Golden Eyes - Way too powerful to be able to reflect jutsu that many times and within the topic, especially once you get into the A and S ranks. To be able to absorb a jutsu within your eyes, an overload would be catastrophic to you.....

Also, a doujutsu is what this is, not Ijutsu. Doujutsu is a clan kkg. IF this was so, it would need to be added in with your entire clan. So on that note, Im gonna deny it. Maybe the changing of it into something else may help the approvability

Golden Eyes - I believe a barrier is more relevant. How much of your body does the barrier cover? You will only be able to do this once when used, and twice per topic. Instead of D to A rank, pick a single rank for it to be.

you're kidding right? As a B rank tech you want to have the ability to make one of the most powerful and one of the fastest forces of nature and then have it under your command? Im not even sure if there is a way to dub that down to a level where it might be approved.

Okay, how long is the spear, how quickly can it travel through the air, what are the effects on the opponent once it hits them, how many times can it split apart, can it be controlled as it travels through the air, and it needs a cooldown.
