Name: Storm Release: Static Slash (嵐遁・静的スラッシュ, Ranton: Seiteki surasshu) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D rank Element: Ranton (Storm Release) Type: Ninjutsu Range: Coats the blade of a weapon Description: After performing a short set of seals, the user releases Ranton chakra along the length of the blade of any edged weapon they are using. The chakra layer is extremely thin, and therefore does not cause much of a difference as far as blade length goes. This enhanced cutting edge is capable of cutting completely through steel if enough force is put behind the swing. This technique remains active for seven posts,but after seven posts the user must spend 10 chakra per post to keep it active. After the technique is released, it has a five post cool-down.
Name: Storm Clone Technique (嵐のクローン技術, Ranton Bunshin no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D rank Element: Ranton (Storm Release) Type: Ninjutsu Range: Any Description:After a string of seals, the user releases and molds ranton chakra into three identical clones of the user. The clones are highly adherent, capable of sticking to an enemy like syrup. As they are made of ranton, the clones emit shocks of electricity that cause numbness in muscle and nerves that cause slower reaction speeds and slower overall movement. The clones are durable, able to reform from hits that would be non-lethal to the human body, but will disperse if they take a lethal hit (IE. Decapitation, loss of limb, etc.) Removing the clone from your body is as simple as replacing, though numbness is still retained. The numbness itself wears away after three posts.
Name: Replacement of the Thunder God (サンダー神の交換, Raijin no Kawarimi) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Rank Element: Ranton (Storm Release) Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close Quarters Description: Upon being hit by a technique, fist, weapon, etc, replaces with a large, unstable orb of ranton. As it is a custom replacement, it only requires one seal to ready the orb of Ranton. As soon as the user is away, the ranton orb explodes shooting globs of ranton in every which direction. The globs move at a velocity of 25 feet per second and have a distance of 30 feet. The globs, much like the clones are very adhesive. They stick to anything they hit, and should they hit clothing, such as cloth, the globs will actually sink through in order to make contact with bare flesh. Once they are on flesh, they expand to the width of about two palms wide. Any area under the affected area begins to experience severe numbness. The numbness causes muscles to lock up, causing decreased speed and therefore make it easier for the user to counter-attack. The globs remain active for four posts, after which the lose any charge they have and just remain stuck to the opponent like glue. The numbness itself lingers on for five posts. Anyone with raiton may also reverse the charge of the globs, causing them to lose all adhesiveness so that they fall of them.

Name: Storm Release: Purgatory (嵐遁・煉獄, Ranton: Nakabasuki) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Rank Element: Ranton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to Mid-range Description: After a lengthy set of seals, the user places their hand onto the ground. Releasing the chakra stored by the handseals, a cage made of ranton spikes out of the ground around the target. The cage's size varies depending on the size of the target or animal that the user is trying to contain. As it is made of Ranton, touching the walls and bars results in an immense shock, resulting in pain that knocks the average shinobi on their ass. Escaping the technique requires some thought and planning, in order to find the cages weak point, though a strong enough technique would be enough to shatter the cage. The size of the cage also affects the amount of chakra consumed when using it. For instance, the 10x10 Cage would cost 20 chakra, while a 50x50 cage would cost 30.
Name: Storm Release: Tornado Blast (嵐遁・竜巻爆発, Ranton: Tatsumaki Bakuhatsu) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C - Rank Element: Ranton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Twenty Meters (65 feet) Description: After a lengthy set of seals, the user hold out either one of their hands and focuses the built up Ranton energy. A white halo forms over the users hand and from the white halo comes a huge blast of ranton energy directly in-front of the user. The blast has enough force to break most metals, rend skin and break bones and cause some damage to most structures. The blast moves at 13 feet per second, leaving wreckage in its wake. The blast itself immediately after leaving the user's hand is a small blast that size reaches it full blast radius of six feet about six feet away from the user. After usage, the technique has a cool down time of four posts.
Name: Storm Release: Reflection (嵐遁・反射, Ranton: Sanshi) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Ranton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close Quarters Description: After a set of seals, the user releases the built up ranton in the shape of a 10x10 square wall of Ranton energy. The technique is capable of repelling techniques equal and lower to the technique, but has a tougher time stopping fuuton techniques then any other element. The wall lasts for two posts, and then has a two post cool down.
Special Jounin
Name: Ranton: Reizā Sākasu (Storm Release: Laser Circus) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Storm Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 Feet Description: Hand Seals; This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity, the area where the beams can be controlled is within fifty feet of the user and can only attack in front of them never behind. A maximum of seven beams can be created when this technique is used however the user can make it less if they choose to do so. The beams are powerful storm chakra so they tear through steel with ease and dent harder materials as they strike. Can only be used three times per topic, 6 post cooldown.
Name: Thunder God's Fury (サンダーゴッズフューリー, Fungeki no Raijin) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Rank Element: Ranton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long-range Description: After doing a long set of seals, the user releases a basketball sized orb of extremely condensed ranton energy. The ball ascends 50 feet into the air, where it glows like a miniature sun. After one post, it begins to descend on the area, growing larger as the ranton energy stops condensing. Once it makes landfall, the orb is now the size of small house. Upon impact with the ground, 60 beams of Ranton energy begin to form out of the large orb. The beams, when they hit the ground or target, creates an explosion with a 6-inch burst of concentrated lighting. The lighting causes third degree burns and numbness in whatever area of the body was hit. The beams fire off in every direction, but completely bend around the creator of this technique thanks to the techniques ability to ping off of the source of chakra for the technique. This orb lasts for three posts until its exhausted, and the user may use 20 beams per post. This may one be used once per topic.

Name: Thunder God's Verdict (サンダーゴッズ評決, Hyōketsu no Raijin) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Rank Element: Ranton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Any Description: After a long set of seals, the user begins to amass a vast amount of Ranton chakra on one of their arms. From this, a huge, ten story oriental mythology dragon will sprout. This dragon is controlled by the movements of the user's arm, much as if it were a hand puppet. This dragon is capable of unleashing a dozen sword like ranton beams that move at a break-neck 25 feet per second. These beams are the length and width of an average Katana. These beams have the capability to rip through equal and lower defenses and metals such as steel are like butter before the dragon's wrath, but these blades are easily stopped by higher level defensive barriers or offensive techniques of equal or greater level. The user can also manipulate the movement of the dragon so that it may "swoop" down and attack enemies. Should an enemy come into contact with this technique, the area affected will suffer immense shock that will result in a paralysis that will last for 3 posts, and also suffer third-degree burns. The dragon is extremely hard to destroy, the ways being to either seal the chakra, break the chakra flow to the technique, use a massive area of effect technique capable of destroying it, kill or knock out the user, or sever the arm that the technique rests. This technique lasts for three posts, after which extreme fatigue sets in after extensional chakra consumption. This technique may only be used once per topic.
S-ranked
Name: Storm release: Sea of Storms (嵐遁・嵐の海, Arashinoumi) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S - Rank Element: Ranton Type: Ninjutsu Range: Any Description: After a very large amount of seals, the user beings to mold and focus chakra to their mouth. Releasing all of the chakra out at once, the chakra transforms into ranton and begins to sweep over the area, forming a massive 15 acre "sea" of Ranton. The Ranton is fluid like water, though it looks more metallic with a silver gloss over it. The "sea" itself is 18 feet deep from top to bottom. Since the Ranton is a fluid, it is possible to mold chakra and stay afloat though this is very risky. Should the liquid get onto the foot or the body, it his highly electric and will cause third-degree burns and numbness on the area affected. How large the area that is affected, depends on how much a person gets on them. The actual use of this sea is that the user actually has total free-form control of its entire mass. The user can make dragon heads shoot out of the mass to devour the enemy and drag them to the depths, beams of ranton to wrap up and subdue, the size of this depends on how much focus and imagination they put into it with the smallest item being a senbon to the largest being the size of a small home. Escape from the hits is possible, simple kawarimi's or just plan avoiding them. Using barriers of equal level is another good way. Many people say that once your caught in this Uteki's trap, your finished. To clarify the free-form attacking, the user must take one post to form and mold the item they are going to use to attack, and another separate post to attack. This means you get a total of 3 incredibly powerful attacks while this technique is active. This technique is limited to six posts and once per topic, and once this technique is used up the user passes out.

Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.

Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.
