The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Only thing I see with this jutsu is that I would like the cooldown to increase with rank as well, maybe one extra post of cooldown per rank up. IE: At A-rank nine post cooldown.
To my understanding nintaijutsu is allowed for people that have both ninjutsu for the chakra control and Taijutsu for the physical exerction. Also, there is almost nothing that can be made that is pure Taijutsu that is worth making and paying for because for additional effects one must add chakra which in most people's eyes makes it nintaijutsu. And while taco is right about the cools needing some adjusting you will also need to adjust some of the number of times you can use it.
I can agree with idea that Nintaijutsu is not required to be mentioned specifically but her Taijutsu is secondary and Ninjutsu is tertiary which shouldn't allow her to use something like that, maybe add some chakra in her punches, okay, but this seems more like a technique for somebody with Taijutsu and Ninjutsu as primary and secondary.

This also means that with such intense pressure on the body this makes the person in need of resting after seven posts of using the technique. This is a three in a half hours of rest to allow the user to perform another set of seven. So to clarify it can be used 7 posts then has a 7 post cool down.

If you want a true answer, when you UPGRADE a jutsu, your saying that your want it to be stronger, thus meaning that it doesnt stay a C rank jutsu. With the upgrade it becomes a C - A Rank, due to the massive inrease in the numbers you are providing. Though the cooldown may be higher, the fact remains the same, that this jutsu will only expand in rank, not stay the same, leaving you to edit the Rank from C to C - A...

Ok. I've edited the jutsu and am now wanting this debate betwean you all to end with an approval of this. Dom said so long there isn't any problems he approved but if you want to have him post his approval then get him to do it when you yourselves have reviewed it.

2 meter is too long for a one handed blade for your character, also 10 meter extended is too long.

B-rank ninja: Your shield is made out of wind and water, those elements have weaknesses of their own. Wind is weak against fire and water is weak against earth. So your shield should only be able block wind, water and lightning. It should block up to 50 chakra.
A-rank ninja: Increasing the power to special nature transformations is too much. I could approve this but that would increase the price of your technique. So again it defends against wind, water and lightning. It should block up to 60 chakra.
S-rank ninja: Again. Elemental shield. Can only protect against water, wind and lightning. If you want defense against physical attacks then defense up to B-rank is possible. It should block up to 70 chakra.
Since you're abilities are from B to S I must price this as an S-rank technique.
