The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Diz is a courageous shinobi who is willing to perform any task for the betterment of his village. Such a trait is common in Uchiha descendents, but it rings loud within Diz. Legend says that he fears not even death itself, but that is simply hearsay. His courage knows no bounds and he is daring enough to risk his life for any appropriate reason. His courage is infectious and is known to immediately dispel the demons of fear that reside within the hearts of others.
Prideful
Incredibly prideful, Diz carries himself with extreme confidence. His scars and name only serve to back up such trait. As such, he is very boastful, never shy to express his dominance over other shinobi and peoples. Diz's pride serves as both a positive and a negative, often dragging him into dangerous situations and leading him to say the wrong things at the wrong time. This confidence is his greatest weakness. Attacking his pride is a sure-fire way to get his blood boiling and will often lead him to perform rash actions.
Serious
Diz is not one to joke around -- at all. He carries a permanently serious demeanor that serves as a turn off for those around him. He is rarely invited to outings or get-togethers, but his seriousness is praised by the Council and the rest of the board.
A smile is only ever seen on Diz's face when he knows he has prevailed in a battle or mission. Those two things are two of the few that bring him happiness, and even then his expressions are minimal.
Analytical
Never in lack of a plan, Diz is incredibly analytical. His routes of action are extensive and detailed, often using history as a template for his strategies. While his plans may not always work, they ensure safety no matter what, allowing his subordinates to follow them to the letter. To date his plans have not resulted in a single lost shinobi and he intends on continuing such a streak.

Bloodline Name: Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan
Bloodline Ability:
Spoiler:
The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Clan History:
Spoiler:
The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to stop fighting. The Senju settled in the Cherry Blossom Country, and the Uchiha moved to the Ocean Country to reside on its various islands. What happens next will depend on the generations to come.

History:
Birth of a Legend
A full moon was proudly laying in the night sky on the day that Diz was born. A full moon often served as a sign of good luck and fortune, but his mother died during the birthing process. This was a surprise to the medical staff at hand who concluded that the entire process would be a complete success. While reasons for her death are unknown, medical teams have decided that she had been suffering from a terminal illness unbeknownst to them. Despite being claimed to be impossible, Diz can fondly recall his father's tears falling on his head as his mother slipped into permanent slumber.
Weighing over nine-pounds on the day of his birth, Diz was a relatively big infant. Doctors speculated that he would grow up to be a large man, which has proven to be true. Despite being claimed to be impossible, Diz can fondly recall his father's tears falling on his head as his mother slipped into permanent slumber.
Childish Era
Growing up without a mother, Diz was often left alone as his father left to work at his ramen shop. As such, boredom and curiosity often got the better of him, resulting in minor injuries and one overnight stay at the Shippuu Emergency Room.
Diz had an older sister who he loved immensely. Despite her being older, he always tried to protect her in any way he could, even from a very young age. He kept close tabs on her at all times, keeping her out of harms away. She would often get annoyed by his constant following, but he knew that deep down she loved him and appreciated it. He misses her deeply and currently visits her grave on a daily basis.
Diz was self-trained for quite awhile during his time as a young tike. He would often go outside and spend hours throwing shurikens and kunais at the trees outside his house, as well as sending weak kicks at their base. What a sight it was, a boy of no more than six kicking a tree and throwing sharp weapons casually. While his father didn't approve of such behavior, he really had no choice but to let it happen. He had never seen such desire and fire in a child.
Diz's independent upbringing resulted in the birthing of a personality unaffected by the social norms of the outside world. His opinions developed to be his and his alone, a rarity in most people. Such independence was boasted about by his father, often bringing mixed opinions to the parenting tactics of him.
At eight years old, Diz begged his father to admit him in the Shippuu Ninja Academy. Eventually, his father gave in and had him put into it. He reckoned that such a place would keep his son out of trouble, but a man with such heart and fire was impossible to keep out of harm's way.
Academy Era
Diz worked harder than any other child in his class, resulting in praise by his instructor. He made it a point to train every hour he had free. He would not gain many friends in the process of this rigorous, self-developed training regime, but his own self-fulfillment was enough to fill in the holes of loneliness opened since the day his mother passed away.
Such determination to the shinobi way of life led to the immediate graduation of Diz at the young age of eleven. He passed with flying colors and was promoted to the ranks of a full-fledged Genin. Despite being in a squad and being occupied with missions, Diz continues to perform his daily training routine.
Genin Era
Missions proved to be quite simple for Diz and the rest of his squad members. The group of three were incredibly talented and completed missions with ease. These talented individuals would be some of the few true friends Diz would ever obtain. They were smart and powerful, and together they proved very formidable opponents to most.
Diz's squad leader, impressed with such dominance and talent, made haste to submit his young shinobi in the annual Chuunin Exams. There, the preliminary tests proved to be not much more than a simple chore for the team, but the final rounds proved troublesome. The three of them inevitably made it to the Final Four, resulting in them being pitted against each other. While Diz managed to come out victorious in the Final Round, all three of them were promoted to the ranks of Chuunin. Such a thing had never happened in the history of the Chuunin Exams. Such a feat spoke to the overall talent of their squad.
Chuunin Era
Diz would continue to develop his various skills during his time as a Chuunin. He would go on to become incredibly advanced in the Genjutsu and Ninjutsu arts. He was proving to be a shinobi worthy of wielding the Uchiha name, and yet he was only fourteen years of age.
A talent as unique as Diz's was rare in Shippuu, and so the village kept a special watch over him. He would rarely get sent on dangerous missions and would instead get held back from various to develop his abilities in the safety within Shippuu's village walls. His already rigorous training sessions were made harsher as ordered by the village, yet Diz did not complain.
Diz was held at the rank of Chuunin for quite some time for reasons unknown to him. This was not a problem for Diz as rank meant nothing to him. Power was not measured by rank, but rather by determination and will. Diz knew that his determination and will was far above that of the upper echelon, regardless of it being true or not.

Silence.... Silence... That's the only thing there was in the seemingly endless vacuum known to the world simply as space. How could a place so vast feel so empty yet full at the same time? Who was responsible for creating such a place? Suuji shook his head to snap himself out of the day-dreaming he had gone under.... Wait, what qualified as day in space? Time ceased to move. Once again shaking his head, Suuji looked around aimlessly. What was there to look at but emptiness? Suuji couldn't just look around anymore. It was a waste of time.... Time that refused to move for him.
How long had he been stuck traveling through space? Where along the line did he go wrong in his coordinates? He followed them perfectly yet it felt as if years had past before he had even seen any form of racial being. Suuji was on the very brink of giving up hope, cutting his losses, and flying into the nearest possible star to end this empty hell. Life had little meaning to a man with nothing to live for.
Laughing like a mad-man, Suuji had gone from a normal member of the proud, powerful Saiyan race to someone who likely belonged in an insane asylum. It's incredible what long periods of isolation can do to a man. It can make the most normal of individuals go absolutely batshit crazy. What could possibly cure a man who had gone as far off the deep end as Suuji had?
Hallucinations had begun kicking in at a rapid pace. Distant stars began to look like tasty pineapples.... Wandering meteors began to speak and seduce Suuji into following them. The very makeup of his mental structure had been fractured. He screamed yet no one heard. He laughed but no one laughed with him. Surely it would have been a better plan to accept death in Planet Vegeta than to become lost in space. "We are approaching a large land mass, sir". The ship had begun talking to him. Great. What was ne--. Wait.. What was that? Is it Earth? No.... It's too green. What planet is this? Suuji's mind raced. Whatever it was, it had to be better than space. Initiating his landing procedure, Suuji began to make preparations to disembark from his lengthy voyage.
Putting on standard Saiyan armor and a scouter, Suuji began to scan the new land. This was..... Weird. He couldn't read any power levels but the scouter made it clear that there was certainly life on this planet. Suuji decided it was best to keep his guard up and continued to travel amongst the planet on foot, careful not to disrupt the community and awaken any hidden monstrosities the planet may hold.
Ba-dunk! Suuji was out cold. Not touching any form of land for such a long time will do things like that to you. Your body gets a little fucked up when you're in space for such a long time. Oh, well. He would awaken soon enough. He wasn't dead or anything, just a little tired is all.
"Do you think he's dead?" "Shhh! He's waking up! He's waking up!" Putting his head up in a daze, Suuji looked around the multi-colored walls he had apparently been carried to. A crowd of dwarf-sized humanoids surrounded him, curiousity painted on their ragged faces. "Err... Excuse me, but where in the hell am I?" The tiny man standing at the foot of the bed smiled at Suuji before opening his mouth to give a rather lengthy explanation. "Welcome to Planet Jayyuk. We are the small yet strong Jayyukians. Our planet resides along the coast of the Alpha-Omega star line. We found you passed out in our desert and brought you hear. We have waited a very, very long time for your arrival, savior. Many did not believe the legends of the Giant One, but those who did have remained hopeful for thousands of generations." "Okay..... What? Listen, I'm no savior. I'm just a--" Suuji stopped abruptly if they thought he was a savior of sorts, they would treat him like a king. "Yes... Yes... I am the man of legend... The Giant One. I have come here to save you from....? What am I supposed to be saving you from again?" The Jayukkian at the foot of his bed laughed once again. "You have had a long flight, savior. Here, come with me. Food, rest, and women await you . Your throne has long been waiting for you!" The three other Jayukkians in the room bowed before waving their hands in a "follow me!" motion.
Suuji got up but felt different. He felt... Heavier. Was is it the gravity? No, it wasn't like this when he arrived. He looked down and it wasn't long before he realized why he felt a good 10lbs heavier than before. He had been dressed from head to toe in a gold robe. Not gold painted, mind you. A thin, solid gold. This was.... Awesome.
Following the tiny men into a cathedral-looking building, a long red carpet led the way to a massive throne. "We uhh... Expected you to be a lot bigger." Suuji scoffed and chuckled a bit. He took his seat on his throne as women much larger than the men walked out from behind his throne, carrying an assortment of fruits and vegetables. Suuji didn't even bother questioning the ginormous size differential between the women and men on this planet. His hunger had taken over the entirety of his thoughts. All he could think of was sweet, sweet food. He dug in without hesitation, stuffing his face with some of the most delicious grapes he had ever tasted. Oh, what a joy this planet was!
"SO THE CHOSEN ONE FINALLY SHOWS HIS FACE! COME CLOSER SO I CAN KICK YOUR ASS ALREADY. YOU'RE NO HERO, YOU'RE JUST A CHUM!" Who the hell was this guy? Was he joking? He was no bigger than the length of his thigh. Also, who added another 200lbs to Suuji's body? He looked down at his robe. It was still the same. The fuck? Suuji's throne began sinking into the ground. He tried to move, but he couldn't. What the hell is going on? The man who had just entered the room had been bombarded by three guards and thrown out. As soon as he left the palace, the powerful force that was imposing its will on Suuji had ceased to exist.
"Who is that guy? Why did my body feel 200lbs heavier while he was here?" Suuji had become visibly worried, his body shaking uncontrollably. "Uhh.. Ahh.. Y-Yes. That is uhh... Little S. He is part of the reason you have been brought to us, Great Master. You see, Little S is part of a rival clan of ours. They have been trying to destroy us for thousands of years. He is simply a child, weak compared to his elders and even weaker compared to their leader. They can uhh... Control... Err... How can I put this? They can control gravity. Yes! That's it!" Suuji stared with a blank expression on his face. So it seemed he had been received with open arms to combat an army of beings who can manipulate gravity. To make matters worse, a mere child had easily paralyzed Suuji in a matter of seconds. Great.
"I'm outta here." Suuji got up and began to walk the path of the red carpet that had been laid out for him. The massive doors were quickly slammed shut to prevent his exit. "I'm afraid that once you accept our gifts, you cannot leave until we permit you to do so. Luckily for you, you have a year to train before Little S and the rest of his clan come to annihilate us. That gives you a year to train."
Well, that was it. Suuji was stuck here until he defeated the gravity manipulators. Fantastic. "Oh, and here. Take this. It will prevent them from killing you with their gravity. Now the only thing you have to worry about is their combat skill." A small medallion was tossed Suuji's way. After fumbling it for a few seconds, he put it around his neck. "Now come. We have much to do!" Suuji put his head down and began to chuckle. "No need. I can take those midgets if they don't have their gravitational powers." "Not a chance. You must train!" The two went back in forth for a few minutes before the Jayukkian agreed to let Suuji go fight the clan's leader on one condition -- he return back to the palace and train for a solid year should he lose. Agreeing with the the Jayukkian, Suuji flew out of the building and toward the enemy's base. The fool had no clue about the ass kicking he was about to receive.
