Oh, apologies. The way it was worded made it seem as though the chakra was moving towards the enemy while you did nothing. I honestly can not find anything else wrong with this jutsu. I can reword it for the sake of it being more easily understood that the attack is the finger itself. I suggest taking a gander at it again. S-ranks are difficult because they are hard to come up with a happy middle ground between too powerful and not worth having. Look through it again; take a look at how I word things. Part of grading is making suggestions and questioning details in the description. Give this another whack once I bump. ^_^

The length of the chakra from the finger does not stretch any further than the length in inches I provided in the description.

Because this technique requires the use of Raiton no Yoroi, the chakra around the hand works as armor still, which essentially means that a Fuuton jutsu used would be lowered by 1 rank in potency. It would still hurt like bloody hell if it hit, but it would be reduced in strength. For example, if I were to use this technique on a S-rank Fuuton blast that was aimed straight for me, the damage done to me would be reduced to A-rank due to the armor, but taking a direct hit regardless would leave me with at least some fractures, especially in the arm I use for the technique. This is without my END stat coming into play as well. If I attacked the blast with the technique, the blast would likely explode at the impact point between the index finger and the blast itself, which would still end up hurting pretty darn bad

Oh! I see I didn't add a length in inches haha. I'll add that in real quick.
