Please add in how durable the web is when being cut at with a blade or chakra from another...

can abilities state web is as dense as steel, so it can be cut but anything denser than steel. If hit with precision, the web is cut easily with Chakra, but it must be hit on a chakra point in the web, not just anywhere.

The last thing needed is hiow far can you shoot the webs?? It needs a limit also

as for the limit thing, spiders constantly produce web, making it impossible to have a limit

You do not specialize in Taijutsu so you are unable to use this

The jutsu itself is merely a ninjutsu, used for taijutsu purposes. I shall edit out the taijutsu part

Range: Sound waves(25-30 feet)
Description: After handseals, the user lets out a massive high pitched shriek. When the opponent comes in contact with this sound, it triggers the genjutsu. The victim thinks and feels like they are trapped in a spider web were a large spider comes and begins to feed on them. In reality, the victim is stationary and the user can move five feet and use their arms, but for the most part remains still. Lasts 1 post of total lock down, then the victim can move his limbs freely but is still in the illusion for 2 more posts. Broken by C+ rank Kai, or until pain is inflicted. 2 post cooldown required.

I'll do the genjutsu first since it's easier to handle.

• D ranks can't hold someone perfectly still for 4 rounds without a way to avoid it
  
• D rank genjutsu are broken by D+ rank kai

Still need some toning down on the 4 rounds part. That's four rounds where you are free to attack and kill anyone affected

2 or 3 rounds?

At C rank I'm thinking one if any for complete body lockdown. Also address what you are able todo during the illusion

Im thinking with this being C Rank, pain would break one out of the illusion as well. Add that into the description, and I will help price it.
