Description: Charge Time. Can be used completely on its own, with no other jutsu required to be active. Once set off a lightning bolt forms in the users hands, this lightning bolt can not harm the user while he's holding it. While holding, it can be used as a lance/poleaxe, and other various long ranged-weapon terms. It can not be cut by anything in existance, and can cut through anything up to Diamond. However, the user can only hold it for two posts. The actual purpose of the jutsu is to throw it, and when it connects with anything truly solid, or at the users whim, it will erupt in a massive explosion that eradicates anything it passes through. As lightning, it not only electrifies and shocks everything it also burns it due to extreme heat of lightning.

Whatever the lightning bolt strikes directly will be eradicated, guareenteed, unless protected by an S Rank Wind Defensive tech. Then the explosion will continue on for 100 meters in every direction. In the first 20 meters of the explosion, the lightning will cause death to anyone unprotected, or only protected by B rank or lower jutsu. From 21 meters to 50 meters there is an extremely high chance of death, and a certainty of coma being induced. From 51 to 100 meters, all terrain will be eradicated as with all other distances, as well as anything inanimate, but people have a chance of surviving. About 20%, with an 80% chance of disfiguring electrical burns, and an 100% chance of paralysis [Paralysis wears off after one topic, meaning in the next topic they're fine] Should the opponent block with a B rank or lower move, the effects of the lightning bolt simply slip into the next range of damage. If a B rank defends against the outer most range [51-100] then it reduces all effects by 30%, unless it is Earth Element that attempts protection, then nothing happens to the attacks power. A ranks reduce effects by 50%, unless Wind then it is 70%, and 30% if Earth. Thus, it reduces two range ranks in power if defended against by non-wind A ranks, and three ranges if defended by Wind A, and only 1 if Earth A. S ranks reduce the range rank by 3, unless Wind where it is totally protected, or Earth where it is 50% reduction.

The user, after use, is only 70% as strong, 70% as fast, 70% as lucid. They lose 50% of their sense perception, meaning Sight, Hearing, Touch, Smell, and Taste are all only 50% as strong. After 10 posts of this state the user will fall unconcious for the remainder of the topic.

Description: Two post charge time, while they charge the user glows a deep red colour with black tendrils swirling around their body for a moment. After use the users Speed, Strength, and Agility are raised 3x. Their defense falls 20%, any jutsu they are hit with will feel half a rank more powerful, but S ranks get no more powerful. While using this ability the users Jutsu power falls by 20%, meaning that you subtract one rank of power (S ranks equal A ranks, A ranks -> B, and so on (D -> E, and E stays [E's are basically powerless either way]) The effects, both boosts and downsides, last strictly the length of the jutsu. This jutsu lasts 6 posts, and has a cooldown of 15 posts. The final ability of this jutsu is the ability to end it at any point in time.

[Has absolutely no physical affect, it is purely aesthetic. The chakra can not block any ones vision, it is almost completely transparent. Gives things a tinge of the colour the chakra is]

Description: Passive. Four times per topic the user may produce a small spectral chakra flame [Appears like a flame], anyone who looks at it feels a sense of passion towards whatever they're thinking, except Genesis who is uneffected. Doesn't actually do anything, but in the middle of a fight it would certainly amp up the opponent's fighting skill. It's been estimated that the person will recieve a passion boost equal to a 1.5x boost in what they're thinking. Hence, 1.5x boost in everything to opponents if they glance at it during a fight [should the opponent be thinking about the fight... Which they should be...]

ok, since these names are in some form of language that i have neither the time nor want to understand or find a way to alter type, i will adress these from 1. 2. and so on.

1. This seems ok, however being that it is an S-rank of such proportions, it will need a good mental drawback such as maybe memory loss for a period of time, or permanent, but to a certain extent of say a few months. also a physical toll would take place to the eyes as the form of a slight blinding for ex amount of weeks, even though it's just to look cool, it's still lightning coming from your eyes, so that's gunna hurt alot. as for gauntlets, only the gauntlests can gain the weaponry increase, the fists underneath will not. if it is for one weaponry item, then it's one weaponry item. the ability to render all jutsu needs to either be taken out or reduced to all raiton weakness jutsu, the ability to have some electrical pulse negate all jutsu is just absurd and highly illogical, this also needs a min to max rank of jutsu it can cancel, being it's an s-rank ability, A - all lower rank would be acceptable. and just a side note, i believe you meant to say corelation not coerlation. anyways, edit that accordingly.

2. chakra color change is fine, 1k.

3. eye color change is fine as well, 1k.

4. this seems to be more of a stat booster and since it takes in effect the opponents thought process would be classified as a genjutsu. since it does what it does, it would have to be bumped up to a d-rank technique, even though it offers no boost to yourself, but alters the opponents mind to i assum "believe" it has a stat boost. so make this edit please.

I'll buy the two E ranks.

Passion Flame isn't necessarily a gen, it's a boost to stats like any other... At least, I wouldn't pin it as a Gen...

As for the S rank I'll change it to a completely different tech I has in mind.

my bad, the A rank seems fine, just can't allow a 3x of 3 dif. stats, however a 2x to each stat would be acceptable, after that i'd say around 11k for it. given no other moderators see differently.

and for passion flame, the only reason i deem it a genjutsu is cause it alters the victims thought pattern, which is what a genjutsu would seemingly do, to create a falsity that isn't really there. which in case is the increased focus on the fight that's not really needed, but is instead put there as a result of the passion flame being seen.

I was told to lower it specifically to 3x... Mergh... I don't know exactly if it's current downsides at A rank match a 2x boost... Hmm... Also, both the S rank I'll be putting up, and that A rank are free. Just so you know.

Also, Passion Flame doesn't falsify any thoughts, it literally amplifies them physically. I would suppose it would be similar to a genjutsu in form, but in actual practise since it's literally amplifying their brain patterns it slightly different then falsifying them...

Remove the spaces that weren't in the template when you copied it

Prices will be given for special cases like if you ever wanted to train them into someone else

The one I'm assuming is passion flame, since I don't read what I'll assume is Greek, seems like a genjutsu disguised as a ninjutsu to me.

Well, nevermind the Passion Flame then, I can't use Gen, and it's not like I'm going to fight for that particular jutsu xD Oh well.

the max i can give you is a 2.5 boost, that's all, and also that it cannot be stacked with other amplifying techniques. other than that it's fine.

8 inch circumfrence at it's thickest point, about 5 inches at its thinnest. 5 feet and 8 inches long.

I will change it to lightning chakra.
