Black lines appear all over the users body acting as a poison also burning the skin slightly.

Problem one is the yin-yang element. Idk how we are going to work that here since its an odd element so that will be discussed with higher ups in a group. But as far as the jutsu itself you'll need to charge for more than one round at least for the upper level. Maybe something like charge equivalent to hand seal time depending on which level you want to use
