The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The weapon has a silvery-gray handle at where you grip it and it also had two blades, due to it being a double sided scythe. The blades are electrifying blue, but they have little dashes of stormy gray colors scratched into it. The blades of the scythe are also very firm and strong, but thin and sharp. It's blades are in like a crescent shape, kind of like Hidan's top blade on his scythe. Also, it is at the height of 5'9. Yes, it is very tall. Taller than Reaper.
It has a metal handle, which will make it weigh a lot. The user would have a little trouble wielding it, and it will make the person move a little slow. That is because the blades are a little bigger then the normal scythe blade, and the whole weapon is about 5'9. Also, the whole scythe is made out of a heavy, durable metal. The scythe would be heavy, but precise.
Abilities: No real special abilities. It just can pierce most things easily.
History: Her grandmother had bought this blade to give to Reaper for her birthday. She came across it on one of her missions. Like I said, she bought it, but from a merchant. Reaper was 11 when her grandmother had bought the blade home, so it was secretly stored into her basement until Reaper's 12th birthday.
Appearance: (Sorry, have no pic for it)

Your description confuses me some, rework your grammar and be more specific about the properties of the weapon then bump. At that point I shall return.
Ok, what kind of metal is the scythe made of and you mention the height in there twice. I don't know if you did it on purpose or not, but I just wanted to point it out.
