Village News
The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Ventus, the being of wind, is a free spirit, the youngest of the Elemental Beings, though 1000 years is not very young. A voice that rings both freedom, and joy, Ventus always feels happy, even in the most dangerous of situations. More of a peaceful being, he hates all conflicts and will in fact try and resolve them. He is one of the only Elemental's to be able to fly, and he can fly at about 10 ft/s. Being a being of pure wind, only higher fire techniques can do 20% more damage to him, all others do normal damage, and lightning does lighting jutsu do 20% less damage, and wind techniques do 10% less damage.

Ventus can only cover the summoner's body, no weapons. This lasts for 5 posts with a 6 post cooldown.

Description: Ventus will concentrate wind in the palm of his hands, until he makes a small baseball sized wind ball. He can then throw the air balls at his opponent, upon contact the balls can cause bruising and push an opponent back a few inches, and cut half an inch into an opponent. The wind balls move at about 5 ft/s, and upon reaching the maximum distance will dissipate. Ventus can throw two balls per post for a maximum of 4 posts. 5 post cool down.

Upon finishing his meditation, Ventus will face his palms towards his opponent, and release a huge force of wind out of his hands, which covers a width of 20 feet, and a maximum height of 20 ft. The wind has no cutting power, but can bend trees and knock an opponent back 20 ft if they are hit. The winds move at about a category 3 hurricane's windspeed, with the same strength. 10 post cooldown.

Personality: Paz, the being of water, and pure beauty. She is calm, serene, and loving. She loves her own beauty, and though a being of calm and serenity, she is a bit of a narcissist. She loves it when summoners compliment her beauty, and in fact is very sexual, even to opponents. She is also a great navigator, able to guide ships through the oceans even if their is no landmasses around. As she is the sea, her mood can change from a calm beauty to an angry horror. On water she can instantly dive into it without making a splash, and swim as fast as 5 ft/s. The sea is a cruel yet beautiful mistress. Being an entity of pure water, Doton techniques can do 20% more damage, all others do normal damage, and fire techniques do 20% less damage to her, and water techniques do 10% less damage.

Description: Paz will focus on the calmness of the sea, then the fury of the stormy ocean. After meditation she will be filled with the rage of the seas. Her speed will increase by 20%, and her attacks will be much more ferocious, aiming to tear her opponent limb from limb and devouring them (a blood lust). Her own body will change as well. She will develop huge fangs, about an inch long, which she can use to bite into opponents, and claws that are an inch long as well. Both fangs and claws have strength equal to steel, and can pierce 1 inch into an opponent, or slash a half an inch into an opponent. This lasts for 7 posts with an 8 post cooldown.

Name: Water Pressure Cutter

Description: Paz will concentrate water into the palm of her hand. She will then form a sphere of water that is the size of her palm, and then condense it into a 1 cm in diameter sphere and draw it to her finger tips. She will then force the water to form a 5 ft long, 1 cm wide, stream of high-velocity water that can cut half-an-inch thick plates of steel in half, and cut 1 and a half inches into human flesh. She can only concentrate the cutting power into five feet, after that it turns into a sprinkle of water. She cannot shoot it or elongate it. Anything that is stronger then steel can cut through the stream. A D rank raiton technique can vaporize the jutsu, but also harm the opponent, a D rank doton technique can stop it, and a B rank fire technique can dissipate it. This lasts for 4 posts with a 5 post cooldown.

Name: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. This turns into a wave when the user spews an amount of water from their mouth, which expands into a giant wave of water, rolling forward at the opponent. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed(80 MPH), and attack the enemy, if swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwards, the water remaining can be used for suiton techniques(This also applies for enemies who wish to use the water) As it is a B rank, this move can only create a small lake (30x30x30 yards). Doton, being waters weakness can defeat the move. C rank will weaken it considerably, and B rank and above will nullify the move. D rank and below will have no effect.
The proper amount of handseals will be needed for the users rank. This jutsu has a cooldown of 10 posts, and can only be used twice per topic.

Description: The dagger is made of an enchanted water, and can only be used by Paz. She is the only one who can form the dagger from the water into the weapon. Other than that the dagger is a normal one, 6 inches long, as strong as steel, and functions like a normal dagger. It cannot be used for any water attacks.

Abilities: Only Paz may be able to wield it.

History: In the springs of the ancient water, in the standing pools of time, lies the weapon that is chosen by the being the Flows. The weapon shimmers with the flow of water, the push and the pull of the oceans, and the beauty of the rain. It is apart of the being of Water, it is apart of her. It is bounded to her by soul and blood, and it is he instrument of death. Her will, is its command, and only hers. With more strength then a tsunami.

Personality: Levis, the being of energy. He seems to have a constant energy supply, never tiring, never stopping, always going. He is the fastest of all the summons, but the one to make the most mistakes. He can move about 15% faster then the average B rank ninja, and has skin of equal strength to steel. He can never gauge his own strength, sometimes going over-board and using his full strength when he shouldn't. He appears in a flash of pure strength, and speed. Being an entity of pure Lightning, wind techniques do 20% more damage, all other elements do normal damage, and up to techniques do 20% less damage, lightning techniques do 10% less damage.

Description: Levis will concentrate lightning around his body, and then run into a full blow sprint at his top speed, which is about 5 ft/s. He will then shoulder his opponent, transferring both the lightning and his momentum into the opponent, electrocuting him and knocking him back 20 ft at about 5 ft/s. The lightning will cause third-degree burns on the area hit, which is a 6 in by 6 in area and will stun the opponent so that on the post he is hit he cannot stop himself from being launched back. The lightning can conduct into metal as well, and deliver the same effect. This technique can punch through A rank earth jutsu, and a C rank wind jutsu can stop the charge and nullify the lightning. 6 post cooldown.

Description: Levis will concentrate lightning into his hands and feet, and then charge them with the lightning energy. His speed is increased by 20%, and his punches and kicks can cause third-degree electrical burns, but no stunning nor numbing effect. The lightning can conduct onto metal, and cause the same burns but a numbing effect if he is holding the metal for 2 posts. His attacks can go through A rank earth jutsu. Duration is 4 posts with an 10 post cooldown.

Range: 100 ft
Description: Levis will meditate on the pure force and energy created by the natural energy that is lightning. He will then charge lightning into the palms of his hands, then close them into a fist and place both of his fists together, the knuckles facing the opponent. He will then transfer the lightning in front of his fists, forming a sphere of lightning that is at first has a 6 inch diameter. After a post the sphere will double in size. It takes at least 2 posts for the attack to be ready. Afterwards Levis will condense the sphere into a 6 inch in diameter ball again, and fire a condensed lightning bolt that moves at 20 ft/s and is 6 inches wide. The bolt can easily go through S rank earth techniques, and can easily punch a hole through steel. Upon contact with an opponent, the opponent will be launched back 30 ft, with third degree electrical burns on the area hit, and the limb that is struck will be numb for 3 posts afterward. First post is 100% numb, second post is 50% numb, and third post is 25% numb, afterwards the limb is completely healed. Levis can choose to continue charging, and after each post of charging will increase the width of the bolt by 6 inches. Afterwards Levis must recharge his energy, which will take 2 posts. Once per topic.

Element: Earth
Personality: Provectus, the being of earth. He is said to be as old as the world its self, and his knowledge goes beyond mortal man. The world is him, and he is the world. The oldest Elemental, he has grown to be quite stubborn. He is the wisest, and the strongest, able to lift boulders that weigh up to 1000 lbs from the ground. His skin is as tough as reinforced steel, yet made of entirely stone. An ambiguous fighter, his age makes him believe he is always right, and will in fact argue with his summoner. Being an entity of pure earth, lightning techniques can do 20% more damage to him, all other elements doing normal damage, and Water techniques do 20% less damage to him, earth techniques do 10% less damage.

Range: 40 ft
Description: Provectus will concentrate earth into his hand, causing it to be as hard as triple refined steel. With this, Provectus can have slight earth manipulation if he slams his fist onto the ground. He can either cause earth spikes to erupt from the ground, channel the energy to cause a huge earth stump to rise from the ground and hit his opponent, or just use his fist to crush them. The earth spikes are about 5 ft long, and are cone shaped, the widest part being 1 ft in diameter. He can summon up to 5, and they will launch out of the air and fall down on his opponent. The spikes are as strong as steel, and can pierce through humans. They travel at about 15 ft/s. The stump moves at about 15 ft/s and can be seen traveling as the ground will shake when it comes close, and is 7 ft in diameter. The stump comes out of the ground with enough force to break bone, and can launch an opponent back 10 feet. The stump's angle is the same as the fist when it hit the ground. This lasts for 4 posts, with a 6 post cooldown.

Name: Ancient Style: Silex Rain

Range: 25 ft radius
Description: Provectus will concentrate on the world, which will take about a post. He will then beat the ground rapidly, launching stones of various sizes and weights into the air. The stones range from 6 inches in diameter to about 6 feet in diameter, and their weight can range from 10 lbs to 600 lbs. The stones are launched into the air at about 20 ft/s, going a maximum 100 ft in the air. During this time, the opponent can be hit by the fast moving stones in the air and will get major bruising on all areas hit. After a post they will fall down at about 10 m/s, in a 25 ft radius from Provectus, and can crack bone if hit, but they are normal rocks and a Raiton technique can destroy them. The summoner, to be protected, will jump on Provectus's shoulder. It takes a post for the stones to fly in the air, and another post for them to fall down. There is about 2 feet between each stone when it either goes up, or falling down. Provectus can do this for 2 posts, with a 10 post cooldown. Twice per topic.

Name: Ancient Style: Wisdom of Terra

Range: 50 ft radius
Description: Provectus will meditate on the world, concentrating on its ever changing landmasses and tectonic power. After a post on the meditation, the tectonic power of the world will commune with his being, giving him the power to bend the very earth to his ancient will. In a 50 ft radius from where he stands, Provectus can manipulate the land in the area. He can cause huge boulders that weigh 1000 lbs to rise from the ground and fire at his opponent, or he can take a boulder and crush it, shooting shards of stone to pierce his opponent. All projectiles move at 25 ft/s, and any shard can pierce 3 inches into humans. Provectus can even cause the whole area that he can control to rise in the air to up to 500 ft, isolating his opponent from any allies. Any boulders thrown at the opponent can easily break bone. Provectus can even form the stone into dragons that will slam into the opponent, which move at the same speed and do the same damage as projectiles and boulders. It takes one post to ready any attack. This lasts for 6 posts, and can only be used once per topic. After it, Provectus will be de-summoned, as he needs to further his meditation.

Element: Fire
Personality: Furor, the being of fire, the core of the world. He was said to be born from the Core of the world, and houses that power within him. He is the most powerful of the Elementals, yet his wisdom lacks. He and his brother, Provectus, rule the others with both just and fair authority. He is not one to be summoned constantly, or his wrath will fall on the summoner. He is ruthless, but merciful, he is unrelenting, but compassionate. His skin is molten, it radiates the heat of the world, anyone who touches him will receive second degree burns. He knows the true secret of fire, of heat, of anger. That is it both deadly, yet beautiful. It is even said, that his very heart is made from the Core of the world. Being an entity of pure fire, water techniques do 20% more damage, all other elements doing normal damage, and wind techniques do 20% less damage, fire techniques doing 10% less damage.

Description: Furor will focus the fire into his mouth, and eject a huge jet of fire that will burn anything in its path to a crisp. The jet of flame is funnel shaped, its maximum range being 50 ft, and every 5 ft it increases its width by 2 ft, its maximum width being 20 ft. Anything flammable will instantly catch on fire, and it will cause third degree burns if the jet touches you. The jet of fire moves at about 15 ft/s. The flame is white with a deep red on the inside. 10 post cooldown. Can only be used Twice per topic. Being an entity of pure fire, water techniques do 20% more damage, all other elements doing normal damage, and wind techniques do 20% less damage, fire techniques doing 10% less damage.

Description: Furor will focus the pure element of fire into his hands, and slam them into the ground, communing with the core of the earth. He will then force fire to erupt around him in huge pillars that are 10 feet wide and are as tall as 100 feet. The fire can erupt anywhere in a 100 foot radius, and before the ground erupts the ground under will glow red hot. The fire can cause instantaneous third-degree burns, and will kill if someone is caught in the middle of the pillar for more then 10 seconds. He can summon up to five pillars per post. During this Furor cannot move as he communes with the Core. This lasts for 3 posts. Once per topic. Being an entity of pure fire, water techniques do 20% more damage, all other elements doing normal damage, and wind techniques do 20% less damage, fire techniques doing 10% less damage.

Description: Furor will meditate on the energy hidden inside the world. He will think on the power that is hidden in the world, and the heat that is trapped inside that fuels the world. Upon his realization his heart will begin to glow a bright white, so bright that it can be seen through his chest. This takes a post. As he finished meditation, he whole body will begin to emit fire, his very steps will scorch the earth he walks on. He gains fire manipulation, able to redirect up to A rank fire jutsu back at his opponent, and can fire 6 ft in diameter fire balls that can travel at about 15 ft/s. Any fire technique done by the summoner can be controlled and bended by Furor to be 20% more powerful. Any fire on the field that is in a 50 ft radius can be controlled by him, and all attacks done by him move at 15 ft/s. Anyone who is 10 him will start to feel 1st degree burns and if there 5 feet away, they feel 2nd degree burns, this includes the summoner. This lasts for 4 posts, and upon completion he is de summoned, as he works to understand the connection to the Core. Being an entity of pure fire, water techniques do 20% more damage, all other elements doing normal damage, and wind techniques do 20% less damage, fire techniques doing 10% less damage.
