The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Ikimuno Benkuo Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: This technique requires a one post charge of chakra in the throat in order to be activated; Ikimuno Benkuo is an academy level technique which allows human shinobi to communicate with non-human animals as easily as if they were both speaking the same language. This does not allow the user to learn the language of an animal nor does it allow the animal to actually speak, this technique simply takes barks, hisses and other forms of animal noises and translates them into versions that the user is able to completely understand in their head and in turn do the same to animals the user speaks to. Lasts 5 posts with a 2 round cool.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. Name: Doton: Dochuu Eigyo (Earth Release: Underground Submarine Voyage) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: After the required handseals, the user can sink into the ground and travel through the earth. After the jutsu is used, the user can freely move through the earth. The user must emerge again either the same post or the next one. The opponent can sense the user's location through normal chakra sensing, though it takes a sensor to pinpoint the exact location. The cooldown is one post after the technique is used.

Name: Kesshō no Yoroi (Crystal Release: Crystal Armor) Canon/Custom: custom Rank: D Type: Defensive Element: Shoton Range: On Self Specialty: ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This jutsu allows the user to become encased in a thin sheet of crystal to protect them from blunt force trauma. This armor can also aid the user in performing stronger physical attacks. The crystal itself is transparent and is somewhat hard to see unless light is reflecting of its surface. The armor itself is multiple pieces that are coat the appendages snugly. They are capable of protecting the user from burns and cuts but will be destroyed fairly easy. The crystal itself is also fairly thin making it easy to break with blunt force.
Name: Rokkaku Shuriken (Crystal Release: Hexagonal Shuriken) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Shoton Range: 9 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 1 posts Description: The user focuses their chakra into their hands and crystallizes the air around them. The crystal particles form into 4 six-sided shuriken, which resemble snowflakes in appearance. The snowflakes are then shot forward with as much speed as if they were thrown by said shinobi.

Name: Kesshō Hari (Crystal Release: Crystal Needles) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Shoton Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user places their hand on the ground and focuses their chakra into it. Dozens of one inch thick crystal spikes rise up out of the ground under the target. These crystals can impale the target or surround the target to restrict their movement. When used 5 crystal spikes that are roughly 3 inches in diameter at the base and smooth out to a sharp tip shoot up from the ground in a pattern the user wishes. The crystals extend up till their peak is which is roughly 5 feet.
Name: Kesshō Senbon (Crystal Release: Crystal Senbon) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Shoton Range: 12 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user focuses their chakra into their hands and crystallizes the air around them. The crystal particles form into 5 senbon, which are as thin and long as your standard shinobi tool. The senbon are then launched forward at a speed of 20 km/h. They go straight for the target and cannot change direction after launch
Name: Kesshō Shōgeki (Crystal Release: Crystal Crash) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Shoton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts (1 for prep, 1 for result, 1 post before hazards dissipate) Cooldown: 4 posts Description: In order to preform this crystal release jutsu, the user first must preform three hand signs. The final one is a triangle with their index fingers touching and their thumbs touching. Within that line of sight for 10 meters, a semi-thick (.5 meter) cloud of crystal particles is formed. During this time is when the opponent will recognize the range of the technique and can move out of the way. After this the user is able to solidify the particles, causing a sheet the same size as the cloud. This is done in the first post, giving the opponent the chance to dodge or break the sheet in their following post. If they're caught in it, the user applies pressure inwards through the crystal, causing it to shatter and dealing blunt force damage to those caught within. This process also leaves crystals all over the ground in a 5 meter radius as a hazard when walking for the next post. Should people with lower than C-Rank Endurance step on these, they'll receive D-rank damage via cuts made by the crystal shards piercing their feet during that duration. Otherwise it's a minor nuisance if it effects them at all. If broken or dodged, neither the damage nor the hazards take effect. Strength or Attacks of C-Rank or higher are able to break this jutsu.

Are these senbon the same size as a ninja tool as well?
Can this jutsu be thrown by the user without being physically thrown by the user? If so, the speed would be 20 km/h. Also, you should state whether it can be controlled or not.
Kesshō Shōgeki (Crystal Release: Crystal Crash):
How is this attatched to the enemy? Does it form slowly around the user? Or does it form on the users body?
How come it is when they shatter, the crystals do damage? Does it explode? Do the shards hurt the enemy?
What type of damage does it do to the enemy? Does it burn the enemy? Cut them?
State that Crank or above attacks can destroy this jutsu. Also, say that people with above C rank strength can break this jutsu.
