The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: A simple metal ball. It is about the size of a marble, and weighs just as much, if not a little bit heavier. These come in a Fannie Pack around Etais waist
Abilities: These little beads are the size of those large marbles, and about twice as heavy. When thrown, and properly break in half, a 20 meter colored cloud appears, blinding everyone within the radius, even the user. Also, it holds properties of a Katon jutsu. If you are within 1 meters of the bomb, than you recieve 2nd degree burns. If you are within 3 meters of them, you recieve 1st degree burns. But any further and you just get scorched clothes and skin/clothes in the color of the smoke.
History: This was bout at a prank store in Etais home village of Shippugakure

Description: a Classical sling-shot, this is a piece of Oak with fiber-rubber, combo to shoot beads and other small projectiles.
Abilities: It's to shoot stuff. Etai needs to shoot bird every once in a while. At the farthest it shoots about 1/2 a mile.
History: Bought along with the beads at the prank-shop in SHippugakure.

Well.... How far it fires.... It really depends on how hard it's shot... If you shoot it while the rubber is still loose... than it's no good... but if shot at the hardest where the rubber is super tight... I guess about half a mile?
And the biggest it could shoot would be about the size of a fist...

I'll be fine with either price, and The 3500 is the lowest price he can give me for the sling-shot. I'd be happy with anything, so long as I get it, but I'd prefer the least expensive way out.
