The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Oh, apologies. The way it was worded made it seem as though the chakra was moving towards the enemy while you did nothing. I honestly can not find anything else wrong with this jutsu. If another staff does, then I would surely note any problem they find to my memory. For now, you have my approval. Currently awaiting the rechecking and approval of another staff member.

I can reword it for the sake of it being more easily understood that the attack is the finger itself. I suggest taking a gander at it again. S-ranks are difficult because they are hard to come up with a happy middle ground between too powerful and not worth having. Look through it again; take a look at how I word things. Part of grading is making suggestions and questioning details in the description. Give this another whack once I bump. ^_^

Okay, this is my bump. Give it another shot, Storm. This time read the description carefully and see how you can perhaps make suggestions or perhaps even question the details therein.

The length of the chakra from the finger does not stretch any further than the length in inches I provided in the description.
Because this technique requires the use of Raiton no Yoroi, the chakra around the hand works as armor still, which essentially means that a Fuuton jutsu used would be lowered by 1 rank in potency. It would still hurt like bloody hell if it hit, but it would be reduced in strength. For example, if I were to use this technique on a S-rank Fuuton blast that was aimed straight for me, the damage done to me would be reduced to A-rank due to the armor, but taking a direct hit regardless would leave me with at least some fractures, especially in the arm I use for the technique. This is without my END stat coming into play as well. If I attacked the blast with the technique, the blast would likely explode at the impact point between the index finger and the blast itself, which would still end up hurting pretty darn bad

The chakra stretches outward from the tip of his finger, with the end point being completely pointed, like that of a Chinese straight sword (the length of the chakra from the tip of the index finger to the tip of the chakra is 4 inches).
