The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

The ship had finally docked at Tsukigakure, letting Shinoe off at Port Caerula with a satchel of rudimentary things, the only personal items she carried were her gloves strapped to the back of her belt. Looking around she felt a bit at a loss. The architecture was completely different from what she had seen around the Skovos Islands back at Shippugakure. Though the people seemed about the same, if dressed slightly differently. Looking back out to see, the brunette admired the view of dusk falling over the dark waters and was glad to have left, even though her uncertain future daunted her. Walking up the pier, the ninja wondered if she would be sleeping outside tonight but then remembered the purse of ryo that the navy official had gifted her and wondered if she should try and guess which inn was cheapest or ask a local and mark herself as a mugging target. Then again she wasn't even sure where the nearest inn was...

Walking through the great village of Tsukigakure, the Byakugan Prodigy did what he always did. Scowl, look down on people, and look for wonderful females to smooth talk into his arms. Even though the blonde male was only 17, he had made a name for himself in the Renaissance inspired place. He was the future, one day maybe even ruling all of the village. Who knew what time had in store for him. "Baka...There's never any good looking girls or worthy fighting opponents in Tsuki..." The man said, looking up at the great ship. Eyeing the passengers, he laid eyes contact with a female walking down the pier, and smiled. "Finally...something excited in this place full of maggots!" The man walked over, smirking in the direction of his target. "Now young lady, never in my years have I seen someone as beautiful as you in Tsukigakure."
Eden, one evening, found himself in the Tsukigakure harbor. He knew not why he was there, but he had a feeling that he needed to be there for something. In the midst of realizing he was at the harbor, the air grew somewhat cool almost as though something bad was going to happen. Eden quickly began scanning the area for anyone who looked suspicious or dangerous. Why did something have to happen tonight? Oh well. It keeps me on my toes. Now, where am I getting this feeling from...? He then began walking through the harbor to survey the area, trying to search out the cause of the vibes he is getting from here in the place.
Roughly 60 feet ahead of him stood two people. One of them was from here; Eden recognized him, realizing that was Nagato from the Hyuuga clan. What that boy was doing here, he didn't know but he wasn't going to stand around and find out. As he walked, Eden noticed the other was a girl with medium-long brown hair and looked rather cute despite her choice of clothing. Then again, Eden didn't exactly have room to judge peoples' clothing. He walked over to the two and put on a smile. "Now what might you being doing out here, Nagato? Don't you have training today? I'm not trying to butt in. Just thought I'd hang around since you're lazing around."
Shinoe was considering asking one of the other passengers getting off where a good place to stay might be, but before she could, a blonde boy approached her and spoke of never coming across someone so beautiful in the country before. She glanced behind her shoulder but it was confirmed that he was speaking to her and the brunette deadpanned, "Either all the women here are dead ugly or you're just really desperate. Either way, shove off." The brunette didn't have the patience to deal with some stranger trying to get into her panties and walked right past him. The idea to ask someone for directions was gone now, she didn't want to clue him in that she was lost and him get some sort of warped 'damsel in distress' vibe from her. That was when an older man with the majority of his body covered in clean bandages walked up and began speaking to the boy that had tried to compliment her. At the word 'training', her ears perked, feet paused and head turned. "Are you two...ninja?" Her voice was cautiously curious but her eyes were intense. Could her chance be coming so quickly and easily?

Nagato simply scoffed at her comment, and said, "Jeez, guy tries to compliment you and he get's the cold shoulder. What is it, your time of the month?" He turned around at the voice of Eden, the older Jounin staring down at Nagato. "Now what might you being doing out here, Nagato? Don't you have training today? I'm not trying to butt in. Just thought I'd hang around since you're lazing around."
The Special Jounin shook his head, and said, "Baka maggot. Today's my day off from training. Not that I need it." He ended the last of his dialogue with a chuckle, and began to stare up at the older ninja. "Not that you train me anyway!"
He perked up at the female's comment, asking Nagato and Eden if they are ninja. "Of course we're ninja! I'm Nagato, one of the strongest ninjas in all of Tsuki. This is Eden, he's not one of the strongest. What makes you ask that maggot?"
Eden couldn't help but laugh while Nagato was spouting such ridiculousness. Eden spoke very seriously but kept a smile going. "I'm deeply sorry, miss. This boy doesn't know manners at all. He in fact is not one of the strongest shinobi here in Tsukigakure. He just has a big head for such a small ego. He still has a long way to go yet before he grows a brain that functions normally." Eden then chuckled again, proud of himself for making such a witty remark toward the big-headed Hyuuga. Seeing the girl made Eden smile. He didn't understand why but she seemed rather interesting, especially considering the way she so cleanly shoved Nagato's remarks back in his face. "Now, lets see. If you would like, miss, I can show you around the village. It seems you have gotten off this ship here, so I am guessing you either have arrived at your first time here or I am not as smart as I thought and you actually lived here in the past."

Shinoe glared back at the blonde boy whose name was Nagato apparently as that was what he introduced himself as, though he could have been lying as she was ninety-nine point nine percent positive that he was most definitely not one of the strongest ninja in Tsukigakure so how was she to know what was truth or not. But she was inclined to believe he was just a big liar as well as a jerk when he resorted to calling her names and it immediately ticked her off so much that she didn't almost didn't catch the question he had asked, to which she replied with a sneer, "What makes you think I'll tell you maggot?"
Before focusing her glare on the smiling man trying to talk to her. When he addressed her as 'miss' and explained that the boy had no manners as well as revealing the obvious truths about him, it made her want to smile and feel at ease but she did not, instead feeling a little wary of how this new shinobi was drawing her in. But at his offer and questioning assumption she paused, not wanting to reject out of hand. Instead she stated, "This is the first time I've been to Tsukigakure. And I'm here to become a ninja."

Miyako was apparently running from someone, bumping into a few villagers here and there who scowled at her in return. She had finally gotten those annoying escorts of hers, who stalked her to almost everywhere she went. She seriously needed a break from all that, and found herself in Caerula Port. Ah, just the right place to be in. She needed a bit of fresh air anyway, and why better place to get some than by the sea? She stopped in her tracks to see if they were anywhere nearby, but to her relief, they had gotten lost among the mass of crowds that filled the streets of Tsukigakure. She looked ahead of her, spotting a small group of three which consisted of two guys and a girl, who seemed to be rather pissed then. She couldn't help but draw closer to them, letting her curiosity take over her. The only problem was her height. It was obviously making her stand out from the rest of the crowd, although there were a few who seemed around her height. Also, she wasn't moving like the rest of the folk, instead, she had her eyes on the group just a few meters ahead of her, taking in their features slowly. Well, technically, there wasn't really much to observe. Everything she saw was colorless, so it pretty much seemed all the same to her. She was trying to avoid going any closer so as not to blow her cover, but it was as if her curiosity had taken control over her entire body. Again, she drew closer to them, panicking slightly.

(I'll go ahead and post. The order will now be: Shinoe, Miyako, Me, and then Nagato last.)
To become a ninja, she says, hmm? He quickly looked her over in order to get a rough idea of the level of skill she retained. She looked 14 or 15 years of age and was rather small which was common for that age group. She's probably fresh. Genin in skill at the very most. I shall help her out then. Least I can do for a girl who had just arrived in the village. He then smiled and spoke directly to the girl without stuttering. "Well, then. Welcome to Tsukigakure, miss. My name is Eden and I am a jounin of this dark but homey village. As I stated before, I'd be more than happy to show you around the village a little and then take you to the building where you will need to register as a genin-ranked shinobi for Tsukigakure, that is, if that is indeed what you want. May I ask your name, miss?"
Nearby, close to Eden, the girl and the big-headed Nagato, a person was headed toward their position. He looked around and used his peripherals to check his surroundings in order to try and pinpoint where this person was coming from. Eden knew someone was coming because he had begun hearing some commotion along the harbor. Hmm...another introduction to be made?
Shinoe bristled slightly as she felt the man's eyes on her and looked back defiantly, wondering why he sized her up. Did she not look like shinobi material? Was he trying to pick a fight? But his sudden smile disarmed her and she narrowed her eyes distrustfully at his kind welcoming words. As he introduced himself though, she paused. A jounin? She couldn't quite remember how far up the ranks of shinobi that was but she knew for sure it was higher level than she was. Her posture was tense but at his offer to guide her she shrugged her shoulders in an effort to appear casual as well as force herself to loose before answering with skepticism, "A genin huh? Just like that?"
When he asked for her name, the brunette hesitated before remembering that he hadn't given his surname and so replied with more ease, "Shinoe." That was when she noticed a rather shifty looking girl that appeared around her own age, though tall. For some reason she made Shinoe feel edgy and she asked Eden quietly, "Friend of yours?"

The girl ahead of her seemed to have already spotted her, not quite unusual though. Even if she tried to bend her knees down, those pinching heels of hers would be restricting her from doing so. Meh, might as well just stand there and act like she didn't know anything. Miyako turned her head to have a quick glance behind her to see if those escorts had caught up yet. Nope, seems they were still stuck in a human traffic congestion. Good for her, otherwise she'd be either dragged back to the mansion or even sedated if she put up a fight. She turned her attention back to the small group ahead of her, taking baby steps forward. Since she'd already been spotted, she might as well have a better look at them, not that she could see anything interesting. Being colorblind was a big fat pain in the ass, and really really boring. Nothing ever seemed nice or unique to her, instead, everything was like some kind of old photograph of which it's colors had faded.
"There she is! The lady!" shouts were heard from a distance among the crowds, Miyako smacking herself in the face. How could they even catch up so soon? They were supposed to be stuck there for at least... Well nevermind, she'd better run for it, otherwise it's back to the mansion. The problem was, her heels wouldn't allow her to run around freely, so she ripped those wobbly sticks off the ends of her shoes before making a dash for it, running past the man and girl without even stopping. She dodged past oncoming people and ran into the back alley of a random shop, stepping onto piled up crates to get onto the rooftop. Upon reaching it, she kicked the pile of wooden crates down, eleminating the chances of those men climbing up to her as a few crates broke into pieces. "Lady! Get off the roof!" the young Ookami stuck her tongue out childishly at the three buff looking men below her, yelling at them to buzz off. "Ain't coming down!" she said, tossing the heels she had broken off earlier at their faces.
Shinoe was her name. Different but refreshing. As he was about to answer her somewhat quiet question, he noticed the girl running yet again straight at the two of them and he recognized who the girl was. "Miyako? Not again..." It wasn't the first time Eden had to bail her out of a situation such as this, but he knew he had to or he would get his ears blown out later on by her and he did not feel like dealing with that. "Haha. I wouldn't say she's a friend, but I do find myself to be rather connected to her schemes. Such as right now." Eden watched as the girl climbed up on top of one of the roofs and began making faces at the escorts who were trying to catch her. "If you'd like, you can follow me over there. It won't take long. Most everyone is scared of me anyway so they'll go away fast enough."

After she asked Eden who the girl that was slowly edging her way towards them was, there was a commotion as three men began shouting that they had found 'the lady' before the girl suddenly bolted. Apparently the mummified shinobi did know the girl and referred to her by name in exasperation. Shinoe frowned as Eden elaborated and she questioned, "Schemes? Why are those guys chasing her anyways?" As he invited her to follow him over, she hesitated, more than a few questions popped up in her mind. Such as why everyone was so afraid of him, why he was helping the girl in the first place, and why should she bother to follow. But to the last one she couldn't really think of a reason to not to considering that he had already stated that he would help her register as a genin and guide her so shrugged. "Alright I suppose it wouldn't hurt anything." The brunette answered as she trailed behind Eden.

"Lady come down! You'll fall off!" Yeah right, as if a ninja would be that lame. They were underestimating her just like how her dad was, someone which she obviously hated. Again, she ignored their shouts, swinging her feet above those burly arms of theirs trying to reach up to her. Apparently her roof thing was drawing a bit of attention from the two she had been sort of spying on earlier as they waded through the endless crowd. "Don't try to persuade me in coming down, it's not gonna work at all!" she hollered at the top of her voice before turning her back against the escorts. She was really a handful at times, running of like a young child who cared only for fun. Still, it was a whole lot better than staying in an isolated and boring mansion, even if there were a bunch of things she could do. The escorts must've gotten really desperate, and started to try boosting each other up to grab ahold of her. It wasn't a problem though, she could easily move further behind, and simply jump off to another roof if they even made it up which clearly didn't seem like it was ever going to happen.

Hearing her words and the footsteps behind him, Eden smiled and was glad she decided to follow him to the trouble. He heard as the girl on top of the building basically telling off her escorts and taunting them; he couldn't help but shake his head a few times as he walked toward them. Moments later, as he had gotten to the three escorts, he easily and effortlessly jumped up to the top of the building to get to the girl Miyako who was having fun taunting her escorts. "Now now, Miyako. I realize it is fun to play with your escorts like this, but there comes a time when you need to stop and think about what you're doing." After saying this aloud, he leaned down to speak in her ear. "Allow me to get you out of this mess and them away from here, Miss Miyako." After saying this, he would direct his attention to the 3 escorts and speak loudly enough so that it could reach their ears easily. "You three may leave now. I will personally look after her. Go back to your House, please. I am sorry for the trouble she has put you through. Bye-bye now." With this, he picked up Miyako threshold style and jumped down from the building's roof, landing lightly on his feet and walking toward Shinoe with a smile on his face.

Looking up at the girl swinging her legs carelessly, Shinoe got the impression of a spoiled little rich girl and the thought was only encouraged by the manner of the three muscular men attempting to coax her down. "I'm pretty sure that if she found her way up there she can find her way down just as easily. She's not some lost kitten stuck in a tree." She mentioned to the bodyguards from behind, leaning against the wall of the alleyway as Eden jumped up to where the girl was and spoke to her before having words with the three men. After the wrapped shinobi came back down with girl in arms, the brunette stared in mild disbelief. "You really think those guys are just going to let you walk off with her just like that? Or do they know you or something?" He had mentioned that they'd be terrified of him for some reason.
Subject: Re: Docking {Locked & Closed} Tue May 14, 2013 7:28 am
"I'm not playing with them, they're stalking me to everywhere I go even after I insisted that they left. Believe me it gets really annoying and creepy." she said, freeing herself from his grasp. Thank god those men were gone now, otherwise she'd been dragged home and locked up again. "Thanks anyway Eden, but seriously I'm capable of handling them myself." she said, before looking towards the girl who seemed around her age maybe? She seemed rather pretty though, and would've obviously been much more nicer if she was in color. "You really think those guys are just going to let you walk off with her just like that? Or do they know you or something?" the girl had questioned Eden, a tad hint of disbelief added into her words. Good question, but yeah... They sort of knew him in a way after a few similar events, so they'd already gotten used to seeing him walk off with her. "I'm pretty sure they will." she answered, before turning her attention the the streets which were flooded with people just as always.
Subject: Re: Docking {Locked & Closed} Tue May 14, 2013 7:50 am
Eden smiled and seemed a tad apologetic for carrying her, though he still did not regret it at all. Miyako also semi-answered the question that was directed toward him, but he had to finish the answer so that it would make complete sense. "Well, there were other incidents like this where I helped her out, though they were less manageable than this time. Also, most people in the village know me as the Demon of Tsukigakure, so most people either intentionally try to avoid me or they are scared of me and back off when I get involved with issues within the village. Miyako here is one of the few people who has not cared about my reputation." In the last sentence Eden spoke, he pat Miyako on the top of her head and smiled, though the smile was a little difficult to notice because of the bandages that covered half of his face. He would then retract his hand from the top of Miyako's head and return it to his side, regaining his usually serious but calm facial expression; he would then speak to both of the girls. "Would you both like to come along with me? Shinoe here came here to register as a genin. She seems of age and spirit, so I figure I'll take her and recommend her for the rank. She talked back to the big-headed Nagato Hyuuga boy so she has some points to cash in with me." Eden would then laugh and wait for their replies before they would set off into the village.
Subject: Re: Docking {Locked & Closed} Wed May 15, 2013 10:47 am
Shinoe watched as the girl disentangled herself from Eden and nodded as she mentioned how creepy and annoying it was to be constantly followed by bodyguards. As Eden answered her question about the guards listening to him, the brunette raised a thin eyebrow in surprise, giving the bandaged man a full once over from top to bottom and back to top. She could see how the shinobi could look shifty, all wrapped up like that, even his face, but 'the Demon of Tsukigakure'? "Musta done somethin' to earn that title then as you definitely don't look that demonic. I'm sure she doesn't think so either." She nodded her head towards the other girl. His actions only further proved her point as he patted Miyako's head and smiled, which was only observable because his cheeks raised and the look in his eyes. Raising her arms to stretch, Shinoe then let her fingers lace together behind her head, tilting it slightly as Eden offered Miyako to accompany them as he recommended her for a genin position. It was good to see someone that was willing to follow through with their word. However there was always that line where they wouldn't, you just had to find it and she wasn't too keen on getting close enough to Eden to find out. But hearing him praise her mouthing off abilities made her smirk. "Little punk had it comin'. I'm used to dealing with his type and worse."
"Well, there were other incidents like this where I helped her out, though they were less manageable than this time. Also, most people in the village know me as the Demon of Tsukigakure, so most people either intentionally try to avoid me or they are scared of me and back off when I get involved with issues within the village. Miyako here is one of the few people who has not cared about my reputation." Sure, she didn't care about what others thought of him. Why was he even needed to be feared anyway? It's not like he did anything bad at all, even though there had been rumors circulating around about him being a demon and all that. "Why should I have to be afraid of you because of what others say? It's not like your some kind of a monster or anything." "Would you both like to come along with me? Shinoe here came here to register as a genin. She seems of age and spirit, so I figure I'll take her and recommend her for the rank. She talked back to the big-headed Nagato Hyuuga boy so she has some points to cash in with me." Ah yes, the Hyuuga boy. That womanizer and arrogant Hyuuga who went around calling people maggots. She hadn't met him yet, but from what she heard from others, it seemed like he targeted almost each and every good looking girl. She didn't think any girl would escape all his charms that easily, other than her because of her short temper, but Shinoe having the guts to talk back to him was just, wow. "Sure, I don't see why I can't go. Besides, I'm not really looking forward to go back to the estate at all." She replied cheerfully, before grabbing ahold of Shinoe's hand and leading her away. "By the way, do you come from any clan? Ookami, Hachūrui, Mizushima?"

So young and oblivious the two girls were to the realities of the ninja world in the present time. If they had known all the reasons for why Eden had gained such a title and reputation. He couldn't help but laugh a little under his breath at the thought. Their facial expressions would have been utterly priceless if they had heard the many atrocities he had to dirty his hands with outside of the village of Tsukigakure. Miyako spoke kindly of Eden, which made him happy on the inside and then he watched as she grabbed the girl Shinoe's hand and started leading the way to their destination while at the same time asking her whether she belonged to a clan or not. Eden easily followed behind the two girls and kept a close watch on them to make sure neither of them got lost. Miyako had somewhat of a talent for losing her sense of direction and that worried Eden often. As he watched the two girls in front of them, he would open up his mind and survey the area frequently for any signs of threats or hindrances that may have come into their path.

Shinoe had to agree with what the spoiled girl said about not believing what others said about a person, which was unexpected of her given her standing. The brunette had never come into contact with anyone of good title and lineage but what she had heard hadn't been particularly good. The usual rumors of greed, debauchery and corruption. Miyako was young yet though and age was the most sure corrupter of all. As the girl replied that she was willing to tag along with them with mention that she wasn't keen on returning home, Shinoe nodded, wondering which way they would be going before flinching slightly as her hand was suddenly grabbed in another's, but tried to calm herself as she saw it was merely Miyako.
The brunette sighed in resignation as she was dragged along but her breath stilled at the rich girl's question, but she forced her mouth to move. "Shouldn't you know all of your clan members? I'm sure your family is so proud." She teased effortlessly before continuing, "And I've never heard of those other two. My parents were just simple fishers in Hyougagakure." Shinoe shrugged nonchalantly before glancing over her shoulder to check that Eden was still with them and was reassured to see him trailing behind them.
Subject: Re: Docking {Locked & Closed} Thu May 16, 2013 8:42 am
The girl seemed to have gotten the impression of Miyako being a spoiled rich and bratty girl, but she shrugged it off anyway, for who was she to even control someone else's way of thinking about her. "Shouldn't you know all of your clan members? I'm sure your family is so proud." What was this girl even talking about? Her family wasn't even proud at all, not to mention that it wasn't really much of a family. Just one over-protective father and daughter wasn't really one whole happy family. "And I've never heard of those other two. My parents were just simple fishers in Hyougagakure." she said, before turning around to have a quick glance at Eden who was following not too far behind them. "I admit that I should, but my old man hardly lets me out of the house. And if this answers your question, my family's not proud, my dad's just a little too protective of me after my mother's... Departure." she replied, her voice somehow seeming to hesitate slightly at the last few words. No, she wasn't going to give others the impression that she was some pitiful motherless girl and be underestimated by everyone else just like how her dad always did. "So what's it like in Hyougagakure? Is it nice over there?" she asked, trying to shove the fact of not having a mother aside with another question of hers. She wanted to find out more about other villages anyway, so what better way to do so than asking someone who came from there herself?
Eden couldn't help but sort of drown out all of the noise around him, including the two girls that walked in front of him who were talking to each other semi-casually though he could tell that it was somewhat awkward between them. Eden laughed to himself and then he wondered to himself if he ever was going to have such a willingness to talk to others like those to were doing. He was ever too used to not associating with people around him that it made him slightly uncomfortable being a part of the little three-person group, even though it was his idea in the first place to go all together so that it would be less boring than going alone. That was why he walked a few feet behind them. It was because, regardless of the fact that it was his idea to go together with them, he still felt strange interacting with not them personally but just other people in general. He often wished he was like Saigai in that he could talk to others without caring what they thought of him, but that was an impossibility for Eden as he too often took other peoples' words seriously and it often made him both sad and angry, not at the people but at himself because he was the reason for his feeling uncomfortable around others. He had only himself to blame for those feelings and then he sighed and shook his head as he thought of this. However, he then brought his attention to the girls again curious as to what they were talking to each other about. Miyako had just asked the girl Shinoe what Hyougagakure was like, as her parents lived there as "fishers."
Eden just then decided to chime into the conversation so that they wouldn't begin to wonder if there was something wrong with him. "Hyougagakure. Pretty cold out there, though that is pretty obvious. The fish out there is possibly the best in the world, I'd be willing to bet. Especially during the late spring and early summer months." He spoke kindly, as though none of what he had just been thinking affected his speech in any way and then fell somewhat silent wondering what the girl Shinoe would say of his quick response about the fish out there in Blizzard Country.
