Description: Charge time, no handseals. Lasts 6 posts. Can be used independently of all other Olympian jutsu, and in tandem with any other jutsu. Upon use one of two things can happen, depending on whether or not the user is weilding a weapon in their hands, or is barefirst/only wearing gauntlets:

With weapon: The blade of the weapon turns to pure, contained lightning. It is impossible to cut through, even with weapons like Kusanagi. It increases the users speed of swinging their respective weapon by 10x. Also, when the weapon connects with anything metal or another person it sends a massive electrical shock throughout their body. It is enough to paralyze the opponent for a split millisecond, and cause massive pain.

---- Note, for Scythe it turns only the blade of the Scythe to Lightning, not the shaft.

Without Weapon: The users fists, or gauntlets, get coated in pure, contained lightning. It is impossible to cut through, even with weapons lie Kusangi. It increases the users speed of throwing punches by 10x. The users punches also act as compact defilbrilators, administrating intense shock to the direct part of the body connected. A punch to the skull would most likely kill.

Although its under construction, I will begin. I understand general stats, but I would like them to specifically be named out, for technical purposes. speed, strength, etc. What are the stats that will increase?

General, so your basic Strength, Speed, Reaction Time, Endurance, Stamina, Luck, Agility, Defense.

The major stats you know, all in extremely small portions.

Seeing as how the boost isn't large, I will grant that. However, the whole luck stat I would way is pointless, but the others are ok. Now, there aren't handseals but it doesn't state a charge time. It only states 'moment'. There should probably be a 1 post charge for this.

Also, one thing, its understood that you can't use but one D rank at a time. However, it doesn't state whether the cooldown applies to the entire D rank section. So this simply means you have three jutsu that do the same thing and can go into the same boosted state for up to fifteen posts. There should be a cooldown between the three boosted jutsu as well.

"The user becomes incapable of using any Jutsu along the Curse, or Cleansing lines for the duration of this jutsu."

Meaning, I can't use them at the same time together, and the boost only applies while IN the mode (or when later jutsu specify it continues into them)

And, can I be moving freely while "charging" the point was to be able to do that really quick for a special line of jutsu in each one. So those D rank are the "gateway" jutsu as it were.

Edit: Oh, got it, sorry misread it, but yes those cooldowns apply to all three in order. Like, during the cooldown of one he can not enter another.

Ok, what I mean now is this, and follow me here.....

Let's say you enter Ocean Cleansing....after the five posts, it enters its cooldown. What I want to know now is, can u enter Underworlds Curse immediately following the demise of Ocean Cleansing? Bc if so, that means you will be able to stay in the boost of 1.2 for 15 consecutive posts. There probably needs to be a cooldown between the three jutsu in conjunction with one another.

I tend to have my own way of describing what Im looking for. If u misunderstand me, I will re word it or give examples as best I can to get the point across...

For technical pueposes, I want the specific stats named in the description like you mentioned earlier. I don't want anyone questioning it....period. So do that, and the D rank are all approved. Bump when edited.

Underwolrds Stalagmite: 10% stat reduction, when this stacks is the effect ten % of the now 90%, or of the original stats?

Oceans Embrace: The amount of hits that can be sustained, is it 2 D and 1 C a 5 hits, or only one of them? Same goes for the 1 D and 8 hits.

Stalagmite: It goes on top of the 90%, so 90% -> 80%

Embrace: 1 C rank, or 2 D, or 5 Hits. Same for the Skin-Tight one (1 D, or eight hits)

Stalagmite: Approved

Embrace: Just to clarify both the shield and skin have the same cooldown yes?

Embrace: Yes

Oceans Eidyia: What exactly does the water Nymph do, when not protecting the user, as in can she fight, or is she solely for defense?

No physical damage, so if it was SOLELY enhancing a blade sharpness, yes. If it was, say, lighting a weapon on fire, still yes. But for only two posts.

Well, technically she could do something... But her hitting you would be a lot like getting a bucket of warm water dumped on you... You'd get wet, but it's not exactly doing anything

New Jutsu up

Let's see here... I don't like incantations instead of handseals. You could basically say all that in a single post and then use the jutsu. If you don't have handseals, it needs a charge time. If it doesn't have a charge time at all, I'm not going to go beyond that problem.

The incantation is twelve lines long o.o Even if I did say that all in one post the opponent could easily just interrupt me O.o

But it's not two posts of handseals. It's maybe half a post of saying something, which you could do under your breath while fighting. Handseals are not nearly as easy to hide or to perform while being attacked. Incantations are much different, and I won't allow them without a charge time to compensate for lack of handseals.
