Im sorry Nami, but this is still just a minor version of Sharingan. Im ok with you finding a way to increase reaction time/reflexes, but to see in slow motion is just too Sharingan. Maybe if you keep it just for reaction time and bumped it up to 2.5x more reaction speed, Ill allow that for this jutsu at the cost of losing the slow motion vision. 2.5x will keep it B rank like you want it to be. However, the chakra charge will have to stimulate your extremities instead of your eyes. It will need a duration and a cooldown.

Duration around 4 but a 5 post cooldown. That seems a little more reasonable. If you agree, just bump after you have completed the edit. Remember to also edit where your charging the chakra..

Well your spirit gun is firing pure energy while i am firing fire, yours can melt metal and cause second degree burns while mine just causes second degree burns so i think they are different enough.

And tak, your spirit gun is fired from a finger, not a palm.

I want to make sure I have this right. its 35 feet long and 35 feet wide as well? If I misunderstood let me know cause it sounds like you are shooting out a square, which is fine just odd.

Now I gotta ask since you included the gif, does it start small and then explode into this range like in the pic? If yes then how far does it go and stay small?

It does, it stays small for 15 of the 35 ft then grows bigger as seen
