Personality: Well, Fenik is simply Nanako disguised as a male. In case you haven't figured it out yet. In her male persona, Fenik is charismatic, and outgoing. He likes to solve mysteries and tends to work with the local police. He enjoys latès, and chocolate ice-cream pops. Some major habits are going over facts aloud before reaching a conclusion. He can be very intelligent. The only thing is, Nanako is still heterosexual which means she still likes guys. So Fenik is quite... unusual around girls as compared to the guys.

Nanako, is generally a tomboy. Very much so actually. She is very ashamed of being a female, as she was raised in a culture where she was disallowed to solve mysteries, or do generally anything she wanted to do. She is smart and witty, but she can really be down on herself. Those who know Fenik is actually a female, have done her some kind of favor to where she is indebted with her life, or some other means.

It all starts with a mark...

On their 15th birthday, any human who doesn't have a bloodline or a clan, could contract this mark. It will be signaled that this happens by them blacking out with no prior history of it. A person who contracts this seal, will be forever cursed, blessed, doomed to do the bidding of God. Now, God will not just make them a pastor, no. They will receive a single order, in the form of a Hazy dream. This mark they receive is only a timer. Until they will just die. When the eye becomes opened... the wearer of this mark will die. There is no predetermined amount of time they are given, sometimes people can live long healthy lives before the eye opens. The entire process depends on the psychological status of the marked human.

Emotional Trauma, will cause the mark to rapidly develop. It is plausible that a person who absolutely doesn't want to be marked, can actually just die upon being marked. Because of this, Marked people are rare and few.

Another Curse of this, is that the marked person, will lose almost all of their jutsu, meaning only the basic remain. They also lose their specialties, and their elements. These are replaced by God though, as reparation.

People who are curse by the mark, are given reparation for God taking away their specialties.

The Paradigm Shift is a powerful technique. Its advantages are that it allows the user to switch which style they specialize in based on set "paradigms" The downside is that the user may only use jutsu of that style depending on which class they have selected. There are 6 classes that the user may choose from. Each one allows for use of a different jutsu style, and each one is treated like a specialty.

Saboteur- Genjutsu Specialist
Medic- Ijutsu Specialist

Any proper equipment, namely puppets, must be purchased. A person can only Paradigm Shift once every 5 posts. Outside of a battle this can be done freely whenever and however many times they want.

The Goddess pitied mortals, destined as they were to die, and so She deigned to intervene in the hour of their greatest peril. She averted cataclysm that was to be, and put to rest the ones who would have robbed so many of what time fate had ordained.

The Goddess pitied also those subjected to that fate of Mark, crueler still than death. To them She sent Her messengers, to deliver hope when all was lost.

The Goddess, known as Etro, more or less is God's Wife... and she doesn't like watching humans suffer because of her husband making them his slaves. So... in their darkest hour, when all hope is lost, she sends her messengers... the Eidolons.

These mystical entities reveal themselves before only to a select few Marked. It is said that they are saviors, come to rescue hopeless people who find themselves bound to a Mark against their will. If this is true, they offer a brand of salvation few indeed would seek willingly: without exception, Eidolons attack the Marked whose presences they grace. There have been no Marked in the world for centuries, and as a result, no way of determining the truth behind tales of these beings. To the citizens of the world, they remain the stuff of bedtime stories.

If one can prove to the Eidolon... that they wish to proceed with their task through a show of will and strength, the Eidolon will join them in battle.

Eidolons are strange, as they come from a different realm, Heaven, and as such when they fail their own tasks, they are forgiven but become Scions and therefore are fallen from grace. Because of this, they come from a realm between the humans and the gods. These Eidolons, created by the Goddess Etro, are capable of transforming their bodies into ridable mounts, such as horses, mobile fortresses, drag cars, motorcycles, bipedal turret mount and more. Some can even fly. With this comes their finishing moves to which when used, will send them back to their own realm.

In order to obtain these Eidolons for use, you must RP obtaining them, with myself or a properly informed Moderator RPing the Eidolon. The Eidolon will always be of a particular theme and element. Element doesn't need to be displayed but is usually present in the finishing move.

Clan History:
Up in heaven, god was too swamped by the requests of the humans. So, in his stead, he began to give humans tasks of his to complete. This stretched anywhere from starting a war, to wiping out a specific race, to creating peace, to saving a particular person, to just visiting a location.

However it would never be as easy as it seems. First off he didn't have time to tell them exactly what to do, so he would knock them out and push images into their heads that somewhat explained something, but it was always hazy as he didn't let them last long enough, as he had other tasks to get to. This began centuries and centuries ago. However for a brief period of a century or so, he has found that he was receiving less requests. As if people stopped believing in him altogether. As such, he let it go and stopped marking people.

Recently though, he found that he was gaining more and more requests at the time of great struggle, and because of this, he has begun marking some people to take care of his god business while he was taking care of the other mortals.


History

History: She was born in a society outside of the Storm Village bent around honor. Now, she was a good child, and was happily raised and things of the such, however, she was always attracted to the stories of Sherlock Holmes and other detective works. Because of this she would always try to get into the work of helping detectives (non-shinobi ones of course). However, being aided by a girl was altogether dishonorable in her society. So when she could help, she was never mentioned, and that was when the detectives didn't laugh her away.

However, she soon discovered the secret life of her family. She was part of a family of tracker ninja (not part of her bloodline). Her parents soon died in their line of work which, unfortunately was how she learned of why she wanted so badly to solve crimes. This was a crushing experience. She lost her will to do anything along the lines. She cried herself to sleep every night for many years.

However a new spark has ignited in her soul with the next new novel. A detective novel that was incredibly similar to her life. She was quite entranced by a later arriving character, who had almost the exact same situation as her, except a few facts. Naoto Shirogane (The similarity is stunning), was the name of the character, who struck muse into her soul. So, she decided to follow in Naoto's footsteps and work with what she had. That was wit, make-up and a few very restrictive outfits made for men, and she used what she had.

From then on she would solve crimes, and mysteries under the name of Fenik Toriyumi.

Both Nanako and Fenik have been ninja for years, she has grown quite efficient in her work, completing tasks nearly twice as fast as the usual ninja, allowing her payload to go through the roof. .Sadly, something bad this way came. She was on a simple mission, on her 15th birthday of course. She was wandering through the forest and suddenly blacked out. She saw images... quick flashes of something. When she awoke a mark was on her upper arm by her shoulder. Since then most of her jutsu have gone away the ones she worked so hard to learn.

However, she learned something new in its stead... something no other Shinobi she's met can do.

RP Sample: Fenik Toriyumi was the guise right now. So for now we'll keep it as 'he' for now. Fenik walked into the same general area. He looked around, hands in his pocket. He was searching for clues, he recently learned that there was a sudden decline in supplies and training weaponry, while the local thugs were getting bolder. Fenik was a detective, always helping out with crime. Suddenly he saw someone, and that always meant interaction...

Fenik walked up to the guy and spoke in a more tenor kind of voice, which really sold the whole thing. "Hey, have you seen anything or anyone suspicious around here?" he asked.
