The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Explosion Release - Rocket Shuriken Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Explosive Type: Ninjutsu Range: Within 12 feet of the user (Short) Description: The Rocket shuriken jutsu allows the user to give held shuriken(s) explosive properties; they Explode when they make contact. This replaces the use of explosive tags, the main limitations being chakra consumption and amount of shurikens. They release a small explosion which is relatively weak. The strength of the blast increases marginally as the users rank progresses. 1 post cool down per 2 shuriken thrown, thus if 6 shurikens are thrown then it would be a 3 post cool down. Chakra consumption; 5 per shuriken.
Name: Explosion Release – Iron Windmill Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Explosion Type: Nintaijutsu Range: Up to two feet (short) Description: This is a minor jutsu used in combination with the users Taijutsu. A hand seal is required at the start to funnel small collections of chakra into the tips of the users appendages. Once released minor explosions are used to aid and propel offensive taijutsu movements, resulting in the ‘windmill’ movement of legs and arms, as the users lets the momentum carry the strike, to try and prevent would likely result in injury and straining of the muscles. Combined with the Kesu clans hardened fist and martial awareness this can be quite an effective technique. Duration; one post. Two post cool down.

Name: Explosion Release - Firework Clone Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Explosion Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self (Short) Description: As with all other elemental releases, Explosion release can be used to create a clone, the created clone serves primarily as a distraction, when struck or defeated they emit a large concussive sound wave and a bright flash, which if effective, allows the user to close in on the target and use their taijutsu. The jutsu uses a large amount of chakra and deals little damage, it serves as a suppressing role. Five post cool down. Clone lasts until struck.

I'm aware that authorised Jutsu's can go in the Jutsu list section, I've just placed this here in order to make sure all the clan Jutsu's are allowed for my current level, before I place it in my characters Jutsu list.
