) Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short to Long Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a spear thrown with enough force to pierce through iron. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The basic, standard size is 30 ft. It can maximize 100 ft if the user is around enough water. The larger the dragon, the harder it is to dodge. Handseals. Cooldown of 4 posts. Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the dragon without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE. If a ninja were to maximize the size of the dragon, here is what is required per rank. An ocean for chuunin. A lake for Special Jounin w/o water as primary. A River for jounin and s. Jounin with primary element being water. Can create at maximum size only ONCE without any water around. The next attempt needs a river.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: None Type: Bunshinjutsu Range: - Description: This jutsu requires handseals. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
A 5/9 Name: Bunshin Daibakuha (Clone Great Explosion) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short Description: The target, acting according to the principle of "attack to bring down the enemy," falls victim to a powerful explosion. If one can see through the body of the Shadow Clone, it is possible to evade the blast. However, by wrapping it up in trick after trick, the target will be guided into the technique for sure. The size of the explosion is considerably large, sixteen feet.
Name: Hyouro no Jutsu (Ice Prison Skill) Rank: A Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid-range / Long-range Description: This technique requires handseals. The user places one hand on the ground while constantly performing hand-seals with the other. Several pillars of ice rise out of the ground, beginning in front of the user. The pillars can only be summoned up to two feet apart from the last one that was summoned, but they are summoned in a fairly rapid manner. The pillars do not impale the people above them when they are summoned; instead the pillars ignore that person's existence, forming around him or her. Then the pillar solidifies, trapping that person in ice. Once activated, the pillars can continue being summoned as long as the user continues making hand seals and keeps one hand on the ground.
Name: Makyou Kadoguchi Bunshin Kaisou (Demon Gateway Reflection Clone) Rank: A Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu Range: - Description: This technique requires handseals. By thinking of a certain person, Tenzou is able to create a clone of anyone. The clone appears out of the Makyou Kadoguchi, the other dimension. The clone looks exactly like the original, and has the same physical properties and abilities. However, it is not capable of performing any jutsu. The clone's only real weakness is that it is still bound to the mirror that it emerged from. If that is destroyed, the clone turns into an inert ice sculpture of itself.
Name: Behemoth Clone Summoning (Kaibutsu Bunshin Yobidasu) Rank: A Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu Range: - Description: This technique requires handseals. A forbidden technique that utilizes the powers of Mao. The user creates a Makyou Kadoguchi, but this time it has a large number of glowing blue seals on it. A small crack forms and a very small hole opens up in the mirror. A blizzard comes out of that hole, and the snow from that blizzard collects into the form of a large winged behemoth. The behemoth is capable of flight, and is incredibly strong. Also, the blizzard from the hole in the Makyou Kadoguchi will constantly replenish the behemoth, making it immortal. Unfortunately, this is also the behemoth's weakness. For if the Makyou Kadoguchi that the behemoth originated from is destroyed, it turns into an inert pile of snow and ice.
* Cold Wave: He releases his coldness into the ground, creating a fissure of ice. Cooldown: 2 Posts. Range: 0 - 100 meter * Ice Bolt: The abiltiy to summon crystals of pure freezing energy. When hurled at his enemies, these bolts subject their targets to freezing pain and impaired movement. Cooldown: 2 posts. Range: 0 - 100 meter * Impalement: Freezes the moisture in the air to create a bed of ice spears that rains down on the opponent. Cooldown: 2 Posts. Range: 0 - 100 meter * Displacement: Disperses the water in his body to travel invisibly through the air. Duration: 2 posts. Cooldown: 3 posts. * Blizzard: This is the most offensive ability that he has to offer. With the invocation of this ability, entire hordes of enemies are left chilled, drowned in a hail of ice. Wretched survivors of this wintry storm can do little but crawl and lament their fallen kin before they, too, succumb to the cold. Range: 0 - 500 meter. Cooldown: Once per battle.
Name: Makyou Kadoguchi Suitoru (Demonic Gateway Osmoses) Rank: A Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Knjutsu Range: - Description: This technique requires a single handseal which can be done within the same post. A forbidden technique that seals its victims in an eternal prison. After use then Demonic Gateway Tendrils to trap an unwary opponent, the user commands the tendrils to pin their target against the ice mirror they are currently residing in. While performing the ox handseal, both the tendrils and their victim sink into the mirror. The victim experiences life in the mirror as an endless flat tundra, the only defining mark being the Makyou Kadoguchi which he or she was just expelled from. The most dangerous aspect of this jutsu is that the temperature inside the mirror gradually decreases until the person inside is either frozen or dies of hypothermia. If the Makyou Kadoguchi is destroyed before this happens, from either inside or out, the jutsu is canceled and its prisoner is released. The person has three posts to be rescued.

Name: Sakuzenaisu no Jutsu (Dry Ice Skill) Rank: S Element: Hyouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: - Description: This technique requires handseals. By lowering the temperate of ice low enough, one can remove all water from the ice. The end result is dry ice, and incredibly cold substance that freezes almost anything it comes in contact with. This technique utilizes this property to enhance other ice techniques. Immune against fire. This technique is a passive technique that lasts for ten posts and enhances other ice techniques.
Name: Akuma No Yōna Fubuki; Hyōga no Kyūseishu (Demonic Blizzard; Savior of the Glacier) Rank: S Element: Hyouton Type: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu Range: Entire area Description: The technique requires handseals. A tech utilized by Tenzou using Mao's abilities. Calling down an icy storm that chills and damages everything over a wide area. Targets are chilled, not frozen, and the damage is gradual instead of all in one blast. The most unique thing about this technique is that it only affects people which are seen as enemies to Tenzou, everyone friendly seems to be perfectly fine and not feeling the cold weather.
(First Stage 1-2 post) Icy storm appears that chills and damages everyone in the entire area. The area is covered in snow and the temperature is 10°C below zero. Opponents who don't want to risk their life should leave within the two posts because it will only get worse.
(Second stage 3-5 post) The icy storm is way stronger at the moment as the hail causes bruises on the opponent and the rain is sharp enough to puncture the opponent. The temperature is now 24°C below zero and opponents can get serious problems now. Their brain will work slower which will make them react way slower. Their skin will turn kinda blue and it will hurt to move their body because their inner organs are getting frozen slowly.
(Third stage 6-7 post) The icy storms rain will freeze almost everything it hits at the moment. This means that things in the area will get frozen as they can be used for Hyouton techniques. The temperature is now 40°C below zero. The entire area has been turned into a snowy landscape full with huge icy spikes.
(Final stage 8-10 post) The icy storm is now able to do some real insane damage. The wind will shatter the buildings and other surrounding things. The wind is now also strong enough to shred the skin of people in the area and the temperature is now 70°C below zero. If people don't get killed by the wind, the extreme cold will do the work since their body will now be in a near death situation. The cold will shut down their inner organs as they will die. When the icy storm is finished the area is still a snowy landscape full with huge icy spikes. Many will die because their skin is shredded and teared apart and their inner organs are frozen.
